Claims (10)

1. The secondary goods shelving method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
collecting one or more demand orders;
calculating the total demand of all the articles to be placed on the shelf on one or more demand orders to form a statistical table for placing on the shelf, wherein the statistical table for placing on the shelf at least comprises one article to be placed on the shelf;
identifying commodity information of all the articles to be shelved, wherein the commodity information at least comprises a product information identifier and the total number of the articles to be shelved of the same kind in the batch;
comparing the total number of the same type of articles to be shelved with the shelving statistical table, wherein if the total number of the same type of articles to be shelved is consistent with the comparison structure of the shelving statistical table, it indicates that the articles to be shelved are shelved;
and meanwhile, responding to a secondary racking instruction, moving a sorting rack to a racking position, and re-sorting all the articles to be racked according to the demand quantity of the articles to be racked on one or more demand orders.
2. The method for racking goods twice as claimed in claim 1 wherein said moving the sorting rack to a racking position comprises:
calculating the articles to be shelved with similar relevance in all the articles to be shelved by a preset relevance algorithm;
collecting the calculated total quantity of the correlation degree values, namely obtaining the classified total quantity of all the articles to be placed on the shelf;
and transferring the sorting goods shelves with the number consistent with the total quantity of the correlation numerical values to the racking position by controlling a self-driven robot, wherein all the goods to be racking of the same category are temporarily accommodated on the corresponding sorting goods shelves.
3. The secondary goods shelving method of claim 2, wherein the correlation degree of all the goods to be shelved is calculated by the following steps:
dividing the articles to be shelved with the similar degrees in all the articles to be shelved into the articles to be shelved of the same category;
or, setting preset similar threshold values, and dividing the articles to be shelved which are not lower than the similar threshold values in all the articles to be shelved into the articles to be shelved of the same category.
4. The method of secondary racking of cargo according to claim 2 wherein said sorting racks are selected to be fully loaded with an appropriate volume corresponding to the total number of all said items to be racked of said same category.
5. The secondary goods shelving method of claim 1, wherein when all the goods to be shelved in the same category are shelved on the corresponding sorting shelves, the goods to be shelved in the same category can be uniformly placed according to the product information identifier.
6. The secondary racking method of claim 1 wherein said sorting rack is configured such that of all of said items to be racked of said same category, the heavier of said items to be racked is located below said sorting rack and the lighter of said items to be racked is located above said sorting rack.
7. The device for secondary goods shelving is characterized by comprising an acquisition and analysis module, an identification module, a calculation module and a shelving module;
the collecting and analyzing module is used for collecting the total amount of all the objects to be placed on the shelves on the one or more demand lists and sorting out the statistical table for placing the shelves;
the identification module is used for scanning commodity information of various articles to be placed on a shelf, wherein the commodity information is the product information identifier;
the calculation module is used for calculating the relevance of all the articles to be shelved and dividing the types of all the articles to be shelved of the same category;
and after the types of the articles to be placed on the shelves are divided, immediately responding to a secondary placing instruction, and placing all the articles to be placed on the shelves of the same type on the corresponding sorting shelf.
8. The secondary racking device of cargo of claim 7 wherein said racking module comprises: the device comprises a sorting module, a climbing module and a conveying module;
the sorting module is used for identifying the commodity information of all the to-be-shelved items of the same category, wherein the commodity information comprises the product information identification and the total number of the to-be-shelved items of the same kind in the batch;
the sorting module is also used for uniformly dividing all the articles to be placed on shelves in the same type;
the climbing module is used for conveying all the articles to be placed on the shelves of the same type sorted by the sorting module to the same position of the sorting shelf;
the conveying module is used for conveying all the articles to be placed on shelves of the same type conveyed by the climbing module to corresponding positions on the sorting shelves.
9. The equipment for secondary shelving of goods is characterized in that,
the method comprises the following steps: one or more processors;
wherein each processor is used for storing at least one program;
when at least one of the programs is executed by one or more of the processors, the one or more processors are caused to implement the goods secondary shelving method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. Storage medium for the secondary shelving of goods, characterized in that at least one of said programs of the computer is stored thereon, which at least one program, when executed by one or more processors, implements a goods shelving method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
