Abstract
The invention discloses a universal fixture for processing a high-pressure common rail pump body, which comprises: mounting panel, locating plate, location diamond round pin, drive side locating pin and top board. The mounting plate is used for connecting a workbench of a machining center, the positioning plate is fixed on the upper surface of the mounting plate, and the upper surface of the positioning plate is provided with a driving side positioning pin hole and a plurality of groups of positioning pin holes. The positioning diamond pin is detachably connected with the positioning pin hole, and the top of the positioning diamond pin is matched with a groove on the high-pressure common rail pump body to be processed. The driving side positioning pin is detachably connected with the driving side positioning pin hole, and a round cap at the top of the driving side positioning pin is matched with a round hole on the high-pressure common rail pump body to be processed. The upper pressure plate is connected to the pressing part of the machining center and used for pressing the high-pressure common rail pump body to be machined on the positioning plate. The fixture can be matched with different pump bodies by replacing different drive side positioning pins, so that frequent replacement of the fixture is avoided, the machining efficiency is improved, the clamping precision is ensured, and the production cost is reduced.

The diesel high-pressure common rail injection technology is the most advanced engine technology in the world at present, and the characteristics of low oil consumption and low exhaust emission are of great significance for improving the air environment at present. For the processing of the high-pressure common rail pump body, the pump bodies with different specifications and sizes need to be positioned by adopting corresponding clamps, and the clamps are repeatedly clamped and disassembled after being switched for 1 time for 30 minutes, so that the production efficiency is seriously influenced. In addition, the mounting precision of the clamp needs to be measured again after replacement and mounting are finished, if the measurement during the mounting of the clamp has errors, the size of a workpiece is easy to cause errors during processing, and the reject ratio of the processed part is improved. In the present embodiment, the maximum center-to-center distance between the dowel hole 220 and the drive side dowel hole 210 is 139mm, and the minimum center-to-center distance is 114.5 mm.
In order to match the positioning diamond pins 300 with the grooves 610 of the high-pressure common rail pump bodies 600 of different models, in the scheme, the number of the positioning pin holes 220 is 3, and the 3 groups of positioning pin holes 220 are arranged along the direction perpendicular to the circular center line of each group of positioning pin holes 220. That is, the present clamp can be applied to at least 3 different types of high-pressure common rail pump bodies 600.
In this embodiment, the drive side positioning pin 400 is made of T10A steel and is heat treated HRC 4-50. The T10A steel has better toughness and higher strength. After heat treatment, the surface hardness is high, abrasion is not easy to occur, and high precision can be still maintained after repeated use.
In order to adapt the clamp to different types of high-pressure common rail pump bodies 600, the number of the drive side positioning pins 400 is multiple, and the multiple drive side positioning pins 400 can be replaced with each other.
In order to facilitate matching of the positioning diamond pin 300 and the driving side positioning pin 400 with corresponding positions of the high-pressure common rail pump body 600, the tops of the positioning diamond pin 300 and the driving side positioning pin 400 are both provided with chamfers or transition arcs.
