Abstract
The invention discloses a room remote prepayment realization method, which comprises a contract prepayment starting method, a water and electricity meter calculation method, a tenant end pre-storage method, an owner/enterprise end refund method and an owner and enterprise staff offline advanced service method.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of remote prepayment, in particular to a room remote prepayment realization method.
Background
Prepaid means that the user must pay a fee in advance before using the service, which fee is then actually deducted after the user has successfully used the service. Prepaid and pre-paid are conceptually different, but many people confuse them. The prepayment is stated before, so that the prepayment is realized by pre-storing a certain amount in the user account in advance. The pre-paid fee corresponds to a post-paid fee. As can be seen from fig. 1 to 6, in practical application, a method for implementing remote room prepayment includes a contract prepayment starting method, a water and electricity meter calculation method, a tenant end pre-storage method, an owner/enterprise end refund method, and an advanced business method under the industrial line of the owner and the enterprise staff.
The contract prepayment opening method comprises the steps that 1, a service provider selects an owner; step 2, selecting to open prepayment through a prepayment energy button; step 3, when the prepayment is started, the bill generation date is closed by default, namely, a contract is input; closing the prepayment and directly inputting the contract; and 4, successfully inputting after the contract is input.

A method for realizing remote prepayment of a room is characterized by comprising a contract prepayment starting method, a water and electricity meter calculating method, a tenant end pre-storing method, an owner/enterprise end refund method and an owner and enterprise staff offline advanced service method.

The method for implementing remote prepayment of room as claimed in claim 1, wherein the contract prepayment opening method comprises the steps of 1, selecting owner by service provider; step 2, selecting to open prepayment through a prepayment energy button; step 3, when the prepayment is started, the bill generation date is closed by default, namely, a contract is input; closing the prepayment and directly inputting the contract; and 4, successfully inputting after the contract is input.
