1. A shared bicycle returning and parking management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
detecting a scanning action of a scanning terminal on a two-dimensional code of a shared bicycle in a leasing point, controlling an intelligent lock of the shared bicycle to be unlocked and starting to charge;
detecting a locking signal of the shared bicycle, determining the parking position of the shared bicycle, and judging whether the scanning action of the two-dimensional code of the rental lot is triggered;
when the scanning action of triggering the two-dimensional code of the rental lot is not detected, the shared bicycle with the detected bicycle locking signal is continuously charged; or,
and when the scanning action of triggering the two-dimensional code of the rental lot is detected, comparing the parking position of the shared bicycle with the area where the rental lot is located, and judging whether the parking position of the shared bicycle is located in the area range where the rental lot is located.
2. The shared bicycle returning and parking management method according to claim 1, wherein: when the scanning action of triggering the two-dimensional code of the rental lot is not detected, the shared bicycle with the detected bicycle locking signal is continuously charged, and the charging is as follows: after a locking signal of the shared bicycle is detected, the scanning terminal does not scan the two-dimensional code of the rental lot, the parking position of the shared bicycle is determined through a positioning device on the shared bicycle, whether the parking position falls in the rental lot area or not is judged, and if the parking position is not in the rental lot area, the shared bicycle is continuously charged.

The shared bicycle returning and parking management method according to claim 1, wherein: the step of comparing the parking area of the shared bicycle with the area of the rental lot and judging whether the parking area of the shared bicycle falls within the area range of the rental lot is as follows: detecting a locking signal of the shared bicycle, triggering a scanning action of a two-dimensional code of a rental lot by a scanning terminal, determining a parking area of the shared bicycle through a positioning device on the shared bicycle, and sending a successful returning instruction of a user and stopping charging when the parking position falls in the rental lot area; and when the parking position does not fall into the renting point area, sending an unsuccessful car returning instruction of the user, and reminding the user to park the shared bicycle in the renting point area and stop charging.
4. The shared bicycle parking management method according to claim 3, wherein: after the parking location falls within the rental spot area, further comprising: detecting the number of the shared bicycles in the rental spot area, sending an alarm instruction to give an alarm when the number of the shared bicycles is larger than the number of the shared bicycles contained in the rental spot area, and sending a vehicle management instruction to manage the vehicles.

The shared bicycle returning and parking management method according to claim 1, wherein: after detecting that the scanning terminal scans the action on the shared bicycle two-dimensional code in the rental lot, the method further comprises the following steps: a user identity confirmation process;
the user confirmation process comprises: after detecting that the scanning terminal scans the two-dimensional code of the shared bicycle in the rental point, identifying the user, judging whether the user meets the rental condition, and controlling the intelligent lock of the shared bicycle to be unlocked if the user meets the rental condition;
and if the user does not meet the lease condition, listing the user in a blacklist, and controlling the intelligent lock of the shared bicycle not to be unlocked.

and when the scanning action of triggering the two-dimensional code of the rental lot is detected, comparing the parking position of the shared bicycle with the area where the rental lot is located, and judging whether the parking position of the shared bicycle is located in the area range where the rental lot is located.
7. The shared bicycle parking management system of claim 6, wherein: the detection charging module is set as follows:
after a locking signal of the shared bicycle is detected, the scanning terminal does not scan the two-dimensional code of the rental lot, the parking position of the shared bicycle is determined through a positioning device on the shared bicycle, whether the parking position falls in the rental lot area or not is judged, and if the parking position is not in the rental lot area, the shared bicycle is continuously charged.
8. The shared bicycle parking management system of claim 6, wherein: the detection charging module is set as follows:
detecting a locking signal of the shared bicycle, triggering a scanning action of a two-dimensional code of a rental lot by a scanning terminal, determining a parking area of the shared bicycle through a positioning device on the shared bicycle, and sending a successful returning instruction of a user and stopping charging when the parking position falls in the rental lot area; and when the parking position does not fall into the renting point area, sending an unsuccessful car returning instruction of the user, and reminding the user to park the shared bicycle in the renting point area and stop charging.

The shared bicycle parking management system of claim 8, wherein: the system comprises a leasing point area, and is characterized by further comprising an identification module, wherein the identification module is used for detecting the number of shared bicycles in the leasing point area, sending an alarm instruction to give an alarm when the number of the shared bicycles is larger than the number accommodated in the leasing point area, and sending a vehicle management instruction to manage the vehicles.

The shared bicycle parking management system of claim 6, wherein: the intelligent lock system comprises a sharing bicycle, a user identification module and a control module, wherein the sharing bicycle comprises a main control module and a main control module, the main control module is used for controlling the main control module to control the main control module;
and if the user does not meet the lease condition, listing the user in a blacklist, and controlling the intelligent lock of the shared bicycle not to be unlocked.
