s3, the rotary rod 2 is switched from the inclined state to the horizontal state.

The fixed crimping roller 4 is rotatable about a first axis and the floating crimping roller 5 is rotatable about a second axis. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, after the fully impregnated reinforcing material is wound up, a cloth roll 7 is formed, and then the cloth roll 7 needs to be removed, the cloth roll 7 is positioned on the cloth roll 3 and the fixed crimp roll 4, and a new cloth roll 3 is installed. In the above step S1, first, the cloth roll 3 is fed, and a new cloth roll 3 is placed at one end of the rotating lever 2, and the floating crimping roller 5 is located between the cloth roll 3 and the fixed crimping roller 4.
In the step S2, the floating curl shaft is rotated upwards, the floating curl shaft rotates around the first axis, after the roller shaft of the floating curl roller 5 contacts the rotating rod 2, the roller shaft of the floating curl roller 5 can push the rotating rod 2 to rotate upwards synchronously, so that the rotating rod 2 is switched from the horizontal state to the inclined state, and when the center of gravity of the cloth roll 7 moves beyond the center of the curl roller during the rotation of the rotating rod 2, the cloth roll 7 rolls onto the platform 1, and meanwhile, the cloth roll shaft 3 rolls onto the gap between the fixed curl roller 4 and the floating curl roller 5.
In the above step S3, after the completion of the cloth falling, the floating crimping roller 5 falls to the initial position, and the rotating lever 2 is switched from the inclined state to the horizontal state, completing the loading operation of the cloth winding shaft 3.

s2, rotating a rotating rod of the dipping reinforced material winding device upwards, and rolling a cloth winding shaft between a fixed crimping roller and a floating crimping roller of the dipping reinforced material winding device along the rotating rod in the process of switching the rotating rod from a horizontal state to an inclined state;
s3, switching the rotating rod from an inclined state to a horizontal state;
the floating crimping roller is arranged to rotate around a first axis, the first axis is the axis of the fixed crimping roller, the axis of the floating crimping roller is a second axis, the rotation center line of the rotating rod is parallel to the first axis and the second axis, and the roller shafts of the fixed crimping roller and the floating crimping roller are positioned below the rotating rod; the fixed crimping roller and the floating crimping roller have a certain distance, the fixed crimping roller can rotate around a first axis, and the floating crimping roller can rotate around a second axis;
when the cloth is wound, the cloth can be wound on a cloth winding shaft at a working position by rotating the fixed crimping roller and the floating crimping roller, so that the winding work of the impregnated reinforcing material is completed; after finishing the winding work of the impregnated reinforcing material, forming a cloth roll, wherein the cloth roll is positioned on a cloth roll shaft and a fixed crimping roller, and then the cloth roll is required to be dismounted and a new cloth roll shaft is required to be mounted;
