the support assembly includes: a rocker arm support base (112), a rocker arm (115) and a roller (116); one end of the rocker arm (115) is rotatably arranged on the rocker arm supporting seat (112), and the other end of the rocker arm is provided with a roller (116) which can freely rotate;
the rocker arm (115) comprises a first rocker arm and a second rocker arm; the first rocker arm and the second rocker arm are crossed in a cross shape; the first rocker arm passes through the middle part of the second rocker arm, and the first rocker arm and the second rocker arm can rotate relatively;
the support assembly further comprises: a cam (113) rotatably mounted on the rocker arm support base (112); the cam (113) is arranged below the rocker arm (115); and the cam (113) is in contact with the rocker arm (115) surface for supporting the rocker arm (115);
the rocker arm supporting seat (112) is also provided with a height adjusting handle (114) for driving the cam (113) to rotate; the height adjusting handle (114) is fixedly connected with the cam (113);
the compression assembly includes: a clamp mounting seat (105), a compression clamp (106) and a compressor (108); the compression clamp (106) is fixedly arranged on the clamp mounting seat (105); the compactor (108) is clamped on the compaction clamp (106) through an upper nut (110) and a lower nut (110);
the pressing clamp (106) is perpendicular to the clamp mounting seat (105), and the stud of the pressing device (108) is perpendicular to the pressing clamp (106);
the sliding assembly includes: a slider (101) and a bracket mounting plate (102); a final assembly bracket (103) is arranged on the bracket mounting plate (102);
the assembly bracket (103) is connected with the clamp mounting seat (105) through 2 rotary plungers (104), and the 2 rotary plungers (104) are distributed on two sides of the assembly bracket (103);
the 2 rotary plungers (104) are respectively: a first rotary plunger and a second rotary plunger; the clamp mounting seat (105) is hinged with the assembly bracket (103) through a first rotary plunger; when the second rotary plunger is screwed, the relative rotation between the clamp mounting seat (105) and the final assembly bracket (103) can be limited.
2. Product segment auxiliary assembly platform according to claim 1, characterized in that the slide (101) is in sliding fit with the guide rail (5); the bracket mounting plate (102) is fixedly connected with the sliding block (101).
3. Product section auxiliary assembly platform according to claim 2, characterized in that the bracket mounting plate (102) is further provided with clamping means (117); the clamping device (117) is capable of limiting the relative sliding movement between the slider (101) and the guide rail (5).
4. A method of assembling a product segment auxiliary assembly platform according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
step S1: sliding the sliding block (101) on the guide rail (5); adjusting the mounting position of the supporting and compacting unit on the guide rail (5);
step S2: a rotating cam (113) for adjusting the height of the rocker arm (115) and the interval between the two rollers (116); placing the product section to be assembled on a rocker arm (115) and supported by means of rollers (116);
step S3: adjusting the hold-down position of a hold-down (108) to hold down the product section between the rocker arm (115) and the hold-down (108);
step S4: repeating the steps S2-S3 to finish the compaction and fixation of a plurality of product sections; the supporting and pressing unit slides on the guide rail (5) to finish the butt joint assembly among a plurality of product sections.
