That is, when the test strip attaching rod 24 is inserted into the cavity 231 of the plug 23, the head 241 of the test strip attaching rod 24 is restricted by the tapered structure 231a of the cavity 231 so that the test strip attaching rod 24 does not fall out of the cavity 231, see fig. 3; when the sealing plate 234 is opened, the head 241 of the test strip attachment bar 24 is lifted upward to separate the test strip attachment bar 24.
Further, referring to fig. 2, one surface of the rod 242 is a plane, and the test paper 25 is attached to the plane of the rod 242. Generally, the test paper 25 is attached to the stick body 242 in the following manner: 3 to 6 bonding points are set on the back of the test paper 25, and the test paper 25 is bonded with the rod body 242 through each bonding point; the multi-point pasting mode has the advantages that: when the test paper 25 needs to be removed from the rod 242, it is convenient to pull the test paper 25 slightly with force.

Preferably, referring to fig. 1 and 4, a silicone sheet 235 is disposed at the bottom of the plug 23, and only one partial position of the silicone sheet 235 is bonded to the bottom surface of the plug 23, and most of the rest positions are not bonded to the plug 23; under the action of no external force, the silica gel sheet 235 is attached to the bottom surface of the plug 23 due to the action of the adhesive point and the toughness of the silica gel sheet, see fig. 13; when the rod 242 of the test paper attaching rod 24 is inserted into the cavity 231 from top to bottom, the silicon sheet 235 is pushed away when the rod 242 passes out from the bottom of the cylindrical structure 231b of the cavity 231, so that the silicon sheet 235 is bent and attached to the side wall of the rod 242, see fig. 1.
Further, referring to fig. 7, two downward protruding convex rings are provided at the bottom of the cup 7, namely a first convex ring 75 and a second convex ring 76, wherein the first convex ring 75 is disposed along the outer edge of the bottom of the cup 7, and the second convex ring 76 is disposed along the outer edge of the liquid outlet 71. The fixing station of the frame 91 further includes an annular groove 95, the annular groove 95 is disposed on the top surface 913 of the frame 91, the center of the annular groove 95 coincides with the center of the arc surface 941 of the slot 94, and the diameter of the annular groove 95 is larger than the diameter of the arc surface 941.

since the valve core 73 of the urine cup b is normally closed by the acting force of the second spring 74, when a urine test person discharges urine into the cup 7, the urine does not leak out from the liquid outlet 71;
after the tested person discharges urine into the cup body 7 of the urine cup b, the cup cover 8 is covered, and then the urine cup is delivered to medical staff;
after receiving the urine cup b, medical staff needs to sample urine in the urine cup b onto test paper, and then test and analyze the test paper through a urine analyzer; the operation rack c is not needed when the number of the urine cups b is small, but when the number of the urine cups b is large, the time for leading the urine in the urine cups b into the urine test tube a one by one is relatively spent, so that the operation rack c can be used for improving the efficiency;
the sampling flow is as follows:
a) When a plurality of urine cups b are sampled, the operation rack c is needed, and the sampling process is as follows:
firstly, preparing a plurality of urine test tubes a, and unscrewing the cover 3 of each urine test tube a; then placing each urine test tube b into each fixed station of the operation rack c, when placing, arranging the gear ring of the outer wall of the rotator 22 of the urine test tube a towards the gear rack 931 of the operation rack c, then clamping the top of the shell 21 of the urine test tube a into the clamping groove 94 of the operation rack c, and then forcefully pushing the tube body 1 of the urine test tube a to clamp the tube body 1 into the arc-shaped clamping surface 921 of the clamping piece 92, wherein after clamping, the gear ring of the rotator 22 is meshed with the gear rack 931; then, each urine cup b is placed on the top surface 913 of the frame 91 and corresponds to each urine test tube a below one by one, when the urine cup b is placed, the first convex ring 75 and the second convex ring 76 at the bottom of the cup 7 of the urine cup b are required to be respectively clamped in the annular groove 95 of the frame 91 and the annular surface 213 of the urine test tube b, so that the purpose of positioning is achieved, and urine is ensured to enter the urine test tube a below when leaking from the liquid outlet 71 of the urine cup b and not overflow outwards; wherein, the ring surface 213 not only plays a role in positioning, but also plays a role in preventing urine from overflowing, and the state of the urine cup b after being placed can be seen in fig. 11 and 12;
