Abstract
The invention discloses an adjustable combined template, which comprises two template frames, an adjustable plate and a plurality of adjustable pipes, wherein the adjustable plate is arranged on the two template frames; each template frame comprises U-shaped grooves corresponding to the number of the adjustable pipes, and two ends of each adjustable pipe are fixedly arranged in the U-shaped grooves of the two template frames respectively; the connecting plate and two template frames are fixedly connected, the two template frames are respectively located at two ends of the connecting plate, and the connecting plate is located on the opening side of the U-shaped groove and covers the U-shaped groove and the connecting pipe. The adjustable combined template provided by the invention can be effectively adjusted according to the length change during construction, is flexible and convenient to use, can improve the working efficiency, has a simple structure, is low in cost and convenient to manufacture, can realize industrial production, can save the section bar while meeting the use requirement, is green and environment-friendly, and can assist the green building pushed by the country.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building templates, in particular to an adjustable combined template.
Background
The traditional frame type template is usually manufactured by an integral frame, and then a wooden template or a rubber template is arranged on the traditional frame type template; the use of the frame type template is not flexible enough, only aiming at standard components, and the length can not be effectively adjusted when facing to change. Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an adjustable combined template, which comprises two template frames, an adjustable plate and a plurality of adjustable pipes; each template frame comprises U-shaped grooves corresponding to the number of the adjustable pipes, and two ends of each adjustable pipe are fixedly arranged in the U-shaped grooves of the two template frames respectively; the connecting plate and two template frames are fixedly connected, the two template frames are respectively located at two ends of the connecting plate, and the connecting plate is located on the opening side of the U-shaped groove and covers the U-shaped groove and the connecting pipe.
In some embodiments, each of the formwork frames further comprises a first connecting plate and a plurality of second connecting plates and two third connecting plates; in any one of the template frames, one end of each U-shaped groove is fixedly connected with the first connecting plate and is sealed by the first connecting plate; the other end of each U-shaped groove is provided with an opening, and two sides of the opening end are fixedly connected with one second connecting plate respectively; two ends of the third connecting plate are respectively and fixedly connected with the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate;
the overall shape of the formwork frame is rectangular, and a pair of parallel sides of the rectangular formwork frame is formed by the two third connecting plates respectively; one side of the other pair of parallel sides is formed by the first connecting plate, and the other side is formed by a plurality of second connecting plates and the opening part of the U-shaped groove.
In some embodiments, the first connecting plate, the second connecting plate and/or the third connecting plate are straight edges or structures with folded edges.

In some embodiments, the whole template frame is welded by using a metal material or is formed by casting by using a metal or plastic material; the adjustable pipe is made of a steel pipe; the adjustable plate adopts a wood template or a rubber template.
In some embodiments, the two template frames adopt the same or different structures.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the adjustable combined template provided by the invention can be effectively adjusted according to the length change during construction, is flexible and convenient to use, can improve the working efficiency, has a simple structure, is low in cost and convenient to manufacture, can realize industrial production, can save the section bar while meeting the use requirement, is green and environment-friendly, and can assist the green building pushed by the country.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the described embodiments of the invention without any inventive step, are within the scope of protection of the invention.
Unless defined otherwise, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an adjustable combination formwork, which comprises two formwork frames 10, an adjustable plate 6 and a plurality of adjustable pipes 7; each template frame 10 comprises U-shaped grooves 4 corresponding to the number of the adjustable pipes 7, and two ends of each adjustable pipe 7 are respectively and fixedly arranged in the U-shaped grooves 4 of the two template frames 10; the connecting plate 6 is fixedly connected with the two template frames 10, the two template frames 10 are respectively positioned at two ends of the connecting plate 6, and the connecting plate 6 is positioned at the opening side of the U-shaped groove 4 and covers the U-shaped groove 4 and the connecting pipe 7.
As further shown in fig. 3-6, each formwork frame 10 further comprises one first connecting plate 1 and a plurality of second connecting plates 2 and two third connecting plates 3; in any one of the formwork frames 10, one end of each U-shaped groove 4 is fixedly connected with the first connecting plate 1 and is sealed by the first connecting plate 1; the other end of each U-shaped groove 4 is open, and two sides of the open end are fixedly connected with a second connecting plate 2 respectively; two ends of the third connecting plate 3 are respectively and fixedly connected with the first connecting plate 1 and the second connecting plate 2; the overall shape of the formwork frame 10 is rectangular, and a pair of parallel sides of the rectangular formwork frame 10 are respectively formed by two third connecting plates 3; one side of the other pair of parallel sides is formed by the first connecting plate 1, and the other side is formed by a plurality of second connecting plates 2 together with the opening part of the U-shaped groove 4.
