Abstract
The invention provides an edible plant temporary storage incubator, belonging to the field of flower art product manufacture; the invention comprises the following steps: the containing bottle, the liquid storage bottle and the atomizing device; the top of the containing bottle is provided with an opening, a fixing ring is arranged in the containing bottle, and the fixing ring is close to the opening; the liquid storage bottle is arranged below the containing bottle; the atomization device is respectively provided with a liquid inlet pipe and an atomization pipe; the atomization device is connected with the liquid storage bottle through the liquid inlet pipe; an atomization interface is arranged on the side surface of the containing bottle, and the atomization device is connected with the atomization interface through the atomizing pipe; an adsorption fiber pipe is arranged in the containing bottle, and the atomization interface corresponds to the adsorption fiber pipe. According to the invention, the adsorption fiber tube is used for wrapping edible plants, the plants are positioned in the containing bottle, and the nutrient solution in the liquid storage bottle is sprayed to the plants in the containing bottle through the atomizing device, so that the edible plants are ensured to have long-term ornamental value and freshness.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a decorative article manufacturing technology, in particular to an edible plant temporary storage incubator, and belongs to the technical field of flower art article manufacturing.
Background
The edible ornamental plants mainly refer to edible vegetables, fruits and flowers with ornamental value and some fragrant ornamental plants. The plants can be eaten and appreciated, can beautify the environment and the temperament, and become a new favorite for family greening.
The culture medium for plant tissue culture contains macroelements, trace elements, vitamins and sugars necessary for growth, can be produced at a low cost, contains almost no protein, and therefore, can easily separate/extract protein from a plant body. In addition, it is relatively easy to culture on a large scale compared to animal cell culture, and there is no risk caused by viruses or toxins, and therefore, a safe raw material can be produced.
In the prior art, edible plants are generally placed in a culture solution in a soilless culture mode when being displayed and sold. However, in the actual use process, edible plants are frequently replaced in the display bottles, so that the plants need to be repeatedly infiltrated to ensure that the plants are not lost and withered, and the plants need to be regularly sprayed to ensure the freshness of the plants.

The invention provides a novel temporary storage incubator for edible plants, which can ensure the wetting of the surfaces of the plants by arranging an atomizing device and an adsorption fiber pipe in a containing bottle, so as to solve the technical problem of complicated maintenance caused by the need of regularly infiltrating and spraying nutrient solution in the process of plant display in the prior art.
The temporary storage incubator for edible plants comprises: the containing bottle, the liquid storage bottle and the atomizing device; the top of the containing bottle is provided with an opening, a fixing ring is arranged in the containing bottle, and the fixing ring is close to the opening;
the liquid storage bottle is arranged below the containing bottle; the atomization device is respectively provided with a liquid inlet pipe and an atomization pipe; the atomization device is connected with the liquid storage bottle through the liquid inlet pipe;
an atomization interface is arranged on the side surface of the containing bottle, and the atomization device is connected with the atomization interface through the atomizing pipe; an adsorption fiber pipe is arranged in the containing bottle, and the atomization interface corresponds to the adsorption fiber pipe.
The temporary edible plant cultivation box comprises a fixing ring, a holding bottle and an adsorption fiber tube, wherein the fixing ring is fixed on the fixing ring, and the adsorption fiber tube is in a tubular structure, one end of the adsorption fiber tube is located at the bottom of the holding bottle, and the other end of the adsorption fiber tube abuts against the fixing ring.
The temporary storage incubator for edible plants comprises a fixing ring, an adsorbing fiber pipe and an adsorbing fiber pipe, wherein the fixing ring is internally provided with a through hole for accommodating the adsorbing fiber pipe; and a sealing film is arranged on the through hole.

The temporary storage incubator for edible plants comprises an elastic air bag, wherein an air inlet valve and an air outlet valve are respectively arranged at two ends of the elastic air bag, and the elastic air bag is connected with the spraying pipe through the air outlet valve.
