step six: after a user pays corresponding fees on line, an operating system of the shared express pile automatically checks whether an empty shared express cabinet meeting mailing requirements exists, if so, the empty shared express cabinet is opened, and the user puts in mailed articles; if not, displaying the motion trail of the courier on the line in real time on an application system of the user terminal, pre-judging the waiting time of the user, and receiving the mail after the courier arrives;
step seven: when the consignee has express delivery information, the related express delivery sending information can be checked on the mobile terminal, the express delivery address can be changed at any time according to the requirement, and the system can increase the delivery cost once every time the express delivery address is changed;
step eight: after the express is mailed to the target location, the receiver collects the express by the mobile phone number, the verification code, the payment treasure or the WeChat, or pays the related express fee.
The invention has the following positive effects: the shared express cabinet has the characteristics of modularization in shape and size, repeated recycling, splicing, tracking and the like:
1. the shared express cabinet has the characteristics of standardized shape and mutual insertion, is beneficial to large-scale mass production, is convenient to stack, assemble and transport, improves the expandability between the shared express cabinets, reduces warehouse inventory, and can dynamically add and reduce the number of the shared express cabinets on the shared express piles according to actual needs, thereby effectively solving the problems that one shared express cabinet is difficult to be obtained during shopping activities of various E-commerce, and the shared express cabinets often cause resource waste and the like at idle time; the goods can be delivered in real time, so that the goods are prevented from being stored in the warehouse, the stock is reduced, and the overall delivery time is shortened; simultaneously, the area of sharing express delivery cabinet that significantly reduces will be favorable to delivering the sharing express delivery cabinet to the position that the district or office building are suitable for receiving, has improved the convenience that the user received the express delivery when not reducing user security.
2. The temperature and humidity control device can perform an independent heat preservation or fresh-keeping function on one shared express cabinet, so that the applicability of the shared express cabinet is improved, different types of shared express cabinets, particularly fresh goods, are selected by a merchant according to different delivered goods, the freshness of food can be effectively prolonged, and energy is saved.
3. The shared express cabinet body is made of metal materials or other non-disposable materials, so that the anti-collision and breakage resistance of the express cabinet are enhanced, and disputes caused by surface breakage of express during distribution are reduced; meanwhile, the shared express cabinet can be recycled for multiple times, is convenient to recycle, and greatly reduces environmental pollution and resource waste; according to the shared express cabinet, the rain cover is arranged on the upper portion of the cabinet body, so that the protection of related electronic equipment in the lower cabinet body in rainy and snowy weather is facilitated.
4. According to the invention, the positioning module is installed on the shared express cabinet and connected with the background big data, so that the control degree of the user on the shared express cabinet is enhanced, and the use experience of the user on the shared express cabinet is improved: the express delivery system has the advantages that a user can use the application system on the mobile terminal to perform positioning tracking and control express delivery information with a positioning module on a shared express cabinet in the whole process, so that the user can change delivery places and delivery time at any time according to actual needs, and different express deliveries of a plurality of express deliveries of the same addressee and a plurality of affiliated express companies can be delivered to unified places appointed by the user according to the time required by the user and can also be delivered to different places according to the needs of the user.
5. According to the shared express cabinet, the positioning module and the assembling property are combined for the first time, the delivery mode of a courier is changed, and the overall delivery efficiency of the courier is improved; each courier only needs to deliver the couriers on a specific line every day, and the delivery lines are fixed, so that the uncertainty on the delivery lines is greatly reduced; meanwhile, the couriers and the couriers cooperate with each other, the overall delivery efficiency is improved, and the delivery time of the couriers in the same city is greatly shortened.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, 15, 16 and 17, the invention includes a shared express pile 1 and a shared express cabinet 2 detachably connected to the shared express pile 1; sharing express delivery cabinet 2 still can be connected with sharing express delivery car 5, sharing express delivery stake 1 is installed on the rear end frame of sharing express delivery car 5. The shared express pile 1, the shared express cabinet 2, the express car 5, the application system on the user terminal and the application system on the courier terminal are in data communication through a network, so that data sharing is achieved, but when the application system on the user terminal is not authorized, the application system on the user terminal does not have access to the operating system on the shared express car 5.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the shared express delivery pile 1 of the detachable shared express delivery device for fresh food of the present invention includes a pile body 101, first dovetail guide grooves 102 uniformly arranged on one side of the pile body 101 from top to bottom, first dovetail guide blocks 103 arranged on the other side of the pile body 101, an equipment cabinet 104 arranged at the bottom of the pile body 101, a detachable temperature and humidity control device arranged in the equipment cabinet 104, and a shared express delivery pile control system arranged on the pile body 101; electric control locks 111 are arranged on the first dovetail guide groove 102 and the first dovetail guide block 103; after the shared express cabinet 2 is inserted into the pile 101 at a designated position, the shared express cabinet 2 can be locked.
