More specifically, the wine bottle interface device 21 in the technical scheme is mounted on the cabinet body 1 in a vertically movable manner, and the setting height of the wine bottle interface device 21 can be adjusted according to the specification of different wine products, so that the universality of the combined wine cabinet is improved; the wine bottle interface device 21 is provided with a suction channel and an opening degree adjustable air release channel, the suction channel is used for sucking liquid and air in the wine bottle 4, when the suction channel is used for sucking the liquid in the wine bottle 4, the combined wine cabinet is in a wine distribution mode, when the suction channel is used for sucking the air in the wine bottle, the combined wine cabinet is in an oxygen extraction fresh-keeping mode, the combined wine cabinet in the technical scheme can simply realize switching between the wine distribution mode and the fresh-keeping mode of the combined wine cabinet by controlling the suction material of the suction channel, the structure is simple, the operability is strong, the wine distribution and fresh-keeping functions of the combined wine cabinet can be realized by using the same suction channel, the design of the wine cabinet is simplified, and the structural compactness is improved.
Further, the flow dividing device 22 in the technical scheme is communicated with the wine bottle 4 through the suction channel, so that substances sucked from the wine bottle 4 by the suction channel are subjected to subsequent flow dividing treatment, the accommodating cavity 101 is communicated with the wine bottle 4 through the air release channel with adjustable opening, and the air pressure in the wine bottle in the fresh-keeping mode is lower than the air pressure of the external environment, so that when the combined wine cabinet is in the wine dividing mode, the opening degree of the air release channel is controlled, and the air pressure in the wine bottle 4 can be restored to be level with the air pressure of the external environment, so that the smoothness of the wine taking process is ensured.
Furthermore, the diversion device 22 comprises an input pipeline 221, a first output pipeline 222 and a second output pipeline 223, wherein the input pipeline 221 is communicated with the first output pipeline 222 so as to discharge the gas in the wine bottle 4 and the residual liquid in the diversion device 22, so that on one hand, the fresh-keeping function of the combined wine cabinet can be realized, and on the other hand, the phenomenon that part of wine drops remain in the diversion device 22 after taking wine can be avoided, thereby influencing the product quality in the next wine taking process; the input pipe 221 is communicated with the second output pipe 223 to take out the liquid in the wine bottle 4, thereby realizing the wine separating function of the combined wine cabinet.
When the combined wine cabinet is in the wine separating mode, the suction channel is made to extract the liquid in the wine bottle 4, the connecting passage between the input pipeline 221 and the second output pipeline 223 and the air leakage channel are conducted, and the connecting passage between the input pipeline 221 and the first output pipeline 222 is closed, so that the wine separating function of the combined wine cabinet is realized; when the combined wine cabinet is in the fresh-keeping mode, the suction channel is made to extract the gas in the wine bottle 4, the connection passage of the input pipeline 221 and the first output pipeline 222 is conducted, and the connection passage and the air release channel of the input pipeline 221 and the second output pipeline 223 are closed, so that the fresh-keeping function of the combined wine cabinet is realized.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the outlets of the first output pipe 222 and the second output pipe 223 may be disposed inside or outside the wine cabinet according to actual requirements, which is not limited herein. When the outlet of the first output pipeline 222 is disposed in the wine cabinet, the solution of the present invention may be disposed in the water receiving device (such as the water receiving tray 25) for receiving the residual liquid in the accommodating cavity 101; when the outlet of the first output pipe 222 is disposed outside the wine cabinet, a water receiving bucket (not shown) may be additionally disposed outside the combined wine cabinet. When the outlet of the second output pipe 223 is arranged inside the wine cabinet, the accommodating cavity 101 in the technical scheme can be used for accommodating the wine glass 5, and when the outlet of the second output pipe 223 is arranged outside the wine cabinet, the technical scheme can be used for opening and closing a switch (not shown in the figure) at the outlet of the second output pipe 223.
