2. The method of top-floor access control dispatching an elevator of claim 1, wherein the boarding personnel information comprises: any one of card swiping information, face information or two-dimensional code information.

The method for the first floor access control to dispatch an elevator according to claim 2, wherein if the elevator boarding personnel information is: card swiping information; the first-floor access control system authenticates the elevator taking personnel, and the steps of acquiring the elevator taking personnel information and the elevator taking information after the authentication is passed comprise:
the first-layer access control system acquires the card swiping information;
the first-floor access control system acquires the identity information of the elevator taking personnel according to the card swiping information;
the first-floor access control system judges whether the elevator taking personnel can enter according to the identity information;
if so, the first-floor access control system outputs authentication passing information, acquires the elevator taking personnel information and elevator taking information, and sends the elevator taking personnel information and the elevator taking information to the elevator controller;
the first floor access control system displays and prompts the elevator information of the elevator to be dispatched by voice;
the first-floor access control system controls the opening of the gate channel.

The method for the first floor access control to dispatch an elevator according to claim 2, wherein if the elevator boarding personnel information is: face information; the first-floor access control system authenticates the elevator taking personnel, and the steps of acquiring the elevator taking personnel information and the elevator taking information after the authentication is passed comprise:
the first-layer access control system acquires the face information;
the first-floor access control system acquires the identity information of the elevator taking personnel according to the face information;
the first-floor access control system judges whether the elevator taking personnel can enter according to the identity information;
if so, the first-floor access control system outputs authentication passing information, acquires the elevator taking personnel information and elevator taking information, and sends the elevator taking personnel information and the elevator taking information to the elevator controller;
the first floor access control system displays and prompts the elevator information of the elevator to be dispatched by voice;
the first-floor access control system controls the opening of the gate channel.

The method for the first floor access control to dispatch an elevator according to claim 2, wherein if the elevator boarding personnel information is: two-dimensional code information; the first-floor access control system authenticates the elevator taking personnel, and the steps of acquiring the elevator taking personnel information and the elevator taking information after the authentication is passed comprise:
the first-layer access control system acquires the two-dimension code information;
the first-floor access control system acquires the identity information of the elevator taking personnel according to the two-dimension code information;
the first-floor access control system judges whether the elevator taking personnel can enter according to the identity information;
if so, the first-floor access control system outputs authentication passing information, acquires the elevator taking personnel information and elevator taking information, and sends the elevator taking personnel information and the elevator taking information to the elevator controller;
the first floor access control system displays and prompts the elevator information of the elevator to be dispatched by voice;
the first-floor access control system controls the opening of the gate channel.
6. The method of head-level access control dispatching an elevator according to claim 1, wherein the elevator controller determining an elevator to be dispatched based on the real-time status information comprises:
the elevator controller judges whether an available elevator exists according to the real-time state information;
if yes, selecting the available elevator as a pre-dispatching elevator;
marking the number of people for pre-dispatching the elevator to be reduced by one;
judging whether the pre-dispatching elevator is full of persons or not;
if the elevator to be dispatched is full, determining that the pre-dispatched elevator is the elevator to be dispatched and marking the pre-dispatched elevator as an elevator which can not be dispatched again;
if not, determining the pre-dispatched elevator as the head elevator to be dispatched and marking as a re-dispatchable elevator.
7. The method of an initial floor access dispatch elevator of claim 6, further comprising:
if no available elevator exists, judging whether all the current elevators are dispatched or not;
if the dispatchable elevator exists, selecting the elevator which reaches the first floor firstly and is not dispatched as the pre-dispatching elevator;
marking the number of people for pre-dispatching the elevator to be reduced by one;
judging whether the pre-dispatching elevator is full of persons or not;
if the elevator to be dispatched is full, determining that the pre-dispatched elevator is the elevator to be dispatched and marking the pre-dispatched elevator as an elevator which can not be dispatched again;
if not, determining the pre-dispatched elevator as the head elevator to be dispatched and marking as a re-dispatchable elevator.
8. The method of an initial floor access dispatch elevator of claim 7, further comprising:
if no available elevator exists and all elevators are dispatched currently, the elevator controller feeds back information of no-dispatch elevator to the first floor access control system;
and the elevator controller reacquires the real-time state information of the elevator after presetting the waiting time.
9. A system for floor entry dispatch elevators, comprising: the system comprises an elevator controller, a first floor access control system, an elevator group and a building control system;
the first floor access control system is connected with the elevator controller, and the elevator controller is respectively connected with the elevator group and the building control system;
the first floor access control system is used for authenticating elevator taking personnel, acquiring elevator taking personnel information and elevator taking information after the authentication is passed, receiving and outputting elevator information of an elevator to be dispatched, which is sent by the elevator controller;
the elevator controller is used for acquiring real-time state information of all elevators in the elevator group, determining elevators to be dispatched according to the real-time state information, performing linkage elevator dispatching control on the elevators to be dispatched according to the elevator taking personnel information and the elevator taking information, and sending elevator information of the elevators to be dispatched to the first floor access control system;
and the building control system is used for receiving elevator dispatching information and elevator operation information in the elevator group sent by the elevator controller.
