A wine bottle holder;
The switch valve is arranged on the wine bottle holder and comprises a valve body and a control part, and the valve body is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the control part controls the connection and disconnection of the air inlet and the air outlet;
The vacuum pump is communicated with the air inlet of the switch valve through a pipeline, and a pressure sensor is arranged on the pipeline;
A slider and a stopper; the bottle stopper is inserted and connected to the opening of a red wine bottle to be preserved, the bottle stopper is provided with a vent hole, the sliding piece can slide up and down relative to the wine bottle holder, and the sliding piece comprises a triggering part for triggering the control part and a gas conduction part which is matched with the bottle stopper to form a sealed air cavity; the gas conduction part is provided with a gas suction port communicated with the vent hole, and the gas suction port is communicated with a gas outlet of the switch valve through a pipeline; when the wine bottle is at an initial position, the gas conduction part is lower than the opening position of the red wine bottle;

The wine antistaling device of claim 1, wherein the gas conduction part of the sliding part comprises a connecting plate arranged on the inner wall of the sliding part, the air suction port is formed on the upper side of the connecting plate, a sleeve extending downwards is arranged on the lower side of the connecting plate, and the bottle stopper can be inserted into the inner side of the sleeve.

The wine antistaling device of claim 5, wherein the bottle plug comprises a main body part and an insertion part positioned on the lower side of the main body part, a through vent hole is arranged between the main body part and the insertion part, the main body part is hermetically connected with the sleeve, and the insertion part is hermetically connected with the opening of the wine bottle.
7. The wine antistaling device of claim 6, wherein a rubber suction nozzle is sleeved on the lower side of the sleeve, and the rubber suction nozzle is matched with the main body part to realize the sealing connection of the sleeve and the bottle stopper.

The red wine preservation device according to claim 6, wherein a plug is disposed at the vent, the plug closes the vent when the air pressure at the outer end of the mouth of the red wine bottle is greater than the air pressure at the inner end of the mouth of the red wine bottle, and the plug opens the vent when the air pressure at the outer end of the mouth of the red wine bottle is less than the air pressure at the inner end of the mouth of the red wine bottle.
9. The wine fresh-keeping device of claim 2, wherein the vacuum pump is fixed on a supporting side plate of the wine bottle holder, and a one-way valve is further arranged on a pipeline between the vacuum pump and the air inlet of the switch valve.
10. A cold storage and freezing device comprises a cold storage chamber with the temperature more than 0 ℃, and is characterized in that: a red wine preservation apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9 is provided in the refrigeration compartment.