A camera 105 and a face recognition camera 106 are arranged at the upper part in the pile body 101, so that when a user sends a mail, the user information can be verified and the information of an article to be sent can be conveniently acquired, and a touch electronic display screen 107 and a two-dimensional code or bar code scanner 108 are arranged below the face recognition camera 106, so that the user can conveniently inquire and take the mail related to the mail information; a weighing scale 109 is arranged below the bar code scanner 108; a transparent barrier is provided on the exterior of the weigh scale 109 that facilitates accurate weighing of mail items by the user and prevents damage to the device from rainy and snowy weather.
The temperature and humidity control device comprises a water tank 112 arranged on the lower side in the equipment cabinet 104 and a humidifier 113 connected with the water tank 112; the steam delivery pipe connected with the steam outlet of the humidifier 113 is connected with the steam delivery pipe inside each shared express cabinet 2 through the pushing device 3 or the pushing device 4, and provides steam for humidification and preservation for the inside of the shared express cabinets; the control system in the touch electronic display screen 107 is electrically connected with the humidifier 113 and is used for monitoring and controlling the actual humidity in the steam delivery pipe; the temperature and humidity control device can be replaced by a refrigerating device, a heating device and the like according to seasons, so that different requirements of people are met;
the shared express pile control system comprises a first main control module, a first positioning module, a first RFID reader-writer, a first communication module, a first storage module, a touch screen, a first electric control lock module, a first power management module, a first wireless charging transmitting module and a weighing sensor module, wherein the first positioning module, the first RFID reader-writer, the first communication module, the first storage module, the touch screen, the first electric control lock module, the first power management module, the first wireless charging transmitting module and the weighing sensor module are electrically connected with the first main control module;

the first positioning module is a Beidou satellite navigation system (BDS) or a Global Positioning System (GPS) module and is used for positioning the positions and the number of the shared express cabinets on the shared express piles 1 in real time;

the wireless charging and transmitting module is installed in the shared express pile 1 and is used for wirelessly charging each shared express cabinet 2;
the weighing sensor module is arranged in the weighing scale 109 and is used for weighing a mailed article by a user and displaying weighed data and a corresponding price on the touch electronic display screen 107 in real time, so that the user can conveniently select and pay;
the first power management module is used for providing a reliable and stable working power supply for the first positioning module, the first RFID reader-writer, the first communication module, the first storage module, the touch screen, the first electric control lock module, the first wireless charging transmitting module and the weighing sensor module.
As shown in fig. 1, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 10, the shared express delivery cabinet 2 of the detachable shared express delivery device for fresh food of the present invention includes a cabinet 201, a cabinet door 202 hinged to the cabinet 201, a second dovetail guide groove 203 disposed on one side and the top surface of the cabinet 201, a second dovetail guide block 204 disposed on the other side and the bottom surface of the cabinet 201, and a shared express delivery cabinet control system disposed on the cabinet 201; a cabinet electronic lock 205 is installed at the top and the side of the cabinet 201, and is used for fixing the shared express cabinet 2 to the shared express pile 1 or the shared express car 5 after the shared express cabinet 2 is placed at a designated position; an integrated circuit board 208 is arranged in a cylindrical bulge of a back plate of the cabinet body 201, and a cabinet door electronic lock 209 is arranged at a position, corresponding to the cabinet door 202, on the inner wall of the cabinet body 201 and used for executing opening and closing operations of the cabinet door 202, so that a user can take articles or post articles conveniently; an air outlet 213 is arranged at the lower part of the rear side wall of the cabinet body 201, a filter screen 217 is arranged on the air outlet 213, and a vacuum layer 223 and an insulating layer 224 are arranged between the outer wall of the cabinet body 201 and the second dovetail guide groove 203 and the second dovetail guide block 204. A display screen 211 is arranged on one side of the upper part of the outer wall of the cabinet door 202, an indicator lamp 212 is arranged on the other side of the upper part, and an embedded door handle 214 is arranged in the middle of the cabinet door 202; an electronic lock ring 210 matched with a cabinet door electronic lock 209 is arranged at the inner side of the cabinet door 202; sealing strips 215 are arranged on the periphery of the inner wall of the cabinet door 202; the display screen 211 is a low-power consumption electronic ink screen with a surface covered with high-strength and high-hardness glass, is embedded and fixed at the upper left corner of the cabinet door 202 and is used for displaying a distribution address, so that when a user mails an article, the address information can be confirmed again, and express delivery personnel can distribute the shared express cabinet 2 conveniently; the indicator lamp 212 is used for reminding a courier to draw out and pull out the shared express cabinet 2; the electronic lock ring 210 is installed inside the cabinet door 202 and is adapted to the cabinet door electronic lock 209, and is used for executing the opening and closing operations of the cabinet door 202, so that a user can take articles or post articles conveniently; the in-line door handle 214 is located at the bottom of the recess; sunken being cylindricly, fitting with the cylindrical arch of the 201 backplate of the cabinet body, be convenient for share express delivery cabinet 2 between vertical pile up and help the assembly transportation, share express delivery cabinet 2 between fixed.
