(3) When the crosshead shoe universal coupling is used for transmitting large torque, additional lubricating and cooling systems are often needed, such as: the oil is sprayed from top to bottom, and the oil receiving disc is arranged below the oil spraying disc, so that the environment is polluted and the oil spraying disc is inconvenient.

The bearing cross block is characterized in that two raceways are processed on the cross bearing block, namely a raceway I and a raceway II, two raceways are processed on the bearing outer cover, namely a raceway III and a raceway IV, the diameters of the raceway I and the raceway II are the same as those of the raceway III and the raceway IV, a plurality of rolling bodies are respectively placed in the raceway I and the raceway II, and four surfaces of the bearing cross block are respectively embedded into the bearing outer cover.
The outer cylindrical surface of the bearing outer cover is provided with a sealing groove, and a sealing ring is embedded in the sealing groove.
The oil filling through hole is partially processed into threads, and the screw plug is screwed into the oil filling through hole.

(4) The service life is long. Due to the adoption of the bearing structure, the abrasion loss is small, and the damage to parts is less. Can improve the operation rate of the equipment, reduce spare parts and be beneficial to improving the economic benefit.
(5) The transmission efficiency is high. Because of adopting the cross bearing structure, the energy loss is small, and the torque transmission capability is favorably improved.
