s4), drawing and cooling the product sheet in the S3, rectifying deviation, cutting edges, cutting, rolling and packaging to prepare the finished waterproof coiled material.
The implementation process of the invention is as follows: the TPO waterproof coiled material disclosed by the invention not only has the weldability of polypropylene and excellent high and low temperature resistance, but also can still maintain the mechanical strength at a higher temperature, and the modified filler with better filling performance and the flame-retardant mixture with excellent flame-retardant performance, which are suitable for a TPO coiled material system, are added, and the antioxidant and the defoaming agent are matched to be used, so that the weather resistance of the product is ensured, the flame-retardant performance of the prepared waterproof coiled material is good, and the grade of the combustion performance reaches the non-combustible grade, so that the hot air welding can be adopted, the joint combination is firm, the sealing is tight, and the installation is reliable and rapid.

The flame-retardant TPO waterproof coiled material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 20 parts of butyl rubber, 10 parts of Polyethylene (PE), 10 parts of Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), 5 parts of magnesium carbonate hydrate, 5 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 5 parts of antimony trioxide, 10 parts of talcum powder, 0.1 part of antioxidant, 2 parts of defoaming agent and 1 part of argil.

Comparative test example:
the samples of the embodiments 1-3 are used as the embodiment, the common TPO waterproof coiled material purchased in the existing market is used as the comparative example, and the oxygen index, the combustion grade and the mechanical property of the coiled material are respectively tested through the performance test. Evaluating the combustion grade according to the combustion performance grading of building materials and products (GB 8624-2012); the results are shown in table 1:

The test result shows that: compared with the common TPO waterproof coiled material in the comparative example, the flame-retardant TPO waterproof coiled material has the advantages that the flame-retardant performance is greatly improved, and other mechanical properties are obviously enhanced.

The flame-retardant TPO waterproof coiled material is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 40-60 parts of rubber, 15-35 parts of thermoplastic polyolefin synthetic resin, 15-25 parts of a flame retardant, 10-25 parts of a modified filler, 0.1-0.5 part of an antioxidant, 2-5 parts of a defoaming agent and 1-3 parts of pottery clay.
2. The flame retardant TPO waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, characterized in that: the flame retardant is one or more of magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium carbonate hydrate, decabromodiphenylethane, zinc borate and antimony oxide.
3. The flame retardant TPO waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, characterized in that: the modified filler is one or more of nano calcium carbonate, calcite and talcum powder.
4. The flame retardant TPO waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, characterized in that: the antioxidant is one or more of hindered phenol antioxidant, aromatic amine antioxidant, thioester antioxidant and phosphite antioxidant.
5. The flame retardant TPO waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, characterized in that: the thermoplastic polyolefin synthetic resin includes one or more of polypropylene, polyethylene, high density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene.
6. The preparation process of the flame-retardant TPO waterproof roll according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the rubber comprises one or more of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, butadiene acrylonitrile rubber or butyl rubber.

s1), mixing the raw materials prepared according to the weight part of the formula, putting the mixture into a stirring device, conveying the mixture into a feeding machine, conveying the mixture into a hot air drying device for drying, and conveying the dried mixture to a feeding buffer bin through a feeding machine;
s2), delivering the dried material to an extrusion device for melt plasticizing and extrusion molding, wherein the extrusion temperature is 185-220 ℃;
s3), sizing the material melted in the step S2 into a sheet material through a calender, and controlling the temperature through a temperature control device in the sizing process;
s4), drawing and cooling the product sheet in the S3, rectifying deviation, cutting edges, cutting, rolling and packaging to prepare the finished waterproof coiled material.
8. The preparation process of the flame retardant type TPO waterproof roll according to claim 7, wherein the stirring device is a stirrer, the hot air drying device is a hot air dryer, and the extruding device is a twin-screw extruder.