Preferably, the refrigerating system 3 is mounted on the back of the cabinet 1, and the refrigerating system 3 includes a cooling member 31, a cooling block 32, a semiconductor refrigerating device 33, a heat dissipation fin 34 and a heat dissipation member 35, which are sequentially connected from inside to outside. In a preferred embodiment of the present solution, the refrigeration system 3 may include a cooling member 31, a cooling block 32, a semiconductor refrigeration device 33, a heat dissipation fin 34, and a heat dissipation member 35, as shown in fig. 8. The cold end of the semiconductor refrigeration device 33 is provided with a cold guide block 32 and a cooling piece 31 in sequence, and the hot end of the semiconductor refrigeration device 33 is provided with a radiating fin 34 and a radiating piece 35 in sequence. The working principle of the refrigerating system 3 is that the cooling piece 31 transmits the cold energy generated by the cold end into the accommodating cavity 101, and the heat radiating piece 35 discharges the heat generated by the hot end out of the cabinet body 1. According to the technical scheme, the combined wine cabinet is used for refrigerating and refrigerating wine products in the wine cabinet through the refrigerating system 3, and the combined wine cabinet can have functions of wine separation, fresh keeping and refrigeration simultaneously through the cooperation of the combined wine cabinet and the wine separation and fresh keeping system 2. The cooling member 31 may be a cooling fan, and the heat sink 35 may be a heat dissipation fan or the like.
Further, the wine-dispensing and fresh-keeping system 2 further includes a telescopic tube 2121, and the telescopic tube 2121 is telescopically disposed at the bottom of the wine bottle interface device 21.
In a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the wine dispensing and preserving system 2 further comprises a telescopic tube 2121, wherein the telescopic tube 2121 is telescopically arranged at the bottom of the wine bottle interface device 21. The telescopic pipe 2121 in the technical scheme can enable the wine distribution and fresh keeping system 2 to conveniently switch between a wine distribution mode and a fresh keeping mode even if the wine distribution and fresh keeping system faces wine products with different liquid levels.
When the combined wine cabinet is in a wine separating mode, the inlet of the telescopic pipe 2121 can be extended to be below the liquid level, so that the normal taking out of liquid in the wine bottle is ensured, and the wine taking function is realized; when the combined wine cabinet is in a fresh-keeping mode, the inlet of the telescopic pipe 2121 can be shortened to be above the liquid level, so that the normal extraction of gas in the wine bottle is ensured, and the fresh-keeping function is realized.
In this embodiment, the extension and shortening of the inlet of the telescopic tube 2121 may be achieved by expanding or contracting a multi-stage telescopic tube, or may be achieved by driving the telescopic tube 2121 to move up and down relative to the wine bottle interface device 21, which is not limited herein. It is further described that the expansion and contraction of the inlet of the telescopic tube 2121 in the present embodiment can be controlled manually or automatically, which is not limited herein; when the expansion of the inlet of the telescopic tube 2121 is in an automatic control mode, the expansion and contraction of the multi-section telescopic tube can be controlled by arranging a driving member (such as a driving cylinder, a driving motor, etc.), or the up-and-down movement of the telescopic tube 2121 relative to the wine bottle interface device 21 can be controlled by arranging a driving member (such as a driving cylinder, a driving motor, etc.).
Further to describe, the wine bottle interface device 21 includes a first plug assembly 211 and a second plug assembly 212, the second plug assembly 212 is detachably mounted on the bottom of the first plug assembly 211, and the telescopic tube 2121 is telescopically disposed on the bottom of the second plug assembly 212; a first suction branch 201 is arranged in the first plug assembly 211, a second suction branch 202 is arranged in the second plug assembly 212, and the first suction branch 201, the second suction branch 202 and the telescopic pipe 2121 are communicated with each other; a first venting branch is provided in the first plug assembly 211, and a second venting branch 203 is provided in the second plug assembly 212.
In a preferred embodiment of the present technical solution, the wine bottle interface device 21 includes a first plug assembly 211 and a second plug assembly 212, the second plug assembly 212 is detachably mounted at the bottom of the first plug assembly 211, and the telescopic tube 2121 is telescopically disposed at the bottom of the second plug assembly 212, so that the wine distribution and fresh keeping system 2 can conveniently switch between a wine distribution mode and a fresh keeping mode even if the wine distribution and fresh keeping system faces different bottleneck lengths and different wine levels in wine bottles, thereby being more beneficial to improving the universality of the combined wine cabinet.
Specifically, when the combined wine cabinet is in the wine distributing mode, the second plug assembly 212 is installed at the bottom of the first plug assembly 211, the telescopic pipe 2121 extends below the liquid level of the wine bottle 4, the first suction branch 201, the second suction branch 202 and the telescopic pipe 2121 are mutually communicated to form a suction channel, so that the wine taking function is realized, the second air leakage branch 203 is arranged in the second plug assembly 212, and at the moment, the second air leakage branch 203 is an air leakage channel, so that the air pressure in the wine bottle 4 can be restored to be equal to the air pressure of the external environment, and the smoothness of the wine taking process is ensured.
