Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of equipment cleaning, in particular to a method and a system for quickly cleaning melamine molded tableware.
Background
The kitchen is an important component of a family, and with the improvement of living standard, people are continuously pursuing the quality of life of the kitchen, and especially some fashionable women have higher requirements on modern kitchens. The environment-friendly kitchen knife is a popular theme in the world at present, a plurality of novel product appliances enter the kitchen, and particularly, the novel kitchen knife is worth paying attention to a fancy household silica gel product, a plurality of high-quality environment-friendly materials such as nano silica gel, glass, ceramic, stainless steel and the like are carefully selected according to international standards, and a whole set of kitchen supplies such as a knife, a pot, tableware, a tea set, a fresh-keeping appliance and the like are designed and produced, so that the novel kitchen knife has the advantages of being environment-friendly, light, practical and the like, and provides a new choice for people who love life and pursue the quality of life.
Melamine tableware, also known as porcelain-like tableware, is formed by heating, pressurizing and pressing melamine resin powder, is used in catering industry and children's catering industry due to the properties of lightness, attractiveness, low temperature resistance, low breakage resistance and the like, belongs to high polymer, is abbreviated as MF in English, and is prepared from formaldehyde and melamine as monomers. A37% formaldehyde aqueous solution is adopted during reaction, the molar ratio of formaldehyde to melamine is 2-3, and researches show that: along with the increase of the using amount of the formaldehyde, the formaldehyde combination amount is also increased, and the reaction is easy to carry out; the melamine resin obtained from different methylolmelamines can be prepared by changing the using amount of formaldehyde, when the pH value of a reaction system is 8.5, the side reaction is less, the reaction is easy to control, the temperature is high, the reaction speed is high, the influence on the formaldehyde binding capacity is small within the range of 54-80 ℃, N-methylol substitutes with different numbers are generated in the first step of the reaction, and then the N-methylol substitutes are further condensed into linear resin. Generally, the molecular weight of the product varies from water soluble to water insoluble, and may even form insoluble, infusible solids, depending on the reaction conditions. The melamine resin is not cured at room temperature, and generally needs to be cured at 130-150 ℃. The research shows that: when curing, a small amount of acid is added as a catalyst, so that the curing speed can be improved. The cured melamine formaldehyde resin is colorless and transparent, is stable in boiling water, can be used even at the high temperature of 150 ℃, has self-extinguishing property, arc resistance and good mechanical property, the existing cleaning method of the melamine molded tableware is manual cleaning or uniformly placed in a dish-washing machine for automatic cleaning, the former consumes a large amount of manpower, so that more catering companies select the latter to carry out dish-washing work, but the latter has the following defects: since the distribution of the soil on each melamine molded tableware to be cleaned is uneven, uniform placement in a dishwasher leads to poor cleaning performance, and further to poor cleaning performance since the amount of detergent is preset so that the cleaning requirement of each melamine molded tableware to be cleaned cannot be satisfied.

and S204, determining the current cleanliness of the melamine molded tableware according to the reflection detection result and the dirt distribution information of each melamine molded tableware to be washed.
The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: the image analysis is carried out on the preprocessed image of each melamine molded tableware to be washed, so that the dirt distribution information on the surface of each melamine molded tableware can be quickly determined, data support can be provided for the cleanness evaluation of the melamine molded tableware to be washed, furthermore, the cleanness of each melamine molded tableware to be washed can be more reasonably and accurately evaluated by determining the cleanness according to the light reflection detection result and the dirt distribution information of each melamine molded tableware to be washed, and the accuracy of the evaluation result is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the sequentially feeding a plurality of melamine molded tableware to be washed into a preset dishwasher according to the detection result comprises:
s301, sequencing a plurality of melamine molded tableware to be washed according to the detection result in a sequence of cleanliness from small to large to obtain a first sequencing result;
step S302, determining the cleaning area of each melamine molded tableware to be cleaned, and intelligently adjusting the first sequencing structure according to the cleaning area to obtain a second sequencing result;
s303, sequentially feeding each melamine molded tableware to be washed into a preset dish washing machine according to the second sequencing result;
and S304, measuring the interval between two adjacent melamine molded tableware to be washed in a preset dishwasher, and adjusting the interval until the preset condition is met when the measurement result does not meet the preset condition.
The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: the sequencing result is intelligently adjusted to ensure that each melamine molded tableware to be washed can be cleaned, and further, the interval between two melamine molded tableware to be washed can meet the preset condition, so that the cleaning effect of each melamine molded tableware to be washed can be further ensured, and the cleaning efficiency is further improved.
In one embodiment, said dispensing of cleaning agents according to the soil composition of each melamine molded dishware to be cleaned comprises:
