本发明公开了一种降低食品纸边渗透的方法,属于食品包装材料加工技术领域,包装纸基纸的一表面涂抹有内防渗透层,包装纸基纸的另一表面涂抹有外防渗透层,内防渗透层包括涂抹溶液和聚合物乳液,外防渗透层为树脂层,降低食品纸边渗透的方法,其中包括将树脂以涂布方式均匀涂布于所述包装纸基纸的外表面,反复涂布,该发明通过降低食品纸边渗透的方法可以在包装纸基纸的两侧表面分别形成内防渗透层和外防渗透层,不仅使得包装纸的内侧具有防水防油的功能,大大的降低了食品的纸边渗透,而且是在包装纸的外侧具有阻隔水蒸汽和氧气渗透,延长食品保质期的功能,而且安全环保,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品包装材料加工技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种降低食品纸边渗透的方法。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识的提高以及国家禁塑令的颁布,很多地区都已不再使用塑料作为包装材料,取而代之的是可回收利用、可降解、无白色污染的纸。
但是目前的食品包装纸多种多样,在使用过程中不可避免的会发生食品纸边渗透现象,不仅降低了食品的外部美观性,而且可能会影响食品的食用口感,同时现有的食品包装纸可能无法对食品内外侧的空气进行阻隔,使得食品容易变质,在一定程度上缩短了食品的保质期,从而降低了食品的市场竞争力,为此,我们设计了一种降低食品纸边渗透的方法,来解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种降低食品纸边渗透的方法,该发明通过降低食品纸边渗透的方法可以在包装纸基纸的两侧表面分别形成内防渗透层和外防渗透层,不仅使得包装纸的内侧具有防水防油的功能,大大的降低了食品的纸边渗透,而且是在包装纸的外侧具有阻隔水蒸汽和氧气渗透,延长食品保质期的功能,而且安全环保,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种降低食品纸边渗透的方法,包括包装纸基纸,所述包装纸基纸的一表面涂抹有内防渗透层,所述包装纸基纸的另一表面涂抹有外防渗透层,该发明通过降低食品纸边渗透的方法可以在包装纸基纸的两侧表面分别形成内防渗透层和外防渗透层,不仅使得包装纸的内侧具有防水防油的功能,大大的降低了食品的纸边渗透,而且是在包装纸的外侧具有阻隔水蒸汽和氧气渗透,延长食品保质期的功能,而且安全环保,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
进一步的,所述内防渗透层包括涂抹溶液和聚合物乳液。
进一步的,所述外防渗透层为树脂层。
进一步的,所述的一种降低食品纸边渗透的方法,其步骤包括:
P1、按重量配比的针叶浆18-42%、阔叶浆62-88%混合磨浆,浆度:56-72 °SR,湿重1.6-3.8g,同时添加脱气剂(吨纸用量在0.6-1.6kg);施胶剂AKD (吨纸用量在5-15kg);填料选用碳酸钙,砷含量≤0.6mg/kg(吨纸用量 98-189kg);
P2、上网抄造,压榨、烘干;
P3、表面施胶,印刷面选用阳离子淀粉挂胶量在0.4-0.9g/m2,非印刷面选用阴离子淀粉挂胶量在0.4-0.9g/m2;
P4、烘干、收卷形成所述包装纸基纸;
P5、将树脂以涂布方式均匀涂布于所述包装纸基纸的外表面,反复涂布,形成所述外防渗透层;
P6、烘干;
P7、将涂抹溶液喷涂在所述包装纸基纸的内表面,待烘干后将聚合物乳液涂抹与涂抹溶液的表面,待烘干后形成所述内防渗透层;
P8、烘干,收卷;
P9、将成卷包装纸进行分切;
P10、将完成分切的包装纸与食品进行包装。
进一步的,所述P5步骤中的涂布的方式采用高压无气喷涂或辊筒涂装的一种。
进一步的,所述P5步骤中的树脂重量在2g-2.5g/m2之间。
进一步的,所述P7步骤中的涂抹溶液由包括壳聚糖、聚乳酸和含氟疏水抗油改性纳米纤维素组成,并通过在涂抹溶液表面施涂一层聚合物乳液
进一步的,所述P7步骤中的聚合物乳液为聚丙烯酸类乳液,该层干燥后的定量为0.5~4.0g/m2。
进一步的,所述P10步骤中的使用该包装纸包装食品后,可以避免纸边渗透。

请参阅图1,一种降低食品纸边渗透的方法,包括包装纸基纸1,包装纸基纸1的一表面涂抹有内防渗透层2,内防渗透层2包括涂抹溶液和聚合物乳液,涂抹溶液为酯化改性纳米纤维素中加入二氟乙胺溶液,混合均匀后获得混合反应液,然后将所述反应液的pH值调节至中性,在60-70℃条件下恒温搅拌反应4-6h,反应结束后,将产物离心、洗涤、最后进行透析处理,获得含氟疏水抗油改性纳米纤维素,然后在干燥后形成的涂抹溶液薄膜层的表面涂抹聚合物乳液,从而形成内侧防护层,增加了包装纸基纸1的内侧表面的防水防油性能,进而降低了食品的纸边渗透,包装纸基纸1的另一表面涂抹有外防渗透层3,外防渗透层3为树脂层,采用高压无气喷涂或辊筒涂装与包装纸基纸1的外侧表面,具有阻隔水蒸汽和氧气渗透,可以避免食品产生氧化等反应,延长了食品的保质期。
作为优选的,降低食品纸边渗透的方法,其步骤包括:
P1、按重量配比的针叶浆18-42%、阔叶浆62-88%混合磨浆,浆度:56-72 °SR,湿重1.6-3.8g,同时添加脱气剂(吨纸用量在0.6-1.6kg);施胶剂AKD (吨纸用量在5-15kg);填料选用碳酸钙,砷含量≤0.6mg/kg(吨纸用量 98-189kg);
P2、上网抄造,压榨、烘干;
P3、表面施胶,印刷面选用阳离子淀粉挂胶量在0.4-0.9g/m2,非印刷面选用阴离子淀粉挂胶量在0.4-0.9g/m2;
P4、烘干、收卷形成包装纸基纸1;
P5、将树脂以涂布方式均匀涂布于包装纸基纸1的外表面,反复涂布,形成外防渗透层3;
P6、烘干;
P7、将涂抹溶液喷涂在包装纸基纸1的内表面,待烘干后将聚合物乳液涂抹与涂抹溶液的表面,待烘干后形成内防渗透层2;
P8、烘干,收卷;
P9、将成卷包装纸进行分切;
P10、将完成分切的包装纸与食品进行包装。
作为优选的,P5步骤中的涂布的方式采用高压无气喷涂或辊筒涂装的一种。
