s1: collecting gardenia serving as a raw material, keeping out of the sun, sealing the gardenia in an environment at a low temperature of-3 ℃, transporting the gardenia to a cold storage for preservation, soaking the gardenia in an ethanol solution with the mass concentration of 70%, stirring the solution for 1.5 hours at a temperature of 40-50 ℃, cooling the solution, and collecting the treated gardenia petals for later use;
s2: adding water into the water vapor distillation tank (1), heating to boil, adding the gardenia petals obtained in the step S1, continuing to heat, and floating the vapor to enter a fine filtration tank (201) through a condensation pipe (4);
s3: starting the air cylinder (204) to drive the piston plate (205) to reciprocate in the fine filtration tank (201), wherein the movement speed is 3 times/minute, and the air cylinder (204) stops acting after the essential oil water solution reaches a certain volume;
s4: starting a water suction pump (7), pumping out the water precipitated at the bottom of the fine filtering tank (201), reserving the fine filtered essential oil, and stopping the water suction pump (7);
s5: and (3) opening a valve at the bottom of the fine filtering tank (201), starting the driving motor (10) at the same time, rotating the turntable (301), driving six groups of essential oil storage tanks (302) to uniformly and reciprocally pass through the bottom of the fine filtering tank (201), carrying essential oil, directly canning the essential oil, and finishing the fine filtering work of the gardenia essential oil.
