Technical Field

Background
At present, intelligent security and protection kits in the home of a user are more and more popular, and like fire alarms detected by a smoke sensor and water leakage alarms detected by a water sensor, the intelligent security and protection kits need to be processed as soon as possible by personnel, but the personnel cannot go home in time because of going out for work. At the moment, the property needs to be reminded to process, in the related technology, after a security event occurs in the user home, the property personnel is informed of the intelligent lock password through a property telephone, and the property enters the user to process. However, the method is complicated to operate and is not intelligent: after receiving the alarm information, the user needs to contact property personnel through a telephone to inform the property of own family address and fingerprint lock, the property contacts corresponding personnel again, the information exchange time is long, if the user does not notice the alarm information, the process cannot be started, and the processing time is delayed. The embodiment provides a method for combining an intelligent home system with an intelligent community system, the intelligent home system is combined with the intelligent community system, after a security alarm event occurs in a family, the intelligent home system informs an intelligent community property system of assigning personnel to enter the family to check, meanwhile, through personnel image information in the property system, an intelligent cat eye judges whether the personnel is a property personnel, and after matching is successful, an access password is issued to a property handheld terminal. The rapid and personnel-controlled home security event processing process is realized.
Optionally, fig. 3 is an interaction schematic diagram of a home security event processing process according to an optional embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the following steps are specifically performed:
step S301: the intelligent security detection terminal monitors alarm events (such as alarm of smoke, water immersion and the like) in the home of the user; specifically, when a security sensor (smoke, water immersion and the like) in the home of the user detects that an alarm event occurs, the alarm event is uploaded to the cloud of the smart home.

step S305: when the intelligent doorbell camera detects that a person is at the door, the person image is uploaded to the intelligent home cloud, the intelligent home cloud is identified, whether the person is a property person is judged, and if not, no response is made. If the person is a property gate keeper, a one-time password (equivalent to the access password in the embodiment of the invention) is obtained from the intelligent door lock.
Step S306: and issuing the one-time password to the intelligent community handheld terminal through the intelligent community cloud.
Step S307: and the person at home can use the disposable password to enter the home after seeing the password through the intelligent community handheld terminal.
Step S308: when the intelligent door lock detects that someone enters the house by using the one-time password, the intelligent door lock notifies the cloud of the event,
step S309: the cloud informs the user that the property personnel of the alarm event have entered the house for processing and also asks for reassurance.
That is to say, through the intercommunication with intelligent home systems and intelligent community system, user's home security alarm information can be handled from intelligent home systems synchronization to the community system. The information of the personnel who go to the door is matched by the intelligent cat eye, and then the one-time password of the intelligent door lock is issued, so that the personnel who enter the door can be controlled.
Through above-mentioned optional embodiment, combine intelligent home systems and intelligent community system, realized the quick processing of user's family security alarm information, compare through the image simultaneously, guarantee that the personnel of visiting are the property staff, make the user reassure, avoid the property to be stolen the risk.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. a receiving module 46, configured to receive the first biological feature of the inspection object sent by the preset platform, and instruct the cat eye device to determine whether a second biological feature of the inspection object currently located in the cat eye device is consistent with the first biological feature;
and a sending module 48, configured to send an access password to a terminal device corresponding to the inspection object under the condition of consistency, so that the access password input by the inspection object in the door lock device in the home area is provided, where the number of times of access identification of the door lock device on the access password is less than or equal to a preset threshold.

Fig. 5 is a block diagram (ii) of a configuration of a password receiving apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; including not only all of the modules of said fig. 4,. Further comprising: a control module 50, an authorization module 40, a second notification module 52, and an alarm module 54;
in an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: the control module is used for sending a control instruction to the door lock equipment under the condition of inconsistency; wherein the control instruction is used for instructing the door lock device to prohibit opening. That is to say, when the comparison of the biological characteristics finds that the inspection object outside the peep hole device is not a registered object on the preset platform, it is determined that the current inspection object is counterfeit, and then in order to ensure the family safety of the user, the preset platform sends a control instruction to the door lock device for prohibiting the door lock device from being opened, at this time, the peep hole device can also generate a corresponding safety prompt alarm according to the inconsistent biological characteristics, and send an alarm message with illegal actions to the user or the preset platform to remind the user or the property to find security personnel for processing.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: the authorization module is used for determining an authorization result recorded on the home client; the home client is used for receiving the setting operation of the target object so as to send notification information to a preset platform under the condition that the target object is authorized to trigger an alarm event at home appliances in a home area through the home client, or the home client is used for popping up prompt information to indicate whether the target object executes the setting operation under the condition that the home client determines that the target object goes out; and determining whether the household appliances in the home area are allowed to trigger the alarm event according to the authorization result, and sending notification information to a preset platform.