When the combined wine cabinet is in the fresh-keeping mode, in one embodiment of the present technical solution, the second plug assembly 212 may be installed at the bottom of the first plug assembly 211, and the telescopic pipe 2121 extends above the liquid level of the wine bottle 4, at this time, the first suction branch 201, the second suction branch 202 and the telescopic pipe 2121 are mutually communicated to form a suction channel, so as to implement fresh keeping of long bottleneck wine products or low liquid level wine products; in addition, by opening the second venting branch 203, the air pressure in the wine bottle 4 can be restored to be equal to the air pressure of the external environment, so that the wine product in the combined wine cabinet can be replaced conveniently, and it is noted that the second venting branch 203 is a venting channel at this time.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the second plug assembly 212 may be detached and separated from the bottom of the first plug assembly 211, and the gas in the wine bottle 4 is extracted by the first plug assembly 211 alone, where the first suction branch 201 is a suction channel, so as to achieve the preservation of short bottleneck wine products or high liquid level wine products; in addition, by opening the first air release branch, the air pressure in the wine bottle 4 can be restored to be equal to the air pressure of the external environment, so that the wine products in the combined wine cabinet can be conveniently replaced, and the first air release branch is an air release channel.
It should be noted that, the first plug assembly 211 in this technical solution may be provided with a venting through hole or a venting groove, so as to form a first venting branch, or a venting pipe may be additionally provided to the first plug assembly 211 in this technical solution, so that the interior of the venting pipe forms the first venting branch, which is not limited herein. Further, the second air leakage branch 203, the first suction branch 201, and the second suction branch 202 in this embodiment may be configured in the same manner, and are not described herein.
Further illustrated, the first plug assembly 211 includes a first mounting nipple 2111, a first suction conduit 2112, and a first sealing plug 2113; the first installation joint 2111 is provided with a venting pipeline 204, the first sealing plug 2113 is provided with a venting avoiding groove 205, and the venting pipeline 204 and the venting avoiding groove 205 are mutually communicated to form the first venting branch; the first suction pipe 2112 is connected to the bottom of the first mounting joint 2111, and the first suction branch is opened inside the first suction pipe 2112; the first sealing plug 2113 is sleeved outside the first suction pipe 2112, a plurality of first sealing rings with different diameters are arranged on the first sealing plug 2113 from top to bottom, and the diameters of the first sealing rings are gradually decreased from top to bottom.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the first plug assembly 211 includes a first mounting joint 2111, a first suction pipe 2112 and a first sealing plug 2113, and the mating connection of the first mounting joint 2111, the first suction pipe 2112 and the first sealing plug 2113 is beneficial to improving the connection strength of the first plug assembly 211 and ensuring the normal implementation of the suction function and the venting function.
Further, the first installation joint 2111 is provided with the air release pipeline 204, the first sealing plug 2113 is provided with the air release avoiding groove 205, the air release pipeline 204 and the air release avoiding groove 205 are mutually communicated to form a first air release branch, and the air release device is simple in structure and reliable in performance.
Further, the first sealing plug 2113 is sleeved outside the first suction pipe 2112, and the first sealing plug 2113 is provided with a plurality of first sealing rings (not shown) with different diameters from top to bottom, and the diameters of the first sealing rings gradually decrease from top to bottom. The provision of the first sealing plug 2113 facilitates the releasable connection of the first plug assembly 211 to the second plug assembly 212 and also facilitates the releasable connection of the first plug assembly 211 to the wine bottle 4; the first sealing plug 2113 in the technical scheme is provided with a multi-section sealing arrangement, and can be matched with different bottle mouth sizes for sealing, so that the universality of the combined wine bottle is further improved.
Further illustratively, the second plug head assembly 212 further includes a second mounting adapter 2122, a second suction conduit 2123, and a second sealing plug 2124; the second suction pipe 2123 is connected to the bottom of the second mounting joint 2122, the second suction branch 203 is opened inside the second suction pipe 2123, the second sealing plug 2124 is sleeved outside the second suction pipe 2123, and the telescopic pipe 2121 is mounted to the bottom of the second suction pipe 2123; the second sealing plug 2124 is provided with a plurality of second sealing rings with different diameters from top to bottom, the diameters of the second sealing rings are gradually decreased from top to bottom, and the second sealing plug 2124 is provided with a second air leakage branch.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the second plug assembly 212 includes a telescopic tube 2121, a second mounting joint 2122, a second suction pipe 2123 and a second sealing plug 2124, and the mating connection of the telescopic tube 2121, the second mounting joint 2122, the second suction pipe 2123 and the second sealing plug 2124 is beneficial to enhancing the connection strength of the second plug assembly 212 and ensuring normal implementation of the suction function and the venting function.
