Abstract
The invention discloses an adjustable combined template, which comprises two template frames, an adjustable plate and a plurality of adjustable pipes, wherein the adjustable plate is arranged on the template frames; each template frame comprises U-shaped grooves corresponding to the adjustable pipes in number, and two ends of each adjustable pipe are fixedly arranged in the U-shaped grooves of the two template frames respectively; the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the two template frames, the two template frames are respectively positioned at two ends of the connecting plate, and the connecting plate is positioned at the opening side of the U-shaped groove and covers the U-shaped groove and the connecting pipe. The adjustable combined template provided by the invention can be effectively adjusted according to the length change during construction, is flexible and convenient to use, can improve the work efficiency, has a simple structure, is low in cost and convenient to manufacture, can realize industrial production, saves sectional materials while meeting the use requirement, is green and environment-friendly, and can assist the green building pushed by the nation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building templates, in particular to an adjustable combined template.
Background
The traditional frame type template is usually manufactured by a whole frame, and then a wood template or a rubber template is arranged on the frame type template; the use of such a frame form is not flexible enough and can only be adjusted effectively for standard components when the length is subject to variation. Therefore, it is necessary to design a new template device.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an adjustable combined template, which comprises two template frames, an adjustable plate and a plurality of adjustable pipes; each template frame comprises U-shaped grooves corresponding to the adjustable pipes in number, and two ends of each adjustable pipe are fixedly arranged in the U-shaped grooves of the two template frames respectively; the adjustable plate is fixedly connected with the two template frames, the two template frames are respectively positioned at two ends of the adjustable plate, and the adjustable plate is positioned at the opening side of the U-shaped groove and covers the U-shaped groove and the adjustable pipe.
In some embodiments, each of the formwork frames further comprises a first connection plate and a plurality of second connection plates and two third connection plates; in any one of the template frames, one end of each U-shaped groove is fixedly connected with the first connecting plate and sealed by the first connecting plate; the other end of each U-shaped groove is open, and two sides of the open end are fixedly connected with one second connecting plate respectively; two ends of the third connecting plate are fixedly connected with the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate respectively;
the overall shape of the template frame is rectangular, and a pair of parallel sides of the rectangular template frame are respectively formed by two third connecting plates; one of the other pair of parallel sides is formed by the first connecting plate, and the other side is formed by a plurality of the second connecting plates together with the opening portions of the U-shaped grooves.
In some embodiments, the first, second and/or third connection plates are straight-sided or hemmed structures.
In some embodiments, corner pieces for connection reinforcement when installing the template are arranged at a plurality of inner corners of the rectangular template frame, and through holes or no through holes are arranged on the corner pieces.
In some embodiments, the first connecting plate, the second connecting plate and the third connecting plate are provided with a plurality of through holes on the plate surfaces.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts, based on the described embodiments of the present invention fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Unless defined otherwise, technical or scientific terms used herein should be given the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an adjustable combined template, comprising two template frames 10, an adjustable plate 6 and a plurality of adjustable pipes 7; each template frame 10 comprises U-shaped grooves 4 corresponding to the number of the adjustable pipes 7, and two ends of each adjustable pipe 7 are respectively and fixedly arranged in the U-shaped grooves 4 of the two template frames 10; the adjustable plate 6 is fixedly connected with the two template frames 10, the two template frames 10 are respectively positioned at two ends of the adjustable plate 6, and the adjustable plate 6 is positioned at the opening side of the U-shaped groove 4 and covers the U-shaped groove 4 and the adjustable pipe 7.
With further reference to fig. 3-6, each formwork frame 10 further comprises a first web 1 and a plurality of second webs 2 and two third webs 3; in any one of the template frames 10, one end of each U-shaped groove 4 is fixedly connected with the first connecting plate 1 and is sealed by the first connecting plate 1; the other end of each U-shaped groove 4 is opened, and two sides of the opened end are fixedly connected with a second connecting plate 2 respectively; two ends of the third connecting plate 3 are fixedly connected with the first connecting plate 1 and the second connecting plate 2 respectively; the overall shape of the formwork frame 10 is rectangular, and a pair of parallel sides of the rectangular formwork frame 10 are respectively formed by two third connecting plates 3; one of the other pair of parallel sides is formed by the first connecting plate 1, and the other side is formed by a plurality of second connecting plates 2 together with the opening portions of the U-shaped grooves 4.
Further, the first connecting plate 1, the second connecting plate 2 and/or the third connecting plate 3 may adopt a structure with folded edges; and, corner pieces 5 for connection reinforcement when installing the form may be provided at a plurality of inner corners of the rectangular form frame 10, and through holes or not are provided on the corner pieces 5. The number, direction and angle pieces 5 of the folds can be adjusted according to actual needs. The heights of the U-shaped groove 4 and each connecting plate can be the same, and the positions of the folded edges and the corner pieces 5 can be level with the top surface of the template frame 10; in addition, the heights of the different types of connection plates may also be different, so long as the stable molding of the formwork frame 10 and the adjustable combination formwork as a whole is ensured.
