Abstract
The invention discloses an installation method of a profiled color steel sheet of an arc-shaped net rack roof, which comprises the following steps: driving the automobile crane to one side of the arc-shaped net rack and locate at one end part of the arc-shaped net rack; fixing a tile press on a crane boom of the automobile crane, installing a conveying mechanism at the rear end of the crane boom, fixing a steel coil bracket on the ground at the rear end of the automobile crane, and then connecting a color steel plate on the steel coil bracket with an inlet of the tile press after being conveyed by the conveying mechanism; adjusting the inclination angle of the crane boom; starting a tile press, conveying the pressed color profiled steel sheet forwards to the arc-shaped net rack roof, assisting the conveying by field installation operators, conveying the color profiled steel sheet to a position to be installed, closing the tile press, and then completing the installation of the color profiled steel sheet; and (4) simultaneously moving the automobile crane and the steel coil support to the next installation position, and repeating the steps to complete the installation of all the profiled color steel plates on the arc-shaped net rack roof. The installation method can effectively ensure the installation quality and improve the installation efficiency.

Technical Field

(2) fixing a tile press on a crane boom of the truck crane, enabling an inlet and an outlet of the tile press to respectively correspond to the rear end and the front end of the truck crane, installing a conveying mechanism at the end part of the rear end of the crane boom, fixing a steel coil support on the ground at the rear end of the truck crane, placing a color steel plate on the steel coil support, and then conveying the color steel plate on the steel coil support through the conveying mechanism and then connecting the color steel plate with the inlet of the tile press;
(3) the inclined angle of the crane boom is adjusted according to the inclined angle of the profiled color steel plate to be conveyed, so that the profiled color steel plate can be conveniently conveyed to the arc-shaped net rack, and a support rod is arranged between the crane boom and the crane chassis to support the crane boom;
(4) opening a tile press, conveying the pressed color profiled steel sheet to the arc net rack roof, assisting in conveying and conveying the color profiled steel sheet to a position to be installed by field installation operators, closing the tile press when the lengths of the color profiled steel sheet and the position to be installed of the arc net rack roof correspond to each other, cutting off the color profiled steel sheet along the outlet end of the tile press, and then completing installation of the color profiled steel sheet;
(5) and (4) simultaneously moving the automobile crane and the steel coil support to the next installation position, and repeating the step (4) to complete the installation of all the profiled color steel plates on the arc-shaped net rack roof.
Furthermore, the four corners of the bottom of the steel coil support are respectively provided with a pulley with a locking function, so that the steel coil support is convenient to move.
Further, a plurality of supporting legs are vertically arranged below the automobile crane chassis, the lower end of each supporting leg is abutted against the ground, and the upper end of each supporting leg is abutted against the chassis and used for supporting the chassis.

(3) the inclined angle of the crane boom is adjusted according to the inclined angle of the profiled color steel plate to be conveyed, so that the profiled color steel plate can be conveniently conveyed to the arc-shaped net rack, and a support rod is arranged between the crane boom and the crane chassis to support the crane boom;
