本发明公开了热管悬吊式快速低温恒温箱,属于医用设备领域,机体、设置在机体内的制冷部和导热部,制冷部包括冷凝器和与冷凝器连接的两个板式蒸发器,两个板式蒸发器形成框架,框架内沿高度方向设置至少一个导热部,导热部包括反射式曲面板和U形热管,U形热管两端分别与两侧的板式蒸发器连接进行热量交换,反射式曲面板与U形热管连接形成低温环境,反射式曲面板的凸起方向远离反射式曲面板;本发明通过热管和反射式曲面板形成低温环境,提高了制冷效果,将样品通过抽拉式方式送入低温环境,实现了样品的快速低温恒温,降低了样品在低温降温时间及减少了样品的变质,确保了样品检验结果的准确性和方便性。

本发明属于医用设备领域,涉及热管悬吊式快速低温恒温箱。
背景技术
传统的医药领域中的低温恒温箱是将制冷部中的蒸发器装入不锈钢槽,在不锈钢槽内装满低温介质(酒精或硅油),测试时将试样管放入不锈钢槽内,通过低温介质对样品进行冷却。低温恒温箱可以实现在低温条件下对样品进行存储,满足样品检验要求提供适应性低温条件,而传统低温恒温箱存在样品降温速率慢,存储操作繁杂等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供热管悬吊式快速低温恒温箱,该热管悬吊式快速低温恒温箱为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:热管悬吊式快速低温恒温箱,包括机体、设置在机体内的制冷部和导热部,所述制冷部包括冷凝器和与冷凝器连接的两个板式蒸发器,所述两个板式蒸发器形成闭合框架,所述框架内沿高度方向设置至少一个导热部,所述导热部包括反射式曲面板和U形热管,所述U形热管两端分别与两侧的板式蒸发器连接进行热量交换,所述反射式曲面板与U形热管连接形成低温环境,所述反射式曲面板向远离U形热管的方向凸起形成曲面。
优选的,所述反射式曲面板靠近U形热管的一侧涂有热反射涂层,所述反射式曲面板远离U形热管的一侧涂有隔热涂层。
优选的,所述板式蒸发器一端通过膨胀阀与冷凝器连接、另一端通过压缩机与冷凝器连接。
优选的,所述U形热管上设置有抽拉腔,所述抽拉腔内设置有试管托架。
有益效果:本发明通过热管和反射式曲面板形成低温环境,提高了制冷效果,将样品通过抽拉式方式送入低温环境,实现了样品的快速低温恒温,降低了样品在低温降温时间及减少了样品的变质,确保了样品检验结果的准确性和方便性。
工作原理:当样品放入导热部其中,U形热管的中部蒸发段吸收热量,通过U形热管两端的冷凝段插入两边板式蒸发器中将热量排出,同时反射式曲面板靠近U形热管的一侧涂有热反射涂层,反射式曲面板远离U形热管的一侧涂有隔热涂层,来进一步确保抽拉腔中的低温环境。

实施例1:
参考图1,本发明提供一种技术方案,热管悬吊式快速低温恒温箱,包括机体1、设置在机体1内的制冷部10和导热部11,制冷部10包括冷凝器2和与冷凝器2连接的两个板式蒸发器8,两个板式蒸发器8形成闭合框架12,框架12内沿高度方向设置至少一个导热部11,导热部11包括反射式曲面板4和U形热管5,U形热管5两端分别与两侧的板式蒸发器8连接进行热量交换,反射式曲面板4与U形热管5连接形成低温环境,反射式曲面板4向远离U形热管5的方向凸起形成曲面。
板式蒸发器8和压缩机9组成制冷部10用于制冷,U形热管5和反射式曲面板4组成低温环境用来储存样品,并与两侧的板式蒸发器8连接,在框架12内处于悬挂状态,处于空气中,部分与周围板式蒸发器8相隔离,具有较好的低温环境维持性,同时通过U形热管5强化了传热换热能力,有利于快速低温环境的营造;U形热管5吸收低温环境中的热量并将其导入板式蒸发器8中,反射式曲面板4具有一定的保温效果,在制冷部10的工作下经冷凝器2将热量从机体1中排出,需要取出样品时,只需要打开机体1,将样品从中取出。
进一步地,反射式曲面板4靠近U形热管5的一侧涂有热反射涂层,反射式曲面板4远离U形热管5的一侧涂有隔热涂层,内部将热量反射,外部形成保温,有利于低温环境的形成和维持。
进一步地,板式蒸发器一端通过膨胀阀3与冷凝器2连接、另一端通过压缩机9与冷凝器2连接。
进一步地,U形热管5上设置有抽拉腔7,抽拉腔7内设置有试管托架6,方便放置样品,只需要打开机体1,拉动抽拉腔7将样品从试管托架6内取出或放入,方便快捷。

1.热管悬吊式快速低温恒温箱,其特征在于:包括机体(1)、设置在机体(1)内的制冷部(10)和导热部(11),所述制冷部(10)包括冷凝器(2)和与冷凝器(2)连接的两个板式蒸发器(8),所述两个板式蒸发器(8)形成闭合框架(12),所述框架(12)内沿高度方向设置至少一个导热部(11),所述导热部(11)包括反射式曲面板(4)和U形热管(5),所述U形热管(5)两端分别与两侧的板式蒸发器(8)连接进行热量交换,所述反射式曲面板(4)与U形热管(5)连接形成低温环境,所述反射式曲面板(4)向远离U形热管(5)的方向凸起形成曲面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热管悬吊式快速低温恒温箱,其特征在于:所述反射式曲面板(4)靠近U形热管(5)的一侧涂有热反射涂层,所述反射式曲面板(4)远离U形热管(5)的一侧涂有隔热涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热管悬吊式快速低温恒温箱,其特征在于:所述板式蒸发器一端通过膨胀阀(3)与冷凝器(2)连接、另一端通过压缩机(9)与冷凝器(2)连接。
