本发明涉及六氟化硫充气辅助设备技术领域,是一种防止六氟化硫充气设备低温液化的装置。
背景技术
六氟化硫气体有良好的绝缘和灭弧能力,化学性能稳定,不易燃易爆,被广泛应用于GIS、断路器、负荷开关设备、绝缘输电管线、变压器等高中压电气设备内,正常情况下设备内的六氟化硫气体以气态形式存在,但是在冬季北方部分特别寒冷的地区,充六氟化硫电气设备内的气体由于环境温度过低,变成了液态,从而造成了电气设备报警闭锁现象的发生,目前解决低温液化的措施主要有两种方式,一种是在设备表面加装加热装置提高温度,一种是通过采用充六氟化硫和四氟化碳混合气体或六氟化硫和氮气混合气体的形式来解决低温液化问题,以上两种措施对体积较大的充气设备(如GIS),效果较好,但是对于部分体积紧凑的充气设备(如瓷柱式断路器),效果较差。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种防止六氟化硫充气设备低温液化的装置,克服了上述现有技术之不足,其能有效解决体积紧凑的充气设备的六氟化硫低温液化的问题。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下措施来实现的:一种防止六氟化硫充气设备低温液化的装置,包括加热壳体,在加热壳体设置有能对加热壳体内部进行加热的加热装置,在加热壳体上分别设置有温度监测仪表和压力监测仪表,在加热壳体上部连通有补气管道,在加热壳体上部连通有吸气管道,在加热壳体下部与吸气管道之间连通有呼气管道,在呼气管道上设置有流量监测仪表和流体输送设备,在吸气管道上连通有排空管道,在补气管道、吸气管道、呼气管道和排空管道上均串接有阀门。

上述加热装置采用自动加热装置,自动加热装置包括加热线圈、控温线圈和控制器,加热线圈、控温线圈均嵌入加热壳体内或固定安装在加热壳体内壁处,加热线圈、控温线圈和控制器电连接。
上述温度监测仪表采用温度表,压力监测仪表采用压力表,加热壳体上分别设置有温度监测接口和压力监测接口,在温度监测接口和压力监测接口对应固定安装有温度表安装阀门和压力表安装阀门,在温度表安装阀门上固定安装有温度表,在压力表安装阀门上固定安装有压力表。
上述还包括连接管道,连接管道、吸气管道、呼气管道和排空管道通过四通固定连通,连接管道上串接有安全阀和阀门。
上述流量监测仪表采用流量计;流体输送设备采用输送泵;所述阀门均采用电磁阀。
上述排空管道出气端连通有尾气回收装置。

如附图1所示,该防止六氟化硫充气设备低温液化的装置包括加热壳体1,在加热壳体1设置有能对加热壳体1内部进行加热的加热装置,在加热壳体1上分别设置有温度监测仪表和压力监测仪表,在加热壳体1上部连通有补气管道2,在加热壳体1上部连通有吸气管道3,在加热壳体1下部与吸气管道3之间连通有呼气管道4,在呼气管道4上设置有流量监测仪表和流体输送设备,在吸气管道3上连通有排空管道5,在补气管道2、吸气管道3、呼气管道4和排空管道5上均串接有阀门17。
本装置在保证设备安全运行的前提下,通过将部分六氟化硫气体在加热壳体1内加热,补入充六氟化硫电气设备6中与低温的六氟化硫气体进行热量交换,再从充六氟化硫电气设备6中通过吸气管道3吸取部分六氟化硫气体进入加热壳体1加热,加热后的六氟化硫气体由流体输送设备输送,经呼气管道4送入充六氟化硫电气设备6中,如此循环,避免充六氟化硫气体电气设备低温液化现象的发生,消除了设备安全隐患。
首次使用前,先对加热壳体1进行抽真空,然后将外部六氟化硫气瓶内的合格的六氟化硫气体通过补气管道2补入加热壳体1内,通过温度监测仪表和压力监测仪表可以观测到加热壳体1内气体的温度和压力变化。
可根据实际需要,对上述防止六氟化硫充气设备低温液化的装置作进一步优化或/和改进:
根据需要,加热装置采用自动加热装置,自动加热装置包括加热线圈、控温线圈和控制器,加热线圈、控温线圈均嵌入加热壳体1内或固定安装在加热壳体1内壁处,加热线圈、控温线圈和控制器电连接。
通过控制器控制加热线圈的工作状态,从而对加热壳体1内的六氟化硫气体加热。
如附图1所示,温度监测仪表采用温度表8,压力监测仪表采用压力表7,加热壳体1上分别设置有温度监测接口和压力监测接口,在温度监测接口和压力监测接口对应固定安装有温度表安装阀门9和压力表安装阀门10,在温度表安装阀门9上固定安装有温度表8,在压力表安装阀门10上固定安装有压力表7。
如附图1所示,还包括连接管道11,连接管道11、吸气管道3、呼气管道4和排空管道5通过四通12固定连通,连接管道11上串接有安全阀13和阀门17。
安全阀13防止压力过高,造成充六氟化硫电气设备6损坏。