The temporary edible plant incubator comprises an atomizing connector, an incubator body and an incubator body, wherein the atomizing connector is provided with an atomizing nozzle; the atomizing nozzle is positioned in the containing bottle and is connected with the atomizing pipe.
The temporary edible plant cultivation box comprises a box body, wherein the box body is provided with a plurality of adsorption fiber tubes, and the adsorption fiber tubes are in mesh woven structures.
The temporary storage incubator for edible plants, wherein the accommodating bottle is of a transparent cylindrical structure; the containing bottle is detachably arranged above the liquid storage bottle; the liquid storage bottle is of a frustum-shaped structure.
According to the invention, the adsorption fiber tube is used for wrapping edible plants, the plants are positioned in the containing bottle, and the nutrient solution in the liquid storage bottle is sprayed to the plants in the containing bottle through the atomizing device, so that the edible plants are ensured to have long-term ornamental value and freshness.

Detailed Description
The temporary edible plant cultivation box can be made of the following materials, but is not limited to the following materials, for example: plastic, acrylic, an air bag, a check valve, an air inlet valve, a glass tube and the like.
FIG. 1 is a side view of the temporary storage incubator for edible plants according to an embodiment of the present invention; and in conjunction with figure 2.
The temporary storage incubator for edible plants comprises: the containing bottle 1, the liquid storage bottle 2 and the atomizing device 3; the top of the containing bottle 1 is provided with an opening, a fixing ring 10 is arranged in the containing bottle 1, and the fixing ring 10 is close to the opening; the fixing ring is generally in a ring structure and is vertically fixed on the side wall in the containing bottle 1 to play a role in keeping the plant position.
As shown in fig. 2, the liquid storage bottle 2 is arranged below the containing bottle 1; the atomization device 3 is respectively provided with a liquid inlet pipe 32 and an atomization pipe 31; the atomization device 3 is connected with the liquid storage bottle 2 through the liquid inlet pipe 32; the liquid inlet pipe 32 is used for sucking the plant culture solution stored in the liquid storage bottle 2, so that the plant culture solution enters the atomizing device 3.
An atomizing interface 11 is arranged on the side surface of the containing bottle 1, and the atomizing device 3 is connected with the atomizing interface 11 through the atomizing pipe 31; an adsorption fiber pipe 4 is arranged in the containing bottle 1, and the atomization interface 11 corresponds to the adsorption fiber pipe 4.
In actual use, the spraying pipe 31 of the atomizing device 3 generates atomized plant culture solution, and the atomized plant culture solution is sprayed onto the adsorption fiber pipe 4 through the atomizing interface 11.
In this embodiment, 4 parcel of adsorption fiber pipe in the outside of edible plant, 4 general adoption fibre bundles of adsorption fiber pipe, paper pulp, plastic fiber silk weave and form to can guarantee that the plant culture solution can adsorb on this adsorption fiber pipe 4. In this embodiment, the adsorption fiber tube 4 is a tubular structure, one end of which is located at the bottom of the containing bottle 1, and the other end of which abuts against the fixing ring 10; the fixing ring 10 can ensure that the adsorption fiber tube 4 is positioned in the middle of the containing bottle 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, a through hole for accommodating the adsorption fiber tube 4 is formed in the fixing ring 10; a sealing film 15 is provided on the through-hole.
In the temporary storage incubator of the present embodiment, one end of the spraying pipe 31 is connected to the containing bottle 1, and the other end is provided with an elastic air bag 33; the flexible bladder 33 is typically a silicone bladder.
One end of the liquid inlet pipe 32 is connected with the liquid storage bottle 2, and the other end is connected with the middle part of the spraying pipe 31; the bottom of the liquid inlet pipe 32 is also provided with a liquid inlet check valve 5.
Specifically, both ends of the elastic air bag 33 are respectively provided with an air inlet valve and an air outlet valve, and the elastic air bag 33 is connected with the spray pipe 31 through the air outlet valve.
