The design aims to drive the device to operate only by the kinetic energy of water when no power supply is available in an unexpected situation.
When the valve of the solenoid valve 414 is opened, water flows through the valve into the left piston chamber 434. Water simultaneously flows through the spiral reel 432 into another piston chamber 434. Both pistons 416 travel downward simultaneously. Causing the wire drum 417 to rotate. While the fire curtain 411 descends. When the piston 416 descends to the bottom, the fire curtain 411 descends to the bottom at the same time. The piston 416 presses down the lift valve plate 433, and when the piston 416 is lowered to the bottom, the piston 416 stops moving, and water flows through the piston core 4162 of the piston 416, through the lift valve plate 433, and into the interior of the nozzle 431.
Since the fire curtain 411 has been lowered to the bottom and engages the bottom nozzle 431, water flows through the nozzle 431 into the interior of the fire curtain 411 and is sprayed out through the mesh plate 4111. The purposes of isolating the fire source and extinguishing fire are achieved.
It is mentioned that some of the water flows through the spiral reel 432 and that the spiral reel 432 will charge the end second coil spring 426. During energy storage, the pawl mechanism disconnects the pawl gear 424 from the winding and unwinding gear.
When the valve of the solenoid valve 414 is finally closed, the spiral winding drum 432 is reversed due to the first winding spring 4191, and the integral fire-proof rolling curtain 411 is simultaneously wound.
Compared with the prior art, the fireproof sealing device and the control system provided by the embodiment adopt the building frame, the fire detection equipment, the control equipment and the water curtain protection equipment, the building frame adopts a building connected independent reinforced concrete frame structure and comprises a transverse reinforced concrete frame arranged along the transverse direction and two vertical concrete frames arranged at the bottoms of two sides of the transverse reinforced concrete frame; the control equipment is arranged on the transverse reinforced concrete frame and/or the vertical concrete frame, is respectively electrically connected with the fire detection equipment and the water curtain protection equipment, is used for executing corresponding actions according to the fire situation around the building frame detected by the fire detection equipment, and sends an automatic fire extinguishing instruction to the water curtain protection equipment if a fire is identified; the water curtain protection equipment is arranged below the transverse reinforced concrete frame and comprises a water curtain winding mechanism, an energy storage mechanism and a water spraying mechanism, wherein the water curtain winding mechanism, the energy storage mechanism and the water spraying mechanism are respectively and electrically connected with the control equipment and are used for controlling the fire-proof rolling curtain on the water curtain winding mechanism to extend to the bottom of the building frame after receiving an automatic fire extinguishing instruction sent by the control equipment so as to enable the transverse reinforced concrete frame, the vertical concrete frame and the unfolded fire-proof rolling curtain to surround to form a fire-proof partition barrier; after the fire-proof rolling screen is butted with a nozzle on the water spraying mechanism, the water spraying mechanism is controlled to supply water to the unfolded fire-proof rolling screen; and meanwhile, the water spraying mechanism supplies water to the energy storage mechanism to provide energy for the energy storage mechanism. The fireproof sealing device and the control system provided by the embodiment are used for automatically protecting a certain floor corridor from fire when meeting fire or high temperature, controlling the fire behavior at the fire-starting floor and avoiding the fire from burning to other floors, and are high in protection sealing performance and good in fireproof effect; the integral building frame is used as a door body, so that the fire resistance is good; the automation degree is high, and the flexibility is good; in order to avoid accidents, the device can be driven to operate only by relying on the kinetic energy of water in response to the condition that no external power supply is available; the energy storage mechanism is utilized to correspondingly store the mechanical energy during working, so that the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved.