Preferably, the first connecting plate 1, the second connecting plate 2 and the third connecting plate 3 are provided with a plurality of through holes on the surface thereof so as to be convenient for connection with an external structure.
Referring to fig. 3, in the first embodiment, the formwork frame 10 has one U-shaped groove 4 and two second connection plates 2, and each of the first connection plate 1, the second connection plate 2 and the third connection plate 3 has a folded edge toward the inside of the rectangular formwork frame 10.
Referring to fig. 4, in the second embodiment, the formwork frame 10 has a U-shaped groove 4 and two second connection plates 2, and the first connection plate 1 has a folded edge facing to the outside, and corner pieces 5 are mounted at two inner corners of the rectangular formwork frame 10; the connection with the external structure can be realized by using the outward folded edge, and the plate surface of the first connecting plate 1 is not provided with a through hole.
Referring to fig. 5, in the third embodiment, the formwork frame 10 has two U-shaped grooves 4 and three second connection plates 2, and corner pieces 5 are mounted at four inner corners of the inside of the rectangular formwork frame 10.
Referring to fig. 6, in the fourth embodiment, the formwork frame 10 has one U-shaped groove 4 and two second connection plates 2, which are different from the first to third embodiments in that the first connection plates 1 are higher than the other portions of the formwork frame 10 and have folds toward the outside, and the raised portions of the first connection plates 1 can be matched with the thickness of the adjustable plates 6 to facilitate connection; the connection with the external structure can be realized by using the outward folded edge, and the plate surface of the first connecting plate 1 is not provided with a through hole.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the structure of the template frame 10 may be adjusted according to actual needs, and the resulting adjustable combination template may be combined to form a variety of embodiments. In addition, the whole template frame 10 can be formed by welding metal materials or by die casting metal or plastic materials; the adjustable pipe 7 can be made of steel pipes; the adjustable plate 6 may be a wood or glue plate.
Referring to fig. 1 (the vertical direction in fig. 1 is opposite to the vertical direction in fig. 3-6), during assembly, two template frames 10 are first manufactured, the two template frames 10 are placed on the same plane, the opening sides are correspondingly placed, the U-shaped grooves of the two template frames 10 are used for fixedly mounting the adjustable pipes 7, so that a frame body is formed, the adjustable plates 6 are mounted through screws, and the surfaces (the top surfaces in fig. 3-6 and the bottom surfaces in fig. 1) of the two template frames 10 are fixedly connected with the adjustable plates 6, and the folding edges and the corner pieces 5 can facilitate the fixation of the adjustable plates 6. By such a step, the combined template is finally formed. The lengths of the adjustable tube 7 and the adjustable plate 6 can be easily changed by cutting or replacement; therefore, the template frame 10 is simply mass-produced, and then the combined templates with different lengths can be conveniently manufactured according to the requirements.
Referring further to fig. 7 and 8, it can be seen that the two template frames 10 of the adjustable combined template are not necessarily identical, so long as the above-mentioned conditions are satisfied and the sizes of the different structures are matched. Therefore, a plurality of different adjustable combined templates can be formed according to actual needs.
In conclusion, the adjustable combined template provided by the invention can be effectively adjusted according to the length change during construction, is flexible and convenient to use, can improve the work efficiency, has a simple structure, is low in cost and convenient to manufacture, can realize industrial production, saves sectional materials while meeting the use requirement, is green and environment-friendly, and can assist the green building carried out by China.

An adjustable combined template is characterized by comprising two template frames (10), an adjustable plate (6) and a plurality of adjustable pipes (7); each template frame (10) comprises U-shaped grooves (4) corresponding to the adjustable pipes (7), and two ends of each adjustable pipe (7) are fixedly arranged in the U-shaped grooves (4) of the two template frames (10); the adjustable plate (6) is fixedly connected with the two template frames (10), the two template frames (10) are respectively positioned at two ends of the adjustable plate (6), and the adjustable plate (6) is positioned at the opening side of the U-shaped groove (4) and covers the U-shaped groove (4) and the adjustable pipe (7);
each template frame (10) further comprises a first connecting plate (1), a plurality of second connecting plates (2) and two third connecting plates (3); in any one of the template frames (10), one end of each U-shaped groove (4) is fixedly connected with the first connecting plate (1) and sealed by the first connecting plate (1); the other end of each U-shaped groove (4) is open, and two sides of the open end are fixedly connected with one second connecting plate (2) respectively; two ends of the third connecting plate (3) are fixedly connected with the first connecting plate (1) and the second connecting plate (2) respectively;
the overall shape of the template frame (10) is rectangular, and a pair of parallel sides of the rectangular template frame (10) are respectively formed by two third connecting plates (3); one of the other pair of parallel sides is formed by the first connecting plate (1), and the other side is formed by a plurality of second connecting plates (2) together with the opening part of the U-shaped groove (4);
the first connecting plate (1), the second connecting plate (2) and/or the third connecting plate (3) adopt straight edges or structures with folded edges.

Adjustable combination template according to claim 1, characterized in that corner pieces (5) for connection reinforcement when installing the template are arranged at a plurality of inner corners of the template frame (10) of a rectangle, and through holes or no through holes are arranged on the corner pieces (5).
