As shown in fig. 1 and 11, the pulling and unlocking buckle device of the present invention includes a first connection module 10 and a second connection module 20.
As shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, the first connection module 10 and the second connection module 20 may be locked together and separated from each other. The first connecting module 10 is provided with a lock tongue 11, the second connecting module 20 is provided with a corresponding lock hole 21, and the lock tongue 11 can be inserted into the lock hole 21 along the locking direction X so that the first connecting module 10 and the second connecting module 20 are locked and connected together; when unlocked, the locking tongue 11 can be withdrawn from the locking hole 21 to separate the first connection module 10 and the second connection module 20 from each other.
As shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, in order to facilitate quick locking of the first connection module 10 and the second connection module 20, a first magnet 12 is disposed in the first connection module 10, and a second magnet 24 is disposed in the second connection module 20. The first magnet 12 and the second magnet 24 attract each other. When the lock tongue 11 is ready to be inserted toward the lock hole 21, the magnetic force between the first magnet 12 and the second magnet 24 can assist the lock tongue 11 to be inserted into the lock hole 21 quickly.
As shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, the second connection module 20 is provided with an unlocking piece 23 and a locking part 231. The latch 231 is movable by actuation of the unlocking member 23. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the latch 231 is integrally designed with the unlocking member 23, that is, the latch 231 is a part of the unlocking member 23. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 9, the latch 231 is separated from the unlocking member 23, that is, the latch 231 belongs to an element other than the unlocking member 23.
As shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, the unlocking member 23 is movably disposed in the second connecting module 20, and is pulled in a direction transverse to the locking direction. As shown in fig. 11, the direction X is a locking direction, the direction Y is perpendicular to the direction X, and the unlocking member 23 may be pulled outward along the direction Y. The directions of outward, inward, outward, and the like in the present embodiment are all customary to the general public, and are relative to the unlocking piece 23.
The unlocking member 23 can actuate the latch 231. As shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, the unlocking member 23 is provided with a pulling portion 233, and the pulling portion 233 is used for pulling the unlocking member 23 outwards by a user. The pulling part 233 may be a rigid structure or a flexible structure. The specific shape of the pulling part 233 is not limited, and it is convenient for the user to pull. For example, the pulling portion 233 may be provided in the form of a pull rod extending outward, or in the form of a pull rope, or in the form of a pull ring, or the like.
When the unlocking member 23 is movably disposed in the housing 22 of the second connection module 20, part or all of the pulling portion 233 is located outside the housing 22 of the second connection module 20 so as to be pulled. The shape and size of the pulling part 233 may be set as needed.
As shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, the unlocking piece 23 is located inside the second connection module 20 except for the pulling portion 233.
As shown in fig. 10 and 12, the locking part 231 may lock the locking tongue 11 such that the first connection module 10 and the second connection module 20 are connected to each other.
As shown in fig. 11, the latch 231 is a part of the lock hole 21. A fixing hole 223 is provided in the second connection module 20. The fixing hole 223 is sized to allow the locking bolt 11 to freely go in and out. The fixing hole 223 and the locking part 231 together form a locking hole 21 which can lock the lock tongue 11. The lock hole 21 is locked or released to the lock tongue 11 by the position change of the lock portion 231. As shown in fig. 11, when the latch 231 is protruded within the fixing hole 223, it has the ability to lock the latch 11, and at this time, the first connection module 10 and the second connection module 20 may be connected to each other. When the latch 231 moves to some extent in a direction of withdrawing the fixing hole 223, the latch 231 loses the ability to lock the latch 11, and the first connection module 10 and the second connection module 20 may be separated from each other.
As shown in fig. 11, the latch 231 protrudes from the range of the fixing hole 223 in a default state, and the latch 231 can move in the pulling direction of the unlocking member 23 to exit from the range of the fixing hole 223 by the actuation of the unlocking member 23.
When the unlocking member 23 is pulled outward, the unlocking member 23 moves outward to actuate the latch 231, so that the latch 231 can be withdrawn outward from the fixing hole 223 to release the locking bolt 11 to unlock.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 to 12, in order to enable the latch 231 after the movement to return to the default state, i.e. to extend out of the fixing hole 223, a first elastic connection portion 234 is provided at an end of the latch 231 away from the fixing hole 223. The first elastic connection part 234 has elasticity, so that the movement of the latch part 231 can be satisfied and the latch part 231 can be restored by the elasticity.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the first elastic connection portion 234 is integrally connected with the unlocking member 23.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 9, the first elastic connection portion 234 is not connected to the unlocking member 23, but is fixedly connected or detachably connected to the housing 22 of the second connection module 20.