After each urine cup b is placed, the dial wheel 932 of the operating rack c is rotated by hand to rotate in a specific direction, when the dial wheel 932 rotates, the second gear 934 and the first gear 933 are sequentially driven to rotate, the rotation of the first gear 933 drives the rack 931 to move horizontally, and as the rotating bodies 22 of each urine test tube a are meshed with the rack 931 through the gear ring, each rotating body 22 rotates along with the horizontal movement of the rack 931; since the plug 23 is screwed into the rotor 22, the plug 23 moves upward in the axial direction when the rotor 22 rotates; as the plunger 23 moves up, the plunger 23 gradually moves to contact with the valve core 73 of the urine cup b, and then as the rotator 22 continues to rotate, the plunger 23 continues to move up and pushes the valve core 73 to move up, so that the liquid outlet hole 71 is opened; therefore, urine in the cup 7 flows through the strip-shaped hole 721 to the liquid outlet 71, then flows out of the liquid outlet 71 into the tapered hole 211a of the vertical hole 211 below, then flows down along the fluid passage 233 formed in the lower portion of the plug 23, and then flows out of the fluid passage 233 into the tube 1; along with the gradual increase of urine in the tube body 1, the test paper 25 is soaked in the urine, when the liquid level of the urine in the tube body 1 reaches a certain height, the poking wheel 932 of the operating rack c is reversely rotated by hands to drive the rack 932 to reversely rotate, so that the rotating body 22 of each urine test tube a reversely rotates, in the process, the plug 23 moves downwards, the poking wheel 932 stops rotating until the plug 23 moves downwards to the lowest point, at the moment, the valve core 73 of the urine cup b closes the liquid outlet hole 71 again under the action of the second spring 74, so that the urine in the cup body 7 stops entering the tube body 1, and at the same time, the outer wall of the conical body 232 of the plug 23 is tightly attached to the conical hole 211a of the vertical hole 211, so that the urine in the tube body 1 can be sealed, and the peculiar smell of the urine cannot volatilize;
After waiting for a certain time, the test paper 25 finishes sample soaking, each urine cup b and each urine test tube a are taken down from the operation rack c, and then the test paper 25 in each urine test tube a is taken out in sequence, and the taking out process is as follows: the seal plate 234 on the top of the plug 23 of the urine test tube a is unscrewed by hand, then the head 241 of the test paper attaching rod 24 is clamped by forceps and lifted upwards, the test paper attaching rod 24 can be taken out (see fig. 13), and then the test paper 25 is torn off the rod body 242; when the test paper attaching rod 24 is taken out from the cavity 231 of the plug 23, the silica gel sheet 235 under the plug 23 seals the opening at the bottom of the cavity 233 (see fig. 13), so that the odor of urine in the tube 1 can be prevented from volatilizing;
then, the test paper 25 taken out from each urine test tube a is put into a urine analyzer for test analysis;
in the above steps, after each urine cup b is placed on the top surface 913 of the frame 91, the top of the urine cup b may be pressed by a pressing plate (not shown) or other components to prevent the plunger 23 from pushing the valve core 73 of the urine cup b upward.
b) When a single urine cup b is used for sampling, only the urine test tube a is needed, and an operation rack c is not needed, and the specific flow of sampling is as follows:
Firstly, unscrewing the cover 3 of the urine test tube a, and then placing the urine cup b above the urine test tube a; when the urine cup is placed, the second convex ring 76 at the bottom of the cup body 7 of the urine cup b is required to be clamped in the annular surface 213 of the urine test tube b, so that the aim of positioning is fulfilled, and urine can enter the urine test tube a below when leaking from the liquid outlet hole 71 of the urine cup b and cannot overflow outwards; wherein, the ring surface 213 not only plays a role in positioning, but also plays a role in preventing urine from overflowing;
after the urine cup b is placed, the rotator 22 is shifted by hands, so that the rotator 22 rotates in a specific direction; since the plug 23 is screwed into the rotor 22, the plug 23 moves axially upward when the rotor 22 rotates; as the plunger 23 moves up, the plunger 23 gradually moves to contact with the valve core 73 of the urine cup b, and then as the rotator 22 continues to rotate, the plunger 23 continues to move up and pushes the valve core 73 to move up, so that the liquid outlet hole 71 is opened; therefore, urine in the cup 7 flows through the strip-shaped hole 721 to the liquid outlet 71, then flows out of the liquid outlet 71 into the tapered hole 211a of the vertical hole 211 below, then flows down along the fluid passage 233 formed in the lower portion of the plug 23, and then flows out of the fluid passage 233 into the tube 1; along with the gradual increase of urine in the tube body 1, the test paper 25 is soaked in the urine, when the liquid level of the urine in the tube body 1 reaches a certain height, the rotator 22 is reversely rotated to enable the plug 23 to move downwards to the lowest point, at the moment, the valve core 73 of the urine cup b can close the liquid outlet hole 71 again under the action of the second spring 74, so that the urine in the cup body 7 can stop entering the tube body 1, and meanwhile, as the plug 23 is positioned at the lowest point, the outer wall of the conical body 232 of the plug 23 can be tightly attached to the conical hole 211a of the vertical hole 211, so that the urine in the tube body 1 can be sealed, and the peculiar smell of the urine can not volatilize;
After the test paper 25 is immersed for a certain time, the sealing plate 234 at the top of the plug 23 is unscrewed by hand, then the head 241 of the test paper attaching rod 24 is clamped by forceps and lifted upwards, the test paper attaching rod 24 can be taken out, and then the test paper 25 is torn off the rod body 242; when the test paper attaching rod 24 is taken out from the cavity 231 of the plug 23, the silica gel sheet 235 below the plug 23 seals the opening at the bottom of the cavity 233, so that the odor of urine in the tube body 1 can be prevented from volatilizing;
the test paper 25 can then be placed in a urine analyzer for testing.