It can be understood that, in order to ensure the individual privacy of different target objects, after the target object uploads the alarm event on the home client, the home device may send notification information to the preset platform after triggering the alarm event, or when the home client determines that all target objects existing in the home area are going out, in order to ensure a quick response to the alarm event occurring in the home area, prompt information is displayed on the outgoing target object to prompt the target object to perform a setting operation, and when the target object completes the setting, it is determined that the corresponding alarm information is allowed to be uploaded to the preset platform when the home device in the home area triggers the alarm event, so that the preset platform quickly reacts under the authorized condition.
In an exemplary embodiment, the determining module further includes: and the address unit is used for sending the address information of the family region to the preset platform so that the patrol object can determine the position of the family region according to the address information.
In short, in order to improve the efficiency of the inspection object reaching the home area, when it is determined that the target object does not exist in the home area, the address information of the home area is notified to the corresponding inspection object, so that the inspection object can quickly determine the position of the home area according to the address information, and then, the processing operation is performed on the alarm event triggered by the household appliance device, thereby ensuring the safety of other normal devices in the home area.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: and the second notification module is used for sending second notification information to the mobile terminal of the target object under the condition that the patrol object determines that the household appliance is safe, wherein the second notification information is used for indicating that the household appliance is safe and the patrol object leaves the home area.
In an exemplary embodiment, the second notification module further includes: the image unit is also used for indicating other household appliances in the home area to photograph the household appliances to obtain safe pictures of the household appliances, wherein the other household appliances have an image acquisition function; and sending the picture to a mobile terminal of the target object.
That is to say, when the inspection object has processed the alarm event in the home area to determine that the home appliance is safe, in order to remind the target object that has gone out, the smart home cloud sends a second notification message to the mobile terminal of the target object to notify that the home appliance of the target object is safe, and in order to make the target object be determined more clearly, the home appliance that has processed the alarm event is photographed by other home appliances in the home area, so that the target object can accurately know the processing result of the alarm event, and in addition, the inspection object can be photographed by other home appliances with an image acquisition function whether to leave the target area, so that the safety of the target object to the home area can be determined.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: and the warning module is used for sending warning information to the mobile terminal of the target object under the condition that the input times of the access password received by the door lock equipment exceed a preset threshold value, wherein the warning information is used for indicating that the door lock equipment is opened.
In order to ensure the security of the home area accessed by the non-target object, the access password issued by the door lock device has input times, when the input times of the access password exceed the preset threshold value, the problem that the access password is leaked at the moment is solved, and then the alarm information that the door lock device is being opened abnormally is sent to the corresponding mobile terminal through the intelligent home cloud end, optionally, wherein the preset threshold value is 1 under the general condition, and can also be adjusted according to the actual condition, and then the target object can determine the opening condition of the door lock device through the alarm information received on the mobile terminal.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium including a stored program, wherein the program executes any one of the methods described above.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store program codes for performing the following steps:
s1, determining whether a target object exists in the home area under the condition that the household appliances in the home area trigger an alarm event;
s2, sending first notification information to a preset platform to indicate the preset platform to determine an inspection object for safety confirmation of the home area under the condition that the target object does not exist in the home area; the first notification information is used for indicating that the household appliance equipment triggers an alarm event;
s3, sending first notification information to a preset platform to indicate the preset platform to determine an inspection object for safety confirmation of the home area under the condition that the target object does not exist in the home area; the first notification information is used for indicating that the household appliance equipment triggers an alarm event;
and S4, sending an access password to the terminal equipment corresponding to the inspection object under the condition of consistency so as to allow the inspection object to input the access password in the door lock equipment of the family area, wherein the access identification times of the door lock equipment to the access password are less than or equal to a preset threshold value.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, determining whether a target object exists in the home area under the condition that the household appliances in the home area trigger an alarm event;
s2, sending first notification information to a preset platform to indicate the preset platform to determine an inspection object for safety confirmation of the home area under the condition that the target object does not exist in the home area; the first notification information is used for indicating that the household appliance equipment triggers an alarm event;
s3, sending first notification information to a preset platform to indicate the preset platform to determine an inspection object for safety confirmation of the home area under the condition that the target object does not exist in the home area; the first notification information is used for indicating that the household appliance equipment triggers an alarm event;
and S4, sending an access password to the terminal equipment corresponding to the inspection object under the condition of consistency so as to allow the inspection object to input the access password in the door lock equipment of the family area, wherein the access identification times of the door lock equipment to the access password are less than or equal to a preset threshold value.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Optionally, the specific examples in this embodiment may refer to the examples described in the above embodiments and optional implementation manners, and this embodiment is not described herein again.

