1. The water-based mesh belt sizing slurry is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: water-soluble polyester slurry: 250-350 parts;
fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether: 5-10 parts;
deionized water: 650-700;
water repellent agent: 5-10 parts;
a bridging agent: 1-3 parts;
defoaming agent: 0.1-1 part;
crosslinking resin: 15-20 parts.
2. The aqueous fabric tape sizing slurry according to claim 1, characterized in that: the water repellent agent is modified melamine formaldehyde resin.
3. The aqueous fabric tape sizing slurry according to claim 1, characterized in that: the bridging agent is melamine bridging agent.
4. The aqueous fabric tape sizing slurry according to claim 1, characterized in that: the crosslinking resin is polyurethane resin.
5. A preparation method of water-based woven tape shaping slurry is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1): injecting deionized water into a reaction kettle, starting stirring, slowly adding water-soluble polyester slurry, heating to 90-93 ℃, and preserving heat for 2.5-3.5 hours to fully dissolve the water-soluble polyester slurry in the deionized water to obtain a water-soluble polyester slurry solution;
step 2): adding deionized water into a stirring tank, then sequentially adding fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, a water repellent agent, a bridging agent and cross-linked resin, and uniformly mixing in the stirring tank to obtain a mixed material a;
step 3): and (3) after the temperature of the reaction kettle in the step (1) is reduced to 48-52 ℃, slowly adding the mixed material a in the step (2), adding a pH regulator to keep the pH value in the reaction kettle at 6-7, continuously stirring the reaction kettle for 28-35min to fully and uniformly mix the materials, discharging, filtering and packaging to obtain the water-based woven tape sizing slurry.