Further, the second sealing plug 2124 is provided with a plurality of second sealing rings (not shown) with different diameters from top to bottom, the diameters of the second sealing rings gradually decrease from top to bottom, and the second sealing plug 2124 is beneficial to the detachable connection of the second plug assembly 212 and the wine bottle 4; the second sealing plug 2124 in the technical scheme is arranged in a multi-section sealing mode, and can be matched with different bottle mouth sizes to seal, so that the universality of the combined type wine bottle is further improved.
Still further, the second sealing plug 2124 is provided with the second venting branch 203, so that the second venting branch 203 is located at the bottom of the second plug assembly 212 and is communicated with the external environment through the second venting branch 203, when the first plug assembly 211 and the second plug assembly 212 are connected, the opening and closing of the second venting branch 203 are only controlled separately, so that the normal venting function can be ensured, and the first venting branch 203 and the second venting branch 203 are not required to be matched and communicated, so that the first plug assembly 211 and the second plug assembly 212 are convenient to install.
Further describing, the wine-distributing and fresh-keeping system 2 further comprises a control device, wherein the control device comprises a controller, a pump body 231, a check valve 232, a first valve body, a second valve body 233 and a third valve body 234, and the pump body 231, the check valve 232, the first valve body, the second valve body 233 and the third valve body 234 are all electrically connected to the controller; the pump body 231 is used for leading the suction channel to flow liquid and gas in the wine bottle 4, the one-way valve 232 is used for opening and closing the input pipeline 221, the first valve body is used for adjusting the opening degree of the air leakage channel, the second valve body 233 is used for opening and closing the first output pipeline 222, and the third valve body 234 is used for opening and closing the second output pipeline 223.
In a preferred embodiment of the present technical solution, the wine-separating and fresh-keeping system 2 further includes a control device, and the control device controls the implementation of the wine-separating and fresh-keeping functions, so as to facilitate the improvement of the intelligentized degree of the combined wine cabinet.
Specifically, the control device includes a controller (not shown), a pump body 231, a check valve 232, a first valve body (not shown), a second valve body 233, and a third valve body 234, and the pump body 231, the check valve 232, the first valve body, the second valve body 233, and the third valve body 234 are all electrically coupled to the controller.
When the combined wine cabinet is in the wine separating mode, based on the control of the controller, the pump body 231 is started to enable the suction channel to suck the liquid in the wine bottle 4, the one-way valve 232, the first valve body and the third valve body 234 are opened, the connecting passage and the air leakage passage of the input pipeline 221 and the second output pipeline 223 are conducted, the second valve body 233 is closed, and the connecting passage of the input pipeline 221 and the first output pipeline 222 is closed, so that the wine separating function of the combined wine cabinet is realized.
When the combined wine cabinet is in the fresh-keeping mode, based on the control of the controller, the pump body 231 is started to enable the suction channel to extract the gas in the wine bottle 4, the one-way valve 232 and the second valve body 233 are opened, the connecting passage of the input pipeline 221 and the first output pipeline 222 is conducted, the first valve body and the third valve body 234 are closed, and the connecting passage of the input pipeline 221 and the second output pipeline 223 and the air release channel are closed, so that the fresh-keeping function of the combined wine cabinet is realized.
Still further, the control device further comprises a pressure monitor 235, wherein the pressure monitor 235 is electrically coupled to the controller, and the pressure monitor 235 is used for monitoring the air pressure of the wine bottle 4.
In a preferred embodiment of the present technical solution, the control device further includes a pressure monitor 235, the pressure monitor 235 is electrically connected to the controller, and the pressure monitor 235 is used for monitoring the air pressure of the wine bottle 4, and the closing and starting of the pump body 231 can be controlled by the pressure monitor 235, so that the air pressure value in the wine bottle in different modes is ensured to be within a preset range, and the intelligent degree of the combined wine cabinet is further improved.