Further, the first connecting plate 1, the second connecting plate 2 and/or the third connecting plate 3 can adopt a structure with folded edges; moreover, corner pieces 5 for connection reinforcement when the template is installed can be arranged at a plurality of inner corners of the rectangular template frame 10, and through holes are formed or not formed on the corner pieces 5. The number and direction of the folded edges and the angle pieces 5 can be adjusted according to actual needs. The heights of the U-shaped groove 4 and each connecting plate can be the same, and the positions of the folded edge and the corner piece 5 can be equal to the top surface of the template frame 10; in addition, the heights of the different types of connecting plates can be different, so long as the whole template frame 10 and the adjustable combined template can be stably formed.
Preferably, a plurality of through-hole has all been seted up on the face of first connecting plate 1, second connecting plate 2 and third connecting plate 3 to be convenient for with external structure connection.
Referring to fig. 3, in the first embodiment, the formwork frame 10 has one U-shaped groove 4 and two second connecting plates 2, and each of the first connecting plate 1, the second connecting plate 2 and the third connecting plate 3 has a folded edge facing the inside of the rectangular formwork frame 10.
Referring to fig. 4, in the second embodiment, the formwork frame 10 has a U-shaped groove 4 and two second connecting plates 2, the first connecting plate 1 has a folded edge facing to the outside, and the rectangular formwork frame 10 has corner pieces 5 mounted at two inner corners; because the connection with the exterior structure can be realized by utilizing the outward-facing folded edge, the plate surface of the first connecting plate 1 does not need to be provided with a through hole.
Referring to fig. 5, in the third embodiment, the formwork frame 10 has two U-shaped grooves 4 and three second connecting plates 2, and corner pieces 5 are mounted at four inner corners of the inner side of the rectangular formwork frame 10.
Referring to fig. 6, in the fourth embodiment, the formwork frame 10 has a U-shaped groove 4 and two second connecting plates 2, which is different from the first to third embodiments in that the first connecting plate 1 is higher than other portions of the formwork frame 10 and has a folded edge facing outward, and the raised portion of the first connecting plate 1 can be matched with the thickness of the adjustable plate 6 to facilitate connection; because the connection with the exterior structure can be realized by utilizing the outward-facing folded edge, the plate surface of the first connecting plate 1 does not need to be provided with a through hole.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the structure of the template frame 10 can be adjusted according to actual needs, and the finally formed adjustable combination template can be combined to form more embodiments. In addition, the whole template frame 10 can be formed by welding metal materials or by die-casting metal or plastic materials; the adjustable pipe 7 can be made of a steel pipe; the adjustable plate 6 can adopt a wood template or a glue template.
Referring to fig. 1 (the up-down direction in fig. 1 is opposite to the up-down direction in fig. 3-6), when assembling, two formwork frames 10 are first manufactured, the two formwork frames 10 are placed on the same plane, the side faces of the openings are correspondingly placed, the U-shaped grooves of the two formwork frames 10 are used for fixedly mounting the adjustable pipes 7, so as to form a frame body, then the adjustable plates 6 are mounted through screws, the surfaces (the top surfaces in fig. 3-6 and the bottom surfaces in fig. 1) of the two formwork frames 10 are fixedly connected with the adjustable plates 6, and the hems and the corner pieces 5 can be conveniently fixed on the adjustable plates 6. Through such steps, the composite form is finally formed. The length of the adjustable tube 7 and the adjustable plate 6 can be conveniently changed by cutting or replacing; therefore, it is only necessary to mass-produce the formwork frame 10, and then the sectional formworks of different lengths can be conveniently made as required.
Referring further to fig. 7 and 8, in another embodiment of the adjustable combination shuttering, it can be seen that the two shuttering frames 10 of the adjustable combination shuttering do not have to be the same, as long as the above conditions are met and the sizes of the different structures are matched. Therefore, various adjustable combined templates can be formed according to actual requirements.
In conclusion, the adjustable combined template provided by the invention can be effectively adjusted according to the length change during construction, is flexible and convenient to use, can improve the working efficiency, has a simple structure, is low in cost and convenient to manufacture, can realize industrial production, saves the section bar while meeting the use requirement, is green and environment-friendly, and can assist the nation to push green buildings.

The adjustable modular formwork according to claim 1, wherein each of said formwork frames (10) further comprises a first connecting plate (1) and a plurality of second connecting plates (2) and two third connecting plates (3); in any one template frame (10), one end of each U-shaped groove (4) is fixedly connected with the first connecting plate (1) and is sealed by the first connecting plate (1); the other end of each U-shaped groove (4) is open, and two sides of the open end are fixedly connected with one second connecting plate (2); two ends of the third connecting plate (3) are respectively fixedly connected with the first connecting plate (1) and the second connecting plate (2);
the overall shape of the formwork frame (10) is rectangular, and a pair of parallel sides of the rectangular formwork frame (10) are respectively formed by the two third connecting plates (3); one side of the other pair of parallel sides is formed by the first connecting plate (1), and the other side is formed by a plurality of second connecting plates (2) and the opening part of the U-shaped groove (4).
