本发明涉及家装技术领域,特别是一种全遮光防雾霾降噪隔热保温窗帘布及其制作方法。
背景技术
窗帘是窗帘世界中使用很广泛的一种,一般使用在家居建筑物中,其以简洁明快而深受欢迎。窗帘是由布、麻、纱、铝片、木片、金属材料等制作的,具有遮阳隔热和调节室内光线的功能,布帘按材质分有棉纱布、涤纶布、涤棉混纺、棉麻混纺、无纺布等,不同的材质、纹理、颜色、图案等综合起来就形成了不同风格的布帘,但是现有的窗帘布料存在以下问题:首先现有的窗帘布料在遮挡阳光时不能做到全遮光,无法满足一般消费者对于全遮光的窗帘的需求,同时现有的窗帘布在开窗时防雾霾效果不够好,不能有效减少PM2.5进入室内,不能有效减少对人心脑血管及呼吸系统的影响,最后现有的窗帘布在开窗时对噪音起不到良好降音降噪作用,所以一般消费者急需一种全遮光,能够有效防雾霾,有效降音降噪的窗帘布。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供了一种全遮光防雾霾降噪隔热保温窗帘布及其制作方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种全遮光防雾霾降噪隔热保温窗帘布,包括相互对称的第一遮光布与第二遮光布,所述第一遮光布与第二遮光布之间设有可脱卸内衬,所述内衬包括隔音毛毡布,所述第一遮光布上方安装有多个圆环。
优选的,所述内衬还包括熔喷布。
优选的,所述隔音毛毡布为多孔吸声材料,所述多空吸声材料为吸音棉。
优选的,所述内衬通过魔术贴分别与第一遮光布相连。
优选的,所述圆环数量为6个、8个或10个。

一种上述的窗帘布的制作方法,至少包括以下步骤:
S1、将第一遮光布与第二遮光布,根据尺寸需求裁剪;
S2、将隔音毛毡布和熔喷布进行超声波复合,通过高频振动波传递使隔音毛毡布和熔喷布的材料表面进行焊接,在加压的情况下,使材料表面相互摩擦而形成分子层之间的熔合,然后根据尺寸需求裁剪;
S3、将隔音毛毡布的一面车缝上魔术贴,将第一遮光布与隔音毛毡布相对的一面车缝上魔术贴,将隔音毛毡布与第一遮光布通过魔术贴连接起来;
S4、将裁剪好的第一遮光布与第二遮光布车缝起来,在第一遮光布上方根据窗帘布尺寸不同安装不同数量的圆环;
S5、将做好的产品用PV袋包装好,贴上条码保存起来。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过设有第一遮光布与第二遮光布,能达到100%遮光,能够有效的防护紫外线,遮挡阳光,起到保温隔热的作用。
2、本发明通过设有隔音毛毡布,通过采用多孔吸声材料,有效利用织物的结构,能够有效地调节室内声音环境,起到良好的降音降噪的作用。
3本发明通过设有熔喷布,能够有效地减少PM2.5进入室内,阻碍各种污染物(气体和颗粒物如CO、SO2、NOx、NH3、VOCs、PM),进入室内,减少了对人心脑血管及呼吸系统的影响。