本装置工作时,输送泵15配合阀门17可以将充六氟化硫电气设备6内的六氟化硫气体快速的吸入加热壳体1与呼出,并通过流量计14可以观察所述气体的流量。
所述电磁阀的使用,便于其与上述控制器电连接,由此可根据加热需求控制电磁阀的开启或关闭,实现吸气过程和呼气过程自动运行,工作人员只需要定期巡视,极大的减轻了人员的工作量。

所述尾气回收装置16可采用现有可吸收六氟化硫气体的回收装置,用于回收六氟化硫气体。输送泵15也可配合阀门17采用六氟化硫气体对本装置的各个管道进行冲洗,保证了本装置内部六氟化硫气体的纯度,冲洗后的六氟化硫气体被尾气回收装置16吸收,避免了对大气的污染。
以上技术特征构成了本发明的最佳实施例,其具有较强的适应性和最佳实施效果,可根据实际需要增减非必要的技术特征,来满足不同情况的需求。
Claims (10)
1.一种防止六氟化硫充气设备低温液化的装置,其特征在于包括加热壳体,在加热壳体设置有能对加热壳体内部进行加热的加热装置,在加热壳体上分别设置有温度监测仪表和压力监测仪表,在加热壳体上部连通有补气管道,在加热壳体上部连通有吸气管道,在加热壳体下部与吸气管道之间连通有呼气管道,在呼气管道上设置有流量监测仪表和流体输送设备,在吸气管道上连通有排空管道,在补气管道、吸气管道、呼气管道和排空管道上均串接有阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防止六氟化硫充气设备低温液化的装置,其特征在于加热装置采用自动加热装置,自动加热装置包括加热线圈、控温线圈和控制器,加热线圈、控温线圈均嵌入加热壳体内或固定安装在加热壳体内壁处,加热线圈、控温线圈和控制器电连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防止六氟化硫充气设备低温液化的装置,其特征在于温度监测仪表采用温度表,压力监测仪表采用压力表,加热壳体上分别设置有温度监测接口和压力监测接口,在温度监测接口和压力监测接口对应固定安装有温度表安装阀门和压力表安装阀门,在温度表安装阀门上固定安装有温度表,在压力表安装阀门上固定安装有压力表。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的防止六氟化硫充气设备低温液化的装置,其特征在于还包括连接管道,连接管道、吸气管道、呼气管道和排空管道通过四通固定连通,连接管道上串接有安全阀和阀门。
5.根据权利要求3所述的防止六氟化硫充气设备低温液化的装置,其特征在于还包括连接管道,连接管道、吸气管道、呼气管道和排空管道通过四通固定连通,连接管道上串接有安全阀和阀门。
6.根据权利要求1或2或5所述的防止六氟化硫充气设备低温液化的装置,其特征在于流量监测仪表采用流量计;或/和,流体输送设备采用输送泵;或/和,所述阀门均采用电磁阀。
7.根据权利要求3所述的防止六氟化硫充气设备低温液化的装置,其特征在于流量监测仪表采用流量计;或/和,流体输送设备采用输送泵;或/和,所述阀门均采用电磁阀。
8.根据权利要求4所述的防止六氟化硫充气设备低温液化的装置,其特征在于流量监测仪表采用流量计;或/和,流体输送设备采用输送泵;或/和,所述阀门均采用电磁阀。
9.根据权利要求1或2或5或7或8所述的防止六氟化硫充气设备低温液化的装置,其特征在于排空管道出气端连通有尾气回收装置。
10.根据权利要求6所述的防止六氟化硫充气设备低温液化的装置,其特征在于排空管道出气端连通有尾气回收装置。
