Abstract

本发明属于聚氨酯技术领域,具体涉及一种高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料及护具的制备方法。所述的高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料,由A组分和B组分构成;以重量份数计,原料组成如下:A组分:慢回弹聚醚多元醇40‑65份,聚合物多元醇20‑30份,植物油10‑30份,交联剂1‑2份,扩链剂1‑5份,发泡剂0.2‑0.6份,泡沫稳定剂0.3‑0.8份,催化剂1‑3份,开孔剂1‑3份;B组分为改性MDI 70‑80份;A组分与B组分的重量份数比为100:(70‑80)。本发明提供一种高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料,具有优异的物理性能和机械性能,综合性能好;同时本发明提供制备方法。

Description

高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料及护具的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯技术领域,具体涉及一种高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料及护具的制 备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯慢回弹泡沫由于在室温附近具有高的粘弹性,可以吸收高的冲击能量,所以可用 于运动护具。根据防护部位,运动护具分为护肩、护膝、护肘、护踝、护胫、护背、护臀和 护尾椎以及头盔等;根据运动种类,可以分为摩托车护具、滑雪护具、足球运动护具、溜冰 运动护具等;目前市场的护具主要存在高温条件下易折裂、吸水率较高、力学性能差等问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护 具组合料,制得的护具耐高温、耐水解,具有优异的物理性能和机械性能,综合性能好;同 时本发明提供了一种简单易实施的高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料的制备方法。
本发明所述的高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料,由A组分和B组分构成;以重量份数计, 原料组成如下:
A组分:

改性MDI 70-80份;
A组分与B组分的重量份数比为100:(70-80);
所述的慢回弹聚醚多元醇数均分子量为700-800,官能度为3,羟值为230-250mgKOH/g, 优选未长华化学科技有限公司生产的CHE-307。
所述的聚合物多元醇是苯乙烯或者丙烯腈作为乙烯基单体,与高活性聚醚多元醇进行链 加成反应合成的数均分子量为5000-6000,官能度为3,固含量为40-45%的聚合物多元醇, 优选山东蓝星东大有限公司生产的POP40。
植物油为棕榈油、蓖麻油、菜籽油中的一种,优选为潍坊市环宇油脂有限公司生产的蓖 麻油。
交联剂为羟值130-150mgKOH/g,官能度大于2的小分子多元醇或胺类化合物,优选为 胺类化合物三乙醇胺。
扩链剂为乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、二丙二醇中的一种,优选为1,4-丁二醇。
泡沫稳定剂为聚硅氧烷-氧化烯烃嵌段共聚物,优选为美国空气化工公司生产的DC2525。
发泡剂为水。
催化剂为胺类催化剂,优选为发泡型催化剂A1与凝胶型催化剂A33复配型催化剂。
开孔剂为韩国SKC-1900。
改性MDI优选为DMT-B,生产厂家均为山东一诺威聚氨酯股份有限公司。
所述的高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备A组分:将A组分配方量的慢回弹聚醚多元醇、聚合物多元醇、植物油投入应釜中搅拌,然后依次加入计量好的交联剂、扩链剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂和开孔剂,室温下混合,即得A组分;
(2)制作护具样块:将A组分和B组分按照质量比加入反应釜,控制模温55-60℃,料温20-30℃,搅拌,倒入模具,4-6min后开模即得护具样块。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)采用本发明提供的高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料,在室温附近具有高的粘弹性, 有利于吸收高的冲击能量,制备的护具达到好的抗冲击效果,通过欧盟标准EN1621二级测 试;
(2)本发明高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料的制备方法,制备简单易实施,组合料成本 较低;
(3)本发明的提供的高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料,采用高性能改性B料,力学综 合性能显著提高,制备的护具水解稳定性高。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1至实施例4
实施例1至实施例4所用的高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料配方如表1所示:

实施例1至实施例4均按照以下高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料的制备方法制备:
(1)制备A组分:将A组分配方量的慢回弹聚醚多元醇、聚合物多元醇、植物油投入应釜中搅拌,然后依次加入计量好的交联剂、扩链剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂和开孔剂,在室温条件下,转速为40转/分钟,搅拌1小时,即得A组分;
(2)制作护具样块:将A组分和B组分按照质量比加入反应釜,控制模温55-60℃,料温20-30℃,快速搅拌均匀后倒入模具中,5min后开模即得护具样块。
对比例1-对比例3
对比例1-对比例3按照以下慢回弹聚氨酯组合料的配方制备,其制备方法与实施例1至 实施例4的制备方法相同,其配方如表3所示:

将实施例1-4和对比例1-3制备的聚氨酯慢回弹护具进行性能测试,拉伸强度、伸长率 和撕裂强度采用GB/T6344-2008标准测试;吸水率实验是室温下按照将样块完全浸入水中 72h,取出称重计算吸水率;高温对折实验是将样块对折放置70℃烘箱内24h;硬度采用邵C 硬度计测试;冲击测试按照EN-1621-1标准进行测试;测试结果如表4所示。

1.一种高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料,其特征在于:由A组分和B组分构成;以重量份数计,原料组成如下:
A组分:
慢回弹聚醚多元醇 40-65份
聚合物多元醇 20-30份
蓖麻油 10-30份
交联剂 1-2份
扩链剂 1-5份
发泡剂 0.2-0.6份
泡沫稳定剂 0.3-0.8份
催化剂 1-3份
开孔剂 1-3份;
B组分:
改性MDI 70-80份;
A组分与B组分的重量份数比为100:(70-80);
泡沫稳定剂为聚硅氧烷-氧化烯烃嵌段共聚物;发泡剂为水;
所述的慢回弹聚醚多元醇数均分子量为700-800,官能度为3,羟值为230-250mgKOH/g;
所述的聚合物多元醇是苯乙烯或者丙烯腈作为乙烯基单体,与高活性聚醚多元醇进行链加成反应合成的数均分子量为5000-6000,官能度为3,固含量为40-45%的聚合物多元醇;
改性MDI为DMT-B;扩链剂为乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、二丙二醇中的一种;开孔剂为韩国SKC-1900。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料,其特征在于:交联剂为羟值130-150mgKOH/g,官能度大于2的小分子多元醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料,其特征在于:催化剂为胺类催化剂。
4.一种权利要求1-3任一所述的高性能聚氨酯慢回弹护具组合料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制备A组分:将A组分配方量的慢回弹聚醚多元醇、聚合物多元醇、蓖麻油投入应釜中搅拌,然后依次加入计量好的交联剂、扩链剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂和开孔剂,室温下混合,即得A组分;
(2)制作护具样块:将A组分和B组分按照质量比加入反应釜,控制模温55-60℃,料温20-30℃,搅拌,倒入模具,4-6min后开模即得护具样块。