Based on the above flow, the present embodiment has the following advantages:
(1) The urine is not exposed to the air in the process of entering the urine test tube a from the urine cup b and in the process of taking out the test paper 25 from the urine test tube a, so that the influence of the peculiar smell emitted by the urine on the surrounding environment and medical staff can be greatly reduced;
(2) Since the test paper 25 is arranged in the urine test tube a in advance, urine enters the urine test tube a and wets the test paper 25, the test paper is not required to be put into the test tube to be soaked in a sample independently like the prior art, and the operation of the urine sampling process is simpler than that of the prior art;
(3) When the sample quantity is great, use operation frame c can realize the quick sample of batch sample, promptly, can make the urine in a plurality of urine cups b get into corresponding urine test tube a simultaneously to can promote the efficiency of sampling greatly, for example when school organizes student's physical examination, can have a large amount of urine cups disposable to hand into medical staff, after adopting operation frame c, can reduce the time that the sample took greatly.

the liquid absorbing component 4 comprises a supporting plate 41, a hole breaking nail 42, a first spring 43, a sleeve body 44 and a liquid absorbing material 45; the supporting plate 41 is radially arranged and fixed in the pipe body 1 below the sealing membrane 5, and an opening is formed in the middle of the supporting plate 41; the hole-breaking nails 42 pass through the holes of the supporting plate 41 from bottom to top, the bottoms of the hole-breaking nails 42 are provided with caps 421 which are convenient to press, and the tops of the hole-breaking nails are spike structures 422; the first spring 43 is sleeved on the hole-breaking nail 42 below the supporting plate 41, when the first spring 43 is in a free state, the spike structure 422 at the top of the hole-breaking nail 42 is positioned below the sealing film 5, and when the cap 421 of the hole-breaking nail 42 is pressed, the first spring 43 is compressed, and the spike structure 422 of the hole-breaking nail 42 can touch and puncture the sealing film 5 above; the sleeve body 44 is fixed above the supporting plate 41, and the sleeve body 44 wraps the hole breaking nails 42 inside; the liquid absorbing material 45 is stored in the area between the lower side of the sealing film 5 and the upper side of the support plate 41.
Further, a sealing ring is disposed on the outer wall of the hole-breaking nail 42, and the sealing ring is tightly attached to the inner wall of the sleeve 44.
Further, the bottom of the tube 1 is closed by a bottom plate 6 connected by screw threads, and the bottom plate 6 is located below the liquid absorbing assembly 4.
Preferably, the liquid absorbing material 45 is a mixture of a water absorbing resin and fluff fibers. The mixture of the water-absorbent resin and the fluff fiber is often used as an absorbing material for urine in paper diapers, has good water absorption, can absorb and lock the urine, and can enable the liquid urine to be solidified.
The added liquid absorbing component 4 of the embodiment has the functions of: after the test paper 25 is sampled, and the test paper 25 is torn off from the rod body 242 of the test paper attaching rod 24, the medical staff can plug the test paper attaching rod 24 back into the cavity 231 of the plug 23, then screw the sealing plate 234 back to the top of the plug 23, and then screw the cover 3 back to the top of the shell 21, at this time, the urine in the tube body 1 remains in the tube body 1, so that the medical staff can unscrew the bottom plate 6 at the bottom of the tube body 1, then press the cap 421 of the hole-breaking nail 42 by hand, so that the spike structure 422 of the hole-breaking nail 42 moves upwards and the sealing film 5 is pierced, the urine above leaks down and is absorbed by the liquid absorbing material 45 below after the urine leaks down, the liquid urine is "locked" and solidified, and free flowing is avoided, and then the urine test tube can be treated as medical waste; therefore, the liquid absorbing component 4 plays a role of absorbing and locking water, so that the liquid urine can be locked and prevented from leaking out of the pipe body 1.
