Abstract
The invention provides a block chain-based origin management information service platform, which comprises: the traceability code generating module is used for generating traceability codes recorded with goods origin information and goods value information; the origin identification module is used for identifying all information recorded by the source tracing code, judging whether the whole set of goods belongs to the origin and generating an origin judgment result; a origin certificate printing device for printing the origin certificate; and the block chain certification storage system is coupled with the source tracing code generation module, the origin identification module and the origin certificate printing device and is used for receiving and storing the goods origin information, the goods value information and the origin judgment result. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of commodity traceability systems, in particular to a region-of-origin management information service platform based on a block chain.
Background
At present, a general certificate of origin is a certification document issued by each country according to respective rules of origin, certifying that goods are originated in a specific country or region, and enjoying the normal duty (most profitable country) of an importing country, and the rules of origin are unified worldwide, so that a common basis can be found for trade statistics of each country, and trade friction caused by huge difference of trade statistics between countries is avoided or reduced.
Developed countries often give rise to prosperous and underdeveloped countries revenue-based tariff benefits, i.e. tariff benefits are applied to products native to the developing or underdeveloped countries, called treatments for the country.
When a whole set of goods defined by the overall rules of classification by HS in our country consists of genuine and non-genuine products, the whole set of goods should still be regarded as genuine as long as the value of the non-genuine products does not exceed 15% or 10% of the whole set of goods (15% for chile, peru and costa and 10% for singapore and ECFA).
However, the efficiency of judging whether the whole set of goods belongs to the original product is slow at present, so that the import and export procedures become slow.
