Background
In recent years, a large number of phototherapy experiments aiming at red light and near infrared light find that the illumination has the efficacy of shaping and losing weight. It was found that, first, red light and near infrared light promote intracellular adenosine triphosphate production, while an increase in adenosine triphosphate promotes metabolism, which is equivalent to consuming more heat. And secondly, red light and near infrared light can promote pores on the cell walls of fat cells to cause the leakage of grease, so that the fat cells are finally shrunken and atrophic, and the effect of reducing the grease is achieved. Finally, red light and near infrared light can also promote the growth of fibroblasts, which can stimulate the production of collagen and can also push them to move between cell walls, thereby playing a role in tightening skin.

Please refer to the structural schematic diagram of a waist shaping phototherapy device shown in fig. 1.
A waist shaping phototherapy device of fig. 1, comprising:
the first base layer 10, two ends of the first base layer 10 can be buckled;
a second base layer 20, wherein the second base layer 20 is made of a light-transmitting material and is formed on a first side of the first base layer 10; a first space is formed between the first base layer 10 and the second base layer 20;
a first substrate 30, wherein the first substrate 30 is disposed in the first space; one end of the first substrate 30 is connected to the inner wall of the second base layer 20 relatively close to the first base layer 10, and the free end of the first substrate is connected to the inner wall of the first base layer 10 close to the second base layer 20; a first phototherapy module 40 is disposed on a side of the first substrate 30 relatively close to the second substrate 20.
Wherein,
the first base layer 10, as shown in fig. 1, is a flexible plate structure, and two free ends thereof are provided with a fastening device, for example: two free ends of the two connecting rods can be provided with buckles which are mutually buckled; another example is: the two self-driven ends can be provided with mutually attracted magnetic buckles. The first base layer is the basic structure of the device, and is used for arranging the second base layer. And the device can be fixed on the waist of a user by utilizing the buckling state of the two free ends of the first base layer.
The second base layer 20, as shown in fig. 1, is disposed on a first side of the first base layer, where the first side is: after the two free ends of the first base layer are buckled, the first base layer is closer to the side wall buckled by the two free ends. The second base layer 20 is a flexible plate structure, such as a transparent silica gel material, and two free ends of the second base layer are connected with the first side wall of the first base layer, so that a first space is formed between the first base layer and the second base layer, and when the first base layer is in an unfolded state, the length direction of the first base layer is a first direction, and the width direction of the first base layer is a second direction; as shown in fig. 2, the horizontal arrow is in a first direction, the vertical arrow is in a second direction, and the first space is in a rectangular cavity structure with two open ends.
The first substrate 30, as shown in fig. 1, is disposed in the first space, and its length direction extends along the second direction. The first substrate is in a rectangular structure and is provided with two sides extending along a second direction, wherein: one side of the first substrate 30 is connected to the inner wall of the second base layer 20, which is relatively close to the first base layer 10; the other side of the first substrate is connected to the inner wall of the first base layer 10 near the second base layer 20. A first phototherapy module 40 is disposed on a side of the first substrate relatively close to the second base layer 20. Based on this design, the first substrate 30 is obliquely distributed in the first space, and a first included angle is formed between the first phototherapy module 40 and the second base layer.
Compared with the prior art, when the second base layer is arranged around the waist of the user, after the two ends of the first base layer are buckled, the waist shaping phototherapy device can be fixed at the waist of the user, and the use process is very convenient. Moreover, because the first base material is arranged in the first space, the first phototherapy module arranged on the first base material does not need to be in direct contact with the skin of a user, and light rays emitted by the first phototherapy module can penetrate through the second base material to carry out phototherapy on the skin of the waist of the user, so that the damage to the skin can be avoided.
