本发明公开了一种社区店商超等市场用的自助秤,运用人工智能和直播技术,通过智能图像识别,语音识别,直播技术,和实时语音播报商品信息功能,买家可快速的在自助秤上称重(或按件)结算,避免人多的时候长时间排队现象。商家可通过实时语音播报和查看直播了解现场情况,不需要在每个电子秤旁边安排1个收银员,从而节约商家人力成本。可做到买家和商家无接触结算,避免由于收银员被感染上,就可传染给很多顾客的交叉感染情况。

背景技术
在现在的零售业,售货员收银时需要先对生鲜商品称重,或对预包装商品扫码,价格统计出来后再收银,在人流量大的时候,售货员的这些人工操作的步骤都需要时间,经常导致客户排长队的现象。给客户造成不好的购物体验。
在现有产品中,已有一些基于人工智能图像识别电子秤,但1个秤也离不开1个售货员做扫码收银等人工操作,没有做到真正的自助化,不能更好的节约人力。
并且在疫情期间,收银员和顾客近距离接触,如果1个收银员被感染上,很容易传染给很多人。
发明内容
本发明针对现有现有技术的不足,提供人工智能图像智能识别技术,语音智能识别技术,直播技术和语音实时提醒功能,通过同一台自助秤,买家购买生鲜散装零食商品可以自助称重,购买预包装商品也可以自动识别,自助秤统计出价格后,然后买家按照它的提示扫码支付,自助完成购物付款的操作。店内多放几台自助秤,就能解决顾客排队现象。
另外,自助秤有直播摄像头,商家可以在手机或其他显示终端随时查看自助秤的现场。并且自助秤每次称重或扫码商品时,都语音播报商品名称,价格,这个语音即提示买家,也提示店内的售货员。这样1个售货员可以不用盯着1台电子秤,可以同时干店内其他工作,极大的节约人力成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
自助秤采用AI图像识别技术识别商品,用AI语音识别技术用来搜索商品,用实时语音播报商品来提醒买家或店内商家,达到买家可以自助完成结算。商家通过自助秤直播和语音播报可以随时监控现场,不需要商家售货员在旁边盯着秤。
进一步的,AI图像识别摄像头,可识别生鲜散装商品或预包装商品,识别出后在触摸屏显示商品的图文,供买家点击确认。如果识别不了,系统提示在触摸屏输入商品名称(语音输入商品名称,系统语音识别,或触摸屏上软键盘输入),同时语音播报该提示。
进一步的,商品确认后,自助秤自动计算商品的价格,同时语音播报商品名称,规格(重量或件数)和价格。
进一步的,买家的所有商品都经过自助秤后,点击触摸屏上的结算,系统计算出商品总价,同时语音播报总价。
进一步的,买家如果是会员,还可通过摄像头刷脸验证,使用会员优惠。
进一步的,买家扫描商家提供的二维码进行付款,同时语音播报付款价格。
进一步的,如果买家需要商品明细,可以点击触摸屏上的打印小票功能,自助秤打印出商品明细的小票。
进一步的,如果商家需要会员功能,可安装会员刷脸模块,买家付款前可通过刷脸,系统确认是会员后得到商家优惠。
进一步的,商家也可通过无线耳机收听自助秤上的语音播报。
进一步的,商家也可以在手机,pad等其他终端上随时查看自助秤直播,也可以管理商品信息。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)买家省时。买家可通过图像识别和语音识别,自助秤可快速的识别商品,并完成付款,不需要售货员操作,店里多放几台自助秤,就可减少排队等候时间。
(2)商家省力。通过语音实时播报自助秤上的商品信息和直播技术,商家可实时听到自助秤的现场信息,随时查看自助秤的现场,如果买家要咨询,还通过直播和买家互动。从而减少商家收银的工作,节约人力成本。
(3)无接触交易。疫情期间可做到无接触交易,避免近距离交叉感染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对实施方式做进一步说明:
如图1所示,自助秤由秤体,AI图像识别摄像头,直播摄像头,语音识别,触摸屏,语音播报喇叭,小票打印,wifi上网等硬件及相关的软件组成,其中:
(1)秤体主要用于称重和摆放商品。
(2)图像识别摄像头用于识别商品和刷脸识别会员。
(3)语音识别用于识别用户的语音,进而搜索出相应的商品。
(4)触摸屏用于用户确认商品和信息提示。
(5)语音播报用于给买家和商家播报商品的名称,重量,价格等信息。
(6)小票打印用于打印出商品明细。
(7)买家可以扫触摸屏里的二维码,或者旁边其他地方的二维码付款。
如果2所示,买家在店内选购商品后,可以按照流程自助完成结算:
(1)买家将每件商品依次放在自助秤上。
(2)秤上的图像识别摄像头对商品进行识别,并将结果显示在触摸屏上。
(3)如果识别正确,买家点击确认,系统计算出该商品的价格,同时语音播报商品的名称,重量,价格等信息。
(4)如果识别不出来,系统文字和语音都提示买家“请说出商品名称,或输入商品名称”,买家说出商品名称后,系统语音识别,并检索出商品。
(5)所有商品按照上面1-4步骤操作,经过自助秤识别。
(6)商品经过自助秤识别后,买家点击结算,系统计算出总价格,同时语音播报总价格。并可以展现收款二维码。
(7)买家如果是会员,可以点击刷脸验证会员,可以享受会员优惠。
(8)买家扫描商家提供的二维码付款。
(9)买家如果需要,可以点击打印购物小票。
(10)商家也可通过无线耳机,收听自助秤的语音播报内容。
(11)商家可以在手机上通过直播随时查看自助秤现场。
另外,商家平时要管理商品信息,会员信息,除了在自助秤触摸屏上管理,也可以在手机,pad等移动终端上管理。

1.一种社区店商超等市场用的自助秤,其特征在于:自助秤包括主机称重台,图像识别系统,语音识别系统,直播系统,实时语音播报系统,小票打印系统,收银系统,手机应用程序。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种社区店商超等市场用的自助秤,其特征在于:图像识别系统用于识别所有常用商品,包括生鲜,水产,预包装商品。可以不需要商家提前给商品打标签。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种社区店商超等市场用的自助秤,其特征在于:语音识别系统可识别买家的语音,从而搜索出对应的商品。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种社区店商超等市场用的自助秤,其特征在于:直播系统用于商家查看买家将商品放在秤台的过程,也可以用于商家和买家视频或语音交互。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种社区店商超等市场用的自助秤,其特征在于:实时语音播报系统可实时播报商品的名称,规格(重量或其他单位),价格等,用于提示买家和商家。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种社区店商超等市场用的自助秤,其特征在于:商家有对应的手机端应用程序,可查看直播内容,也可管理商品订单等信息。