The shared express cabinet control system comprises a second electronic control lock module, a second wireless charging and transmitting module, a second positioning module, a second RFID reader-writer, a second communication module, a second storage module, a second power management module and a second main control module, wherein the second positioning module, the second RFID reader-writer, the second communication module, the second storage module, the second power management module and the second main control module are integrated on the integrated circuit board 208;
the second main control module is electrically connected with the second positioning module, the second RFID reader-writer, the second communication module, the second storage module, the display screen 211, the second electric control lock module, the second power management module and the second wireless charging and transmitting module respectively;

the second electronic control lock module is used for executing opening and closing operations of the cabinet body electronic lock 205, facilitating fixing or releasing of the shared express cabinet 2 and the surrounding shared express cabinet 2 or the shared express pile 1, executing opening and locking operations of the cabinet door electronic lock 209, and facilitating extraction of express staff or fixing of the shared express cabinet 2 and article picking or mailing of a user respectively;
the second wireless charging transmitting module is installed in each shared express cabinet bottom plate interlayer and used for wirelessly charging the power management module.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, 7, 8 and 9, the shared express delivery pile 1 and the shared express delivery cabinet 2 of the detachable shared express delivery device for fresh food are inserted into the corresponding second dovetail guide block 204 through the first dovetail guide groove 102, and the first dovetail guide block 103 is inserted into the corresponding second dovetail guide groove 203; two adjacent shared express cabinets 2 are spliced and stacked through the corresponding second dovetail guide block 204 and the second dovetail guide groove 203; the first dovetail guide block 103 and the second dovetail guide block 204 are both provided with cavities, so that the thrustor 4 is conveniently and correspondingly arranged in the cavities.

As shown in fig. 2, 11 and 12, the detachable shared express delivery device for fresh food is integrally inserted into multiple layers, and then is located on the top surface of the shared express delivery cabinet 2 at the top layer, a top seat 218 is arranged on the top surface of the shared express delivery cabinet 2, a third dovetail guide block 219 inserted into the second dovetail guide groove 203 on the top surface of the cabinet body 201 is arranged on the bottom surface of the top seat 218, and a rain cover 220 is arranged on the top of the top seat 218; the bottom of the shared express cabinet 2 at the bottom layer is provided with a base 221, and the top surface of the base 221 is provided with a third dovetail guide groove 222 inserted with the second dovetail guide block (204) for protecting the second dovetail guide block 204 at the bottommost of the shared express cabinet 2.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, 7, 9 and 10, the pushing device 3 of the detachable shared express delivery device for fresh food of the present invention includes a first square mounting box 301 fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the cabinet 201 and/or the pile 101, a first driving motor fixedly mounted on the inner side wall of the first square mounting box 301, a driving gear 302 mounted on the transmission shaft of the first driving motor, a support shaft fixedly mounted on the inner side wall of the square mounting box 301 below the first driving motor, a bearing mounted on the support shaft, and a driven gear 303 mounted on the bearing and corresponding to the driving gear 302, wherein the teeth of the driving gear 302 and the driven gear 303 are correspondingly clamped on the oblique threads of the outer wall of the steam delivery pipe, and the driving gear 302 and the driven gear 303 reversely rotate to drive the steam delivery pipe to horizontally move; and the first driving motor is electrically connected with the corresponding shared express pile control system or the shared express cabinet control system.