All electric parts in the scheme can be connected with an externally-adapted power supply through wires by the aid of a person in the art, and the externally-adapted external controller is selected to be connected according to specific actual use conditions so as to meet control requirements of all electric parts, a specific connection mode and a control sequence of the externally-adapted external controller are referred to in the following working principles, electric connection of all electric parts is completed in sequence, and detailed connection means of the electric parts are known in the art and are not described any more, and the working principles and the processes are mainly described below, and the specific working is as follows.

step 2: the operator controls the handheld controller 1 to start the first motor 412 and the electric telescopic rod 44, the first motor 412 drives the second bevel gear 413 to rotate, the first bevel gear 411 and the second bevel gear 413 are meshed, the first bevel gear 411 drives the rotating shaft 48 to drive the fixed frame 49 to rotate to a vertical state by taking the axis of the fixed frame 49 as the top under the action of the rotating force of the second bevel gear 413, the electric telescopic rod 44 shortens the lifting seat 45 at the corresponding driving position by itself to move upwards under the limiting action of the limiting wheel seat 43 and the limiting chute 46, so that the lifting seat 45 drives the rotating shaft 48 to drive the fixed frame 49 to enable the camera 6 to rise to the designated height position, the operator controls the handheld controller 1 to start the second motor 510 in the left and right auxiliary fixed assemblies 5, the second motor 510 drives the special-shaped rotary disc 511 to rotate, the special-shaped rotary table 511 is rotated to the position corresponding to the outer groove and the ejector rod 58, the spring 59 drives the inner end of the ejector rod 58 to contact and be clamped with the outer groove of the special-shaped rotary table 511 under the elastic action of the spring 59, the ejector rod 58 drives the rack 56 at the corresponding position to move inwards under the limiting action of the limiting sliding block 513, the gear 55 is meshed with the rack 56, the gear 55 is driven to rotate outwards by the action of the rack 56, the baffle 54 penetrates through the slot seat 57 under the limiting action of the outer rotating rod 53 to enter the inner cavity of the rack 56 to contact with the limiting wheel in the limiting wheel seat 43 so as to play an auxiliary supporting role, the staff controls the handheld controller 1 to start the camera 6, and the camera 6 reads and identifies the numerical value in the electric meter box and sends the image to the handheld controller 1 for the staff to check and record so as to finish meter reading operation:
therefore, the electric meter reading operation of the high-altitude electric meter by the staff can be realized, the escalator is used for ascending when the electric meter reading operation of the staff is avoided, the safety and the working efficiency are improved, the electric meter reading operation can be used as external use equipment, the disassembly, the replacement or the upgrading of the electric meter equipment are avoided, the cost is greatly reduced, and the electric meter reading operation is convenient to widely popularize and use.

1. An auxiliary meter look-up device for an electric power system electricity meter, comprising:
a hand-held controller (1);
the multifunctional helmet (2) is arranged at the outer side of the handheld controller (1), and the multifunctional helmet (2) is electrically connected with the handheld controller (1);
the number of the locking mechanisms (3) is two, and the two locking mechanisms (3) are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the multifunctional helmet (2);
the rotating lifting mechanism (4) is arranged on the inner sides of the left locking mechanism (3) and the right locking mechanism (3);
the camera (6) is arranged at the top end of the rotating lifting mechanism (4), and the camera (6) is electrically connected with the handheld controller (1);
the rotation lifting mechanism (4) comprises:
the two rotating bases (41) are arranged in number, and the two rotating bases (41) are respectively arranged in the inner cavities of the locking mechanism shells (31) in the left locking mechanism (3) and the right locking mechanism (3) and fixedly connected with the fixed shaft (32);
the number of the rotating lifting mechanism shells (42) is two, the two rotating lifting mechanism shells (42) are respectively arranged at the top ends of the left rotating base (41) and the right rotating base (41), and the rear side of the inner cavity of the rotating lifting mechanism shells (42) is communicated with the outside;
the number of the limiting wheel seats (43) is two, the number of each limiting wheel seat (43) is a plurality of limiting wheel seats, and the two limiting wheel seats (43) are respectively arranged on the front sides of the left and right rotating lifting mechanism shells (42) from top to bottom in a clearance manner;
the number of the electric telescopic rods (44) is two, the two rotary lifting mechanisms (4) are respectively arranged at the top ends of the inner cavities of the left and right rotary lifting mechanism shells (42), and the electric telescopic rods (44) are electrically connected with the handheld controller (1);
the two lifting seats (45) are arranged, the two lifting seats (45) are respectively arranged at the rear sides of the left and right rotating lifting mechanism shells (42) along the up-down direction, and the telescopic ends of the electric telescopic rods (44) are fixedly connected with the bottom ends of the lifting seats (45);
the limiting slide grooves (46) are two in number, each limiting slide groove (46) is two in number, and the two limiting slide grooves (46) are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the left lifting seat (45) and the right lifting seat along the up-down direction;
the number of the through grooves (47) is two, the number of each through groove (47) is two, and the two through grooves (47) are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the left and right limiting slide grooves (46);
the auxiliary fixing assemblies (5), the number of the auxiliary fixing assemblies (5) is two, the number of each auxiliary fixing assembly (5) is a plurality of auxiliary fixing assemblies, and the two auxiliary fixing assemblies (5) are respectively arranged in the inner cavities of the left lifting seat and the right lifting seat (45) from top to bottom;
wherein, the left and right sides of the limit wheel seat (43) are provided with limit wheels which are respectively inserted into the inner cavities of the limit sliding grooves (46) at the left and right sides;
the rotary lifting mechanism (4) further comprises:
the rotating shaft (48) is rotationally connected to the inner top ends of the left limit chute (46) and the right limit chute (46) along the left-right direction through bearings, and the left side of the rotating shaft (48) extends out of the left limit chute (46);
the number of the fixing frames (49) is two, the two fixing frames (49) are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the outer wall of the rotating shaft (48) in a key manner, and the top ends of the two fixing frames (49) are fixedly connected with the bottom end of the camera (6);
the shell (410) is arranged at the left top end of the lifting seat (45) at the left side, and the left end of the rotating shaft (48) extends into the inner cavity of the shell (410);
a first bevel gear (411) connected to the left end of the rotating shaft (48) by a screw;

a second bevel gear (413) connected to the output end of the first motor (412) by a screw, wherein the second bevel gear (413) is meshed with the first bevel gear (411);
the auxiliary fixing assembly (5) comprises:
the auxiliary fixing assembly shell (51) is arranged in the inner cavity of the lifting seat (45) along the left-right direction, and the inner cavity of the auxiliary fixing assembly shell (51) is communicated with the outer wall;
the number of the mounting seats (52) is two, the number of each group of the mounting seats (52) is two, and the two groups of the mounting seats (52) are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the inner cavity of the auxiliary fixing assembly shell (51);
the number of the rotating rods (53) is two, each group of the rotating rods (53) is two, and one ends of the two groups of the rotating rods (53) are respectively connected to the inner sides of the left and right groups of mounting seats (52) in a rotating way through pin shafts;