Claims (6)
1. A fire protection seal arrangement, comprising a building frame (10), fire detection means (20), control means (30) and water curtain protection means (40), wherein,
the building frame (10) adopts a building connected independent reinforced concrete frame structure and comprises a transverse reinforced concrete frame (11) arranged along the transverse direction and two vertical concrete frames (12) arranged at the bottoms of two sides of the transverse reinforced concrete frame (11);
the fire detection equipment (20) is arranged on the transverse reinforced concrete frame (11) and/or the vertical concrete frame (12) and is used for detecting the fire condition around the building frame (10);
the control equipment (30) is arranged on the transverse reinforced concrete frame (11) and/or the vertical concrete frame (12), is respectively and electrically connected with the fire detection equipment (20) and the water curtain protection equipment (40), is used for executing corresponding actions according to the fire condition around the building frame (10) detected by the fire detection equipment (20), and sends an automatic fire extinguishing instruction to the water curtain protection equipment (40) if a fire is identified;
the water curtain protection equipment (40) is arranged below the transverse reinforced concrete frame (11) and comprises a water curtain winding mechanism (41), an energy storage mechanism (42) and a water spraying mechanism (43), wherein the water curtain winding mechanism (41), the energy storage mechanism (42) and the water spraying mechanism (43) are respectively electrically connected with the control equipment (30) and used for controlling a fire-proof rolling curtain (411) on the water curtain winding mechanism (41) to stretch to the bottom of the building frame (10) after receiving an automatic fire extinguishing instruction sent by the control equipment (30), so that the transverse reinforced concrete frame (11), the vertical concrete frame (12) and the unfolded fire-proof rolling curtain (411) are encircled to form a fire partition barrier; after the fireproof rolling screen (411) is abutted with a nozzle (431) on the water spraying mechanism (43), the water spraying mechanism (43) is controlled to supply water to the unfolded fireproof rolling screen (411); meanwhile, the water spraying mechanism (43) supplies water to the energy storage mechanism (42) to provide energy for the energy storage mechanism (42);
the water curtain winding mechanism (41) comprises a winding and unwinding reel (412), a fireproof rolling curtain (411) wound on the winding and unwinding reel (412) and a guide wheel (413) arranged at the free end of the winding and unwinding reel (412), a plurality of mesh plates (4111) are arranged at intervals in the fireproof rolling curtain (411) in the vertical direction, and a plurality of meshes (4112) are uniformly arranged on two sides of each mesh plate (4111); the water curtain winding mechanism (41) further comprises an electromagnetic valve (414), a water channel (415), a piston (416), a steel wire reel (417) and a steel wire rope (418), the electromagnetic valve (414) is arranged on the water channel (415), the water channel (415) is communicated with the piston (416), the steel wire reel (417) is connected with the piston (416) through the steel wire rope (418), the steel wire reel (417) is sleeved on the winding and unwinding reel (412), the electromagnetic valve (414) is electrically connected with the control device (30) and used for opening or closing the water channel (415) under the control of the control device (30) to push the piston (416) to vertically move to drive the steel wire reel (417) to rotate to enable the fireproof roller curtain (411) to descend and control the fireproof roller curtain (411) on the water curtain winding mechanism (41) to extend to the bottom of the building frame (10); the water spraying mechanism (43) comprises a piston cavity (434), a spiral winding drum (432), a lifting valve plate (433) and nozzles (431), one end of the piston cavity (434) is communicated with the water channel (415), the other end of the piston cavity (434) is communicated with the lifting valve plate (433), the piston cavity (434) is arranged on the vertical concrete frame (12), the spiral winding drum (432) is arranged on the transverse reinforced concrete frame (11), the lifting valve plate (433) is arranged at the bottom of the building frame (10), and the plurality of nozzles (431) are uniformly arranged on the lifting valve plate (433); the energy storage mechanism (42) comprises a first winding and unwinding gear (421), a second winding and unwinding gear (422), a pawl (423), a pawl gear (424), a drum gear (425) and a second coil spring (426), wherein the drum gear (425) is sleeved on the spiral drum (432), the first winding and unwinding gear (421) is sleeved on the steel wire drum (417), the second winding and unwinding gear (422) is meshed with the first winding and unwinding gear (421), the pawl (423) is coaxially connected with the second winding and unwinding gear (422), the pawl gear (424) is sleeved on the pawl (423), the pawl gear (424) is meshed with the drum gear (425), one end of the second coil spring (426) is clamped on the spiral drum (432), the other end of the second coil spring (426) is clamped on a drum box (427), and the drum box (427) is connected with the outer wall of the piston cavity (434).
2. A fire protection seal arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the fire detection device (20) comprises a smoke sensor and a fire detector, the smoke sensor and the fire detector being electrically connected to the control device (30), respectively.

A fire protection seal arrangement according to claim 2, wherein the control device (30) comprises a controller and a wireless communication module, the controller is electrically connected with the wireless communication module and is used for wirelessly transmitting the fire situation collected by the controller and the fire-retardant message fed back by the water curtain protection device (40) to a corresponding mobile terminal through the wireless communication module.

A fire protection seal according to claim 1, wherein the water curtain winding mechanism (41) further comprises a restoring mechanism (419), the restoring mechanism (419) being a first coil spring (4191) provided at the bottom of the piston (416), the first coil spring (4191) being adapted to urge the helical winding drum (432) to reverse under the restoring force when the solenoid valve (414) is closed; meanwhile, the steel wire winding drum (417) is driven to do reverse rotation movement, so that the fireproof rolling curtain (411) is promoted to contract, and the fireproof rolling curtain (411) is controlled to do rolling movement.

A fire protection seal according to claim 4, wherein the piston (416) comprises a piston body (4161), a piston core (4162) movably connected to the piston body (4161), and a spring (4163) sleeved on the piston core (4162), the piston core (4162) is adapted to move downwards under the push of water, so that the water flows into the nozzle (431) after passing through the lift valve plate (433).
6. A fire protection seal control system comprising a fire protection seal arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