In the using process, the elastic air bag 33 is repeatedly extruded, and high-speed air generated by the elastic air bag 33 is discharged into the containing bottle 1 through the spray pipe 31; because the pressure intensity of the high-speed air is lower, the plant culture solution in the liquid storage bottle 2 is sucked into the liquid inlet pipe 32, and the bottom of the liquid inlet pipe 32 is provided with the liquid inlet check valve 5, so that the plant culture solution is ensured to continuously enter the liquid inlet pipe 32, is finally sucked into the spraying pipe 31, and is sprayed into the containing bottle 1 along with the high-speed air flow.
In this embodiment, the atomizing nozzle 34 is disposed on the atomizing interface 11; the atomizer 34 is located in the bottle 1 and connected to the spray tube 31. The atomizer 34 is aligned with the adsorption fiber tube 4, and can spray and adsorb the plant culture solution on the adsorption fiber tube 4.
The temporary storage incubator for edible plants in the embodiment comprises a holding bottle 1, a temporary storage incubator, and a temporary storage incubator, wherein the holding bottle 1 is of a transparent cylindrical structure; the containing bottle 1 is detachably arranged above the liquid storage bottle 2; the liquid storage bottle 2 is of a frustum-shaped structure, so that the stability of the whole structure is guaranteed.
According to the invention, the adsorption fiber tube is used for wrapping edible plants, the plants are positioned in the containing bottle, and the nutrient solution in the liquid storage bottle is sprayed to the plants in the containing bottle through the atomizing device, so that the edible plants are ensured to have long-term ornamental value and freshness.
In addition, the temporary storage incubator for edible plants has the advantages of low manufacturing cost, small size, delicacy, compact structural design, stable finished product quality, elegant appearance and convenience in display and maintenance, and is suitable for selling and displaying florists or edible plants.

An edible plant temporary storage incubator, which is characterized by comprising: the containing bottle, the liquid storage bottle and the atomizing device; the top of the containing bottle is provided with an opening, a fixing ring is arranged in the containing bottle, and the fixing ring is close to the opening;
the liquid storage bottle is arranged below the containing bottle; the atomization device is respectively provided with a liquid inlet pipe and an atomization pipe; the atomization device is connected with the liquid storage bottle through the liquid inlet pipe;
an atomization interface is arranged on the side surface of the containing bottle, and the atomization device is connected with the atomization interface through the atomizing pipe; an adsorption fiber pipe is arranged in the containing bottle, and the atomization interface corresponds to the adsorption fiber pipe.
2. The temporary edible plant growth container of claim 1 wherein the absorbent fiber tube is a tubular structure with one end located at the bottom of the container bottle and the other end resting within the retaining ring.
3. The temporary storage incubator for edible plants as claimed in claim 2, wherein the fixing ring is provided with a through hole for accommodating the adsorption fiber tube; and a sealing film is arranged on the through hole.
4. The temporary storage incubator as claimed in claim 1, wherein one end of the spraying tube is connected to the containing bottle, and the other end is provided with an elastic air bag;
one end of the liquid inlet pipe is connected with the liquid storage bottle, and the other end of the liquid inlet pipe is connected with the middle part of the spray pipe; and a liquid inlet check valve is also arranged at the bottom of the liquid inlet pipe.
5. The temporary edible plant cultivation box as claimed in claim 4, wherein the two ends of the elastic air bag are respectively provided with an air inlet valve and an air outlet valve, and the elastic air bag is connected with the spraying pipe through the air outlet valve.
6. The temporary storage incubator for edible plants as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the atomizing interface is provided with an atomizing nozzle; the atomizing nozzle is positioned in the containing bottle and is connected with the atomizing pipe.
7. The temporary edible plant growing box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the adsorbing fiber tube is a net-like woven structure.
8. The temporary edible plant growing box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said holding bottle is a transparent cylindrical structure; the containing bottle is detachably arranged above the liquid storage bottle; the liquid storage bottle is of a frustum-shaped structure.