When the latch 231 moves in a direction of withdrawing the fixing hole 223 by the actuation of the unlocking member 23, the first elastic connection part 234 is compressed to accumulate force. When the external tension is lost, the first elastic connection portion 234 is restored by the elastic force, so that the latch portion 231 moves toward the fixing hole 223 and returns to the range extending out of the fixing hole 223.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 to 12, in order to allow the unlocking member 23 to actuate the latch 231 and release the lock tongue 11, the unlocking member 23 is provided with a pressing portion 237, and the latch 231 is provided with a pushing portion 238. The pressing portion 237 is rigidly formed on the unlocking piece 23. When the unlocking member 23 is pulled outwards, the pressing portion 237 moves along with the unlocking member 23 to push the pushing portion 238, so as to drive the locking portion 231 to move along the pulling direction to gradually exit the range of the fixing hole 223, and further release the lock tongue 11.
As shown in fig. 2 to 9, in order to automatically reset the unlocking member 23 pulled outward, a second elastic connection portion 235 is provided on the unlocking member 23. The second elastic connection portion 235 has elasticity, and is disposed along a pulling direction, and abuts against the housing 22 of the second connection module 20. For facilitating the abutting of the second elastic connection portion 235, a stopper 225 is disposed in the housing 22 of the second connection module 20. The stop 225 is fixedly arranged, and the position of the stop is not changed along with the movement of the unlocking piece 23. An end of the second elastic connection portion 235 abuts against the stopper 225. When the unlocking piece 23 is pulled outwards, the second elastic connection part 235 is pressed against the stop block 225, so that elastic force is accumulated. When the unlocking piece 23 loses the external pulling force, the second elastic connecting part 235 can be reset to force the unlocking piece 23 to move in the direction opposite to the pulling direction so as to reset.
For convenience, the second elastic connection portion 235 and the pressing portion 237 are provided, and the unlocking member 23 is provided with a long rod-shaped cantilever. The cantilever is in a long rod shape and has certain rigidity.
The second elastic connection portion 235 is connected to the outside of the end portion of the other end of the cantilever opposite to the pulling side.
One end of the second elastic connection portion 235 is integrally connected to the cantilever, and the other end thereof is a free end. The free end of the second elastic connection portion 235 extends along the pulling side of the unlocking member 23 to abut against the stopper 225, so that the unlocking member 23 can be compressed to store force when being pulled outwards.
The pressing portion 237 is provided on an inner wall of the cantilever, and preferably, the pressing portion 237 is formed on the inner wall of the cantilever so as to be rigid, and is integrally formed with the cantilever.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 to 9, the cantilever may include a first cantilever 2391 and a second cantilever 2392 disposed at a distance from each other. The ends of the first and second cantilevers 2391, 2392 near the pulling side are integrally coupled together, which may be integrally connected with the pulling part 233. The second elastic connection parts 235 are respectively provided at outer sides of the free ends of the first and second cantilevers 2391 and 2392. The pressing portions 237 are rigidly provided on inner walls of the first and second cantilevers 2391 and 2392, respectively. Preferably, the pressing portion 237 is symmetrically disposed on the first cantilever 2391 and the second cantilever 2392. The latch 231 is disposed between the first and second cantilevers 2391 and 2392 and spaced apart from the first and second cantilevers 2391 and 2392.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, 8, 9, 11, and 12, in order to reduce the opening force during unlocking, an extrusion portion 232 may be provided on the unlocking member 23. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the extruding part 232 may extend out of the fixing hole 223 and may move in the pulling direction. When the unlocking member 23 is pulled outwards, the extruding portion 232 can push the lock tongue 11 to move away from the second connecting module 20, so as to facilitate the separation of the first connecting module 10 and the second connecting module 20.