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, 8 and 9, the pusher 4 of the detachable shared express delivery device for fresh food of the present invention includes a second square mounting box 401 fixedly mounted in the first dovetail guide slot 103 and/or on the second dovetail guide slot 201, a second driving motor fixedly mounted on the inner side wall of the second square mounting box 401, a cam 402 mounted on the driving shaft of the second driving motor, and a first quick butt joint 118 or a second quick butt joint 119 controlled by the cam 402; the first express delivery butt joint 118 is fixedly installed at the upper part of the inner cavity of the second dovetail guide groove 201, the second express delivery butt joint 119 is fixedly installed at the upper part of the inner cavity of the first dovetail guide groove 103, and the first express delivery butt joint and the second express delivery butt joint are identical in structure; and the second driving motor is electrically connected with the corresponding shared express pile control system or the shared express cabinet control system.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, 7, 8, 9, and 10, the steam delivery pipe of the detachable shared express delivery device for fresh food of the present invention includes a header pipe 114 connected to a steam outlet of a humidifier 113, two or more first three-way solenoid valves 115 installed on the header pipe 114 at intervals, a first branch pipe 116 connected to an interface of a pusher 3 passing through an inner side wall of a pile 101 and a corresponding first three-way solenoid valve 115, a second branch pipe 117 connected to an interface of a pusher 4 passing through a first dovetail guide block 103 and a corresponding first three-way solenoid valve 115, and a steam injection pipe 206 disposed in a cabinet 201; a quick butt joint hole 207 is formed in the side wall of the cabinet 201; each first three-way electromagnetic valve 115 is electrically connected with a control system in the touch electronic display screen 107, and controls whether to convey steam from the steam conveying pipe in the pile body 101 to the steam injection pipe 206 in the cabinet body 201. The first branch pipe 116, the second branch pipe 117 and the steam injection pipe 206 are all PU pipes; first branch pipe 116, second branch pipe 117 and steam jet pipe 206 pass through clamp 110 with the pile body 101 and the cabinet body 201 inside and outside wall that correspond and fix, and it all is equipped with filter screen 217 to the outer tip, guarantees that the inside steam of cabinet body 201 is clean.
After sharing express delivery stake 1 and sharing express delivery cabinet 2 cartridge are connected, the structure of defeated vapour in sharing express delivery cabinet 2:
when the first dovetail guide groove 102 of the pile body 101 is plugged with the second dovetail guide block 204 of the corresponding cabinet 201: the first branch pipe 116 of the pushing device 3 is horizontally connected with the first corrugated hose 121 at a position adjacent to the first square mounting box 301 (i.e. the first branch pipe 116 is a whole PU rigid pipe, a section of the first branch pipe close to the first square mounting box 301 is replaced by a first corrugated hose, when the pushing device 3 pushes a part of the PU hard pipe of the first branch pipe 116 out of the pile body, no steam leakage occurs, the shared express pile control system controls the pushing device 3 to enable the driving gear 302 and the driven gear 303 to rotate reversely to drive the first branch pipe 116 in the pushing device 3 to horizontally extend out of the side wall of the pile body 101, meanwhile, the shared express cabinet control system controls a cam 402 in the pushing device 4 to push the end of the first quick butt joint 118, so that the first branch pipe 116 is horizontally inserted into the second square mounting box 401 in the cabinet body 201, and the first branch pipe 116 in the pile body 101 is communicated with the steam injection pipe 206 in the cabinet body 201;
when the first dovetail guide block 103 of the pile body 101 is inserted into the second dovetail guide groove 203 of the corresponding cabinet body 201, the shared express delivery cabinet control system controls the pushing device 3 to enable the driving gear 302 and the driven gear 303 to rotate reversely to drive the steam injection pipe 206 (the steam injection pipe 206 is a PU pipe, a part of the PU pipe is arranged in the pushing device 3, and the PU pipe is provided with an oblique thread, and the PU pipe in the pushing device 3 is pushed out of the cabinet body/pile body when the two gears rotate) in the pushing device 3 to horizontally extend out of the side wall of the cabinet body 201, and simultaneously the shared express delivery pile control system controls the cam 402 in the pushing device 4 to push the end of the second quick butt joint 119, so that the steam injection pipe 206 is conveniently inserted into the second square mounting box 401 in the corresponding pile body 101, and the second branch pipe 117 in the pile body 101 is communicated with the steam injection pipe 206 in the cabinet body 201.