Further, since the first light therapy module 40 and the second base layer have a first included angle, as shown in fig. 1, the distance between the first light therapy module and the second base layer gradually decreases from the end of the first light therapy module relatively far from the second base layer to the end relatively close to the second base layer, so that the differential light therapy can be implemented in a local area covered by the first light therapy module 40, and blood circulation is promoted in the local area.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3a and 3b, an adjustable telescopic portion 31 is further disposed between the first phototherapy module and the first substrate. In this embodiment, the first phototherapy module includes a plurality of phototherapy units, where the phototherapy units are disposed in a matrix structure on a side of the adjustable expansion portion, which is relatively far from the first base material. The adjustable telescopic part is internally provided with a medium, such as: a third space of gas or liquid, in which the adjustable expansion and contraction part is in a contracted state when the medium is not filled therein, as shown in fig. 3a; when the medium is filled in the adjustable telescopic part, the adjustable telescopic part is in a wedge-shaped structure, in particular, one end of the adjustable telescopic part, which is relatively close to the first base layer, is a larger end, and one end of the adjustable telescopic part, which is relatively close to the second base layer, is a smaller end, so that when the adjustable telescopic part is in a filling state, as shown in fig. 3b; so that the phototherapy unit thereon can be closer to the second base layer, and the first phototherapy module can perform uniform phototherapy on the skin of the waist of the user.
The specific power semiconductor narrow spectrum red light is adopted to carry out thermal moxibustion on acupuncture points such as a neural network, a yin intersection, a sea and the like, optionally, the narrow spectrum red light can be red light with a wave band of 590-810 nm, so that cytochrome c oxidase can be released from a line particle body, adenosine triphosphate is increased, and cells provide energy by using the adenosine triphosphate, thereby promoting metabolism of the cells, consuming more heat correspondingly, and being beneficial to shaping of waists; meanwhile, the red light irradiation heats molecules in blood vessels, regulates vasodilation, improves blood circulation, can assist in daily nursing of waist and strengthen body.
In a preferred embodiment, the first substrate 30 is made of an elastic material and is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the second base layer 20 relatively close to the first base layer 10; the inner wall of the first base layer 10, which is close to the second base layer 20, is provided with a plurality of clamping positions 50 distributed in a ring-shaped array, and the free end of the first base material 30 can be connected with the clamping positions 50; when the free end of the first substrate 30 is connected to the different clamping positions 50, the angle between the first phototherapy module 40 and the second substrate 20 can be changed.
As shown in fig. 4a and fig. 4b, the clamping positions 50 have a plurality of groups, each group has two and is distributed in the side wall annular array of the first base layer, and each group of clamping positions 50 includes: a first clamping position 51 and a second clamping position 52. The first clamping positions 51 and the second clamping positions 52 are distributed on the inner wall of the first base layer. Wherein the first substrate 30 corresponding to the group is closer to the first clamping position 51.
In fig. 4a, one end of the first substrate, which is relatively close to the second base layer, is rotatably connected to the second base layer, and the free end thereof is connected to the first clamping position 51, where the first substrate may be in a natural stretched state or a micro stretched state. And the included angle between the first base material and the second base layer is A.
In fig. 4b, one end of the first substrate, which is relatively close to the second base layer, is rotatably connected with the second base layer, and the first substrate is made of an elastic material. In fig. 4B, the first substrate is connected to the second clamping position 52, the first substrate is in a micro-stretched state, and an included angle between the first substrate and the second base layer is B.
Angle a in fig. 4a is greater than angle B in fig. 4B.
Therefore, based on the above design, when the free end of the first substrate 30 is connected to the different clamping positions 50, the included angle between the first phototherapy module 40 and the second base layer 20 can be changed, that is, the distance between the first phototherapy module and the second base layer can be adjusted.
Preferably, the connection of the first substrate to the different clamping positions can be achieved by manual switching.
Preferably, the clamping positions are in a strip structure and distributed on the inner wall of the first base layer along the second direction. The side edge of the first substrate can be effectively fixed so as to be unfolded.
Preferably, the first substrates 30 are at least two and all the first substrates 30 are distributed in a circular array in the first space. Based on this design, the device in this embodiment is capable of effectively phototherapy around the circumference of the waist of the user, as shown in fig. 4a and 4 b.
In a preferred embodiment, the first substrate 10 is further provided with a curved travel groove 60 on the top edge; an adjusting lever portion 61 which can move along the travel groove 60 is provided in the travel groove; the free end of the adjustment lever portion 61 is rotatably connected to the free end of the first base member 30.
Referring to fig. 5a and 5b, a curved travel groove is formed on the top edge of the first base layer, and optionally, each travel groove is disposed corresponding to each first substrate.
The first base material is made of elastic materials.
An adjusting rod part is connected in the travel groove in a matching way, and the adjusting rod part can move along the extending direction of the travel groove. Specifically, the free end of the adjusting lever part is rotatably connected with the first base material.