如图1-5所示,本发明提供一种全遮光防雾霾降噪隔热保温窗帘布,包括相互对称的第一遮光布101与第二遮光布102,通过设有第一遮光布101与第二遮光布102,能达到100%遮光,能够有效的防护紫外线,遮挡阳光,起到保温隔热的作用;所述第一遮光布101与第二遮光布102之间设有可脱卸内衬2,方便内衬2的清洗;所述内衬2包括隔音毛毡布201,通过采用多孔吸声材料,有效利用织物的结构,能够有效地调节室内声音环境,起到良好的降音降噪的作用;所述第一遮光布101上方安装有多个圆环103,能够方便窗帘布作为窗帘时的拆卸。
进一步地,如图6所示,所述内衬2还包括熔喷布202能够有效地减少PM2.5进入室内,阻碍各种污染物(气体和颗粒物如CO、SO2、NOx、NH3、VOCs、PM),进入室内,减少了对人心脑血管及呼吸系统的影响。
进一步地,如图3所示,所述隔音毛毡布201为多孔吸声材料,所述多空吸声材料为吸音棉,通过采用多孔吸声材料,有效利用织物的结构,能够有效地调节室内声音环境,使得隔音毛毡布降音降噪的作用能够得到更好的发挥。
进一步地,如图1-4所示,所述内衬2通过魔术贴203分别与第一遮光布101相连,能够使得内衬拆卸时更加方便,方便使用者的清洗。
进一步地,如图1、2所示,所述圆环103数量为八个,进一步地所述圆环103的数量还可以是6个、10个,方便使用者对窗帘进行拆卸,使得窗帘安装的更加牢固,又不会让使用者对窗帘进行拆卸时感到麻烦。
进一步地,如图6所示,所述隔音毛毡布201的厚度为0.8mm-1mm,所述熔喷布202的厚度为0.5mm-0.8mm,使得隔音毛毡布201与熔喷布202的防护效果更好,又不会打扰使用者的使用。
一种上述的窗帘布的制作方法,至少包括以下步骤:
S1、将第一遮光布101与第二遮光布102,根据尺寸需求裁剪;
S2、将隔音毛毡布201和熔喷布202进行超声波复合,通过高频振动波传递使隔音毛毡布201和熔喷布202的材料表面进行焊接,在加压的情况下,使材料表面相互摩擦而形成分子层之间的熔合,然后根据尺寸需求裁剪;
S3、将隔音毛毡布201的一面车缝上魔术贴,将第一遮光布101与隔音毛毡布201相对的一面车缝上魔术贴203,将隔音毛毡布201与第一遮光布通101过魔术贴203连接起来;
S4、将裁剪好的第一遮光布101与第二遮光布102车缝起来,在第一遮光布101上方根据窗帘布尺寸不同安装不同数量的圆环103;
S5、将做好的产品用PV袋包装好,贴上条码保存起来。
通过这种超声波复合制作方法,可以使得窗帘布的制作变得更加快速、节能,使得制作出来的窗帘布熔合强度高,并且在制作过程中无火花、接近冷态加工,使得整个窗帘布的制作流程更加安全。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本发明的思想,其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。

Claims (7)

1.一种全遮光防雾霾降噪隔热保温窗帘布,其特征在于:包括相互对称的第一遮光布与第二遮光布,所述第一遮光布与第二遮光布之间设有可脱卸内衬,所述内衬包括隔音毛毡布,所述第一遮光布上方安装有多个圆环。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种全遮光防雾霾降噪隔热保温窗帘布,其特征在于:所述内衬还包括熔喷布。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种全遮光防雾霾降噪隔热保温窗帘布,其特征在于:所述隔音毛毡布为多孔吸声材料,所述多空吸声材料为吸音棉。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种全遮光防雾霾降噪隔热保温窗帘布,其特征在于:所述内衬通过魔术贴分别与第一遮光布相连。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种全遮光防雾霾降噪隔热保温窗帘布,其特征在于:所述圆环数量为6个、8个或10个。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种全遮光防雾霾降噪隔热保温窗帘布,其特征在于:所述隔音毛毡布的厚度为0.8mm-1mm,所述熔喷布的厚度为0.5mm-0.8mm。
7.一种如上述所述的全遮光防雾霾降噪隔热保温窗帘布的制作方法,至少包括以下步骤:
S1、将第一遮光布与第二遮光布,根据尺寸需求裁剪;
S2、将隔音毛毡布和熔喷布进行超声波复合,通过高频振动波传递使隔音毛毡布和熔喷布的材料表面进行焊接,在加压的情况下,使材料表面相互摩擦而形成分子层之间的熔合,然后根据尺寸需求裁剪;
S3、将隔音毛毡布的一面车缝上魔术贴,将第一遮光布与隔音毛毡布相对的一面车缝上魔术贴,将隔音毛毡布与第一遮光布通过魔术贴连接起来;
S4、将裁剪好的第一遮光布与第二遮光布车缝起来,在第一遮光布上方根据窗帘布尺寸不同安装不同数量的圆环;
S5、将做好的产品用PV袋包装好,贴上条码保存起来。
