According to the invention, the two-dimension code and the intelligent vehicle control device are used for managing and controlling the accurate parking of the shared single vehicle, whether the vehicle is in the accurate legal parking position is determined by scanning the two-dimension code, and whether the vehicle is in the accurate legal parking area is determined by GPS positioning, so that the specific position of the vehicle is determined, and then feedback is given to determine whether the vehicle can be parked.