As shown in fig. 6, 8 and 9, the extrusion portion 232 is provided inside the free end of the cantilever. In other words, the extrusion 232 and the second elastic connection 235 are distributed on different sides of the cantilever. The extrusion 232 is disposed transversely to the cantilever arm and spaced apart from the latch 231.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, 8 and 9, the extruding portion 232 is laterally connected between the free ends of the first and second cantilevers 2391 and 2392, and integrally connected with the first and second cantilevers 2391 and 2392.
Further, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, an extrusion oblique curved surface 2321 is provided on a side of the extrusion portion 232 facing the fixing hole 223, and a first conical surface 111 is provided on a free end of the tongue 11. As shown in fig. 12, the extrusion bevel 2321 may be mated with the first conical surface 111. When the unlocking member 23 is pulled outward, the extruding portion 232 moves in the pulling direction, and the extruding inclined curved surface 2321 acts on the first conical surface 111 of the locking bolt 11 to push the locking bolt 11 out in the locking direction, thereby assisting the separation of the first connection module 10 and the second connection module 20. As shown in fig. 12, when the first connection module 10 and the second connection module 20 are connected to each other, the extrusion inclined curved surface 2321 of the extrusion part 232 is located above the first conical surface 111 of the latch 11 or is attached to the first conical surface 111.
In addition, the extruding portion 232 may also be extruded into the combined position of the first magnet 12 and the second magnet 24 to reduce the attraction between the first magnet 12 and the second magnet 24, so as to facilitate the withdrawal of the locking bolt 11. When the unlocking piece 23 is pulled outward, the extruding portion 232 moves in the pulling direction to space the first magnet 12 and the second magnet 24 to reduce the magnetic attraction therebetween, thereby facilitating the separation of the first connection module 10 and the second connection module 20.
The working principle of the pulling unlocking buckle device of the invention is as follows:
as shown in fig. 11, when the first connection module 10 and the second connection module 20 are brought close to each other in the locking direction, the magnetic attraction between the first magnet 12 and the second magnet 24 allows the latch tongue 11 to be quickly inserted into the latch hole 21 so that the first connection module 10 and the second connection module 20 are connected together (as shown in fig. 10 and 12). In a default state, the locking part 231 is positioned in the range of the fixing hole 223 to block the lock tongue 11. Since the latch 231 is connected with the first elastic connection 234, the latch 231 may be changed in position. In the process of inserting the lock tongue 11 into the lock hole 21, the lock tongue 11 pushes the locking part 231 in a homeotropic manner, so that the locking part 231 moves to a certain extent in a direction away from the fixing hole 223 at first, and the lock tongue 11 can enter; in this process, the first elastic connection 234 is compressed to accumulate force; along with the complete entry of the lock tongue 11, the locking part 231 loses the thrust of the lock tongue 11, and at this time, under the action of the first elastic connection part 234, the lock tongue can move towards the direction of the fixing hole 223 and extend out to the range of the fixing hole 223, so as to realize the resetting, and lock the lock tongue 11, so that the lock tongue 11 cannot actively withdraw from the lock hole 21.
When unlocking is required, the unlocking piece 23 is pulled outwards, the pressing part 237 acts on the pushing part 238 of the locking part 231 along with the movement of the unlocking piece 23, so that the locking part 231 is pushed to move along the pulling direction, the locking part 231 is withdrawn outwards from the range of the fixing hole 223 to release the lock tongue 11, and at the moment, the lock tongue 11 can be separated from the second connecting module 20 to separate the first connecting module 10 and the second connecting module 20 from each other.
During unlocking, the unlocking piece 23 compresses the second elastic connecting portion 235 when being pulled outwards, and the locking portion 231 compresses the first elastic connecting portion 234 when being withdrawn outwards from the fixing hole 223, so that during unlocking, both the first elastic connecting portion 234 and the second elastic connecting portion 235 are compressed to store force. After the lock tongue 11 is released from the second connection module 20, if the user releases the unlocking member 23, the unlocking member 23 moves integrally inwards to reset under the action of the elastic force of the second elastic connection portion 235; the latch 231 moves inward to reset under the elastic force of the first elastic connection portion 234, and finally can reset to a default state.
When provided with the extrusion 232, as shown in fig. 12, the extrusion 232 may act on the end of the locking tongue 11 to facilitate movement of the locking tongue 11 away from the second connection module 20 when unlocked, thereby further facilitating separation of the first and second connection modules 10 and 20 from each other.
Example 1