Claims (10)
1. A method of receiving a password, comprising:
determining whether a target object exists in a home area under the condition that household appliances in the home area trigger an alarm event;
under the condition that no target object exists in the family area, first notification information is sent to a preset platform to indicate the preset platform to determine an inspection object for performing safety confirmation on the family area; the first notification information is used for indicating that the household appliance equipment triggers an alarm event; receiving a first biological characteristic of the inspection object sent by the preset platform, and indicating the cat eye device to determine whether a second biological characteristic of the inspection object currently located in the cat eye device is consistent with the first biological characteristic;
and under the condition of consistency, sending an access password to the terminal equipment corresponding to the inspection object so as to enable the inspection object to input the access password in the door lock equipment of the family area, wherein the access identification times of the door lock equipment to the access password are less than or equal to a preset threshold value.
2. The password receiving method according to claim 1, wherein after determining, by the cat eye device, whether the second biometric characteristic of the patrolling object currently located in the cat eye device is consistent with the first biometric characteristic, the method further comprises:
sending a control instruction to the door lock equipment under the condition of inconsistency; wherein the control instruction is used for instructing the door lock device to prohibit opening.
3. The method of receiving a password as claimed in claim 1, wherein before sending the notification message to the predetermined platform, the method further comprises:
determining an authorization result recorded on a home client; the home client is used for receiving the setting operation of the target object so as to send notification information to a preset platform under the condition that the target object is authorized to trigger an alarm event at home appliances in a home area through the home client, or the home client is used for popping up prompt information to indicate whether the target object executes the setting operation under the condition that the home client determines that the target object goes out;
and determining whether the household appliances in the home area are allowed to trigger the alarm event according to the authorization result, and sending notification information to a preset platform.
4. The password receiving method of claim 1, wherein after determining whether a target object exists within the home zone, the method further comprises:
and sending the address information of the family region to the preset platform so that the patrol object can determine the position of the family region according to the address information.
5. The password receiving method according to claim 1, wherein an access password is sent to a terminal device corresponding to the patrol object, so that the patrol object can enter the access password in a door lock device in the home area, and the method further comprises:
and sending second notification information to the mobile terminal of the target object under the condition that the patrol object determines that the household appliance is safe, wherein the second notification information is used for indicating that the household appliance is safe and the patrol object leaves the home area.
6. The password receiving method according to claim 5, wherein before or after the second notification information is transmitted to the mobile terminal of the target object, the method further comprises:
instructing other household appliances in the home area to photograph the household appliances to obtain safe pictures of the household appliances, wherein the other household appliances have an image acquisition function;
and sending the picture to a mobile terminal of the target object.
7. The password receiving method according to claim 1, wherein in case of coincidence, an access password is sent to a terminal device corresponding to the patrol object, so that the patrol object can enter the access password in a door lock device in the home area, and the method further comprises:
and sending alarm information to the mobile terminal of the target object under the condition that the input times of the access password received by the door lock equipment exceed a preset threshold value, wherein the alarm information is used for indicating that the door lock equipment is opened.
8. A password receiving apparatus, comprising:
the device comprises a determining module, a judging module and a judging module, wherein the determining module is used for determining whether a target object exists in a home area under the condition that household appliances in the home area trigger an alarm event;
the first notification module is used for sending first notification information to a preset platform under the condition that a target object does not exist in the family area so as to indicate the preset platform to determine a patrol object for performing safety confirmation on the family area; the first notification information is used for indicating that the household appliance equipment triggers an alarm event;
the receiving module is used for receiving the first biological characteristics of the inspection object sent by the preset platform and indicating the cat eye equipment to determine whether the second biological characteristics of the inspection object located at the cat eye equipment at present are consistent with the first biological characteristics;
and the sending module is used for sending an access password to the terminal equipment corresponding to the inspection object under the condition of consistency so as to enable the inspection object to input the access password in the door lock equipment of the family area, wherein the access identification times of the door lock equipment to the access password are less than or equal to a preset threshold value.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein the program is operable to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to execute the method of any of claims 1 to 7 by means of the computer program.