Further describing, the wine-distributing and fresh-keeping system 2 further comprises a height adjusting device 24, and the wine bottle interface device 21 is mounted on the cabinet 1 in a manner of being capable of moving up and down through the height adjusting device 24; the height adjusting device 24 comprises a supporting rod 241 and a supporting seat 242, one end of the supporting rod 241 is movably installed on the cabinet body 1 up and down through a sliding mechanism, the other end of the supporting rod 241 is connected with the supporting seat 242, and the supporting seat 242 is used for installing the wine bottle interface device 21.
In a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the wine bottle interface device 21 is movably mounted on the cabinet 1 up and down through the height adjusting device 24, the height adjusting device 24 is configured to drive the wine bottle interface device 21 to move up and down, and when the height adjusting device 24 drives the wine bottle interface device 21 to move down, the wine bottle interface device 21 seals the bottle opening of the wine bottle 4; when the height adjusting device 24 drives the wine bottle interface device 21 to move upwards, the wine bottle interface device 21 is separated from the bottle mouth of the wine bottle 4. Note that, in the present embodiment, the up-and-down movement of the height adjusting device 24 may be manually controlled or automatically controlled, which is not limited herein; when the up-and-down movement of the height adjusting device 24 is in an automatic control manner, the height adjusting device can be driven by providing a driving member (a driving cylinder or a driving motor, etc.), and the driving member can be electrically connected with the controller, thereby improving the intelligentization degree of the height adjusting device 24.
Specifically, the height adjusting device 24 includes a support rod 241 and a support base 242, one end of the support rod 241 is movably mounted to the cabinet 1 up and down through a sliding mechanism, the other end of the support rod 241 is connected with the support base 242, and the support base 242 is used for mounting the wine bottle interface device 21. More specifically, the sliding mechanism in the present embodiment may be a sliding mechanism in which a sliding groove and a sliding bar are engaged with each other, a sliding mechanism in which a sliding rail and a sliding wheel are engaged with each other, or the like, and is not limited thereto.
In a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the height adjusting device 24 further includes a distance detector (not shown in the drawings), where the distance detector can be used to detect the height of the wine bottle 4 placed on the accommodating cavity 101, and further, the controller controls the set height of the height adjusting device 24 according to the height of the wine bottle 4, so that the height adjusting device 24 drives the wine bottle interface assembly to move, and further, the wine bottle interface device 21 can plug the wine bottle mouth, and the wine bottle interface device 21 is separated from the wine bottle mouth.
Further describing, the outlet of the first output pipe 222 is located in the accommodating cavity 101, and the wine distribution and fresh keeping system 2 further includes a water receiving tray 25; the water pan 25 is detachably mounted at the lower portion of the accommodating cavity 101, and the water pan 25 is connected to the first output pipe 222.
In a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the outlet of the first output pipe 222 is located in the accommodating cavity 101, and the wine-separating and fresh-keeping system 2 further includes a water-receiving tray 25, where the water-receiving tray 25 can catch the liquid remained in the pipe of the flow-dividing device 22 in the last wine-taking process discharged by the flow-dividing device 22 in the fresh-keeping and air-exhausting process, so as to avoid influencing the quality of the liquid taken out in the next wine-taking process; in addition, the water pan 25 is detachably installed in the accommodating cavity 101, so that the water pan 25 can be cleaned in time.
Further, the cabinet 1 may be provided with a mounting hole 102, and the first output pipe 222 is mounted on the water-receiving tray 25 through the mounting hole 102, so that the water-receiving tray 25 is connected with the first output pipe 222, and the liquid remaining in the pipe of the flow dividing device 22 may be discharged into the water-receiving tray 25.
Further, the cabinet 1 is further provided with a mounting cavity 103, the mounting cavity 103 is located inside the cabinet 1, and the mounting cavity 103 is used for accommodating the splitting device 22 and the control device.
In a preferred embodiment of the present solution, the cabinet 1 is further provided with a mounting cavity 103, the mounting cavity 103 being located inside the cabinet 1, and the mounting cavity 103 being adapted to accommodate the shunt means 22 and the control means, as shown in fig. 9. The current technology sets up diverging device 22 and controlling means of refrigeration gradevin in the foaming space of cabinet body 1 generally, consequently is difficult to maintain, and this technical scheme installs diverging device 22 and controlling means in installation cavity 103, and when diverging device 22 and controlling means need maintain and change, the user only need disassemble the shell 11 of cabinet body 1 and can maintain and change it, and need not destroy the foaming space of cabinet body 1.
