本发明涉及食品包装附件技术领域,具体涉及一种生态环保型竹吸管,包括:管本体,所述管本体由嵌套设置的内管体和外管体组合而成,所述内管体由竹篾正螺旋缠绕而成,所述外管体由竹篾逆螺旋缠绕而成;所述内管体及所述外管体的螺距小于所述竹篾宽度。本发明通过两组竹篾交叉缠绕而成,因此相比现有的单层竹篾缠绕管具有结构稳定性高,密封强度高的优点,同时更能满足健康环保要求。

本发明涉及食品包装附件技术领域,具体涉及一种生态环保型竹吸管及其制作方法。
背景技术
当前食品市场中使用的大多数吸管是塑料吸管,其本身存在着耐高温性差、降解性差、不环保、使用寿命短等缺点,且在其制造过程中需要使用到相关的化学物质,对人体、生态环保和生态循环都有非常大程度的危害。除此以外,世界上大多数国家已经或计划推行“禁塑令”,塑料吸管即将遭遇市场的淘汰。
发明内容
本发明提供一种生态环保型竹吸管及其制作方法,通过两组竹篾交叉缠绕而成,因此相比现有的单层竹篾缠绕管具有结构稳定性高,密封强度高的优点,同时更能满足健康环保要求。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种生态环保型竹吸管,包括:管本体,所述管本体由嵌套设置的内管体和外管体组合而成,所述内管体由竹篾正螺旋缠绕而成,所述外管体由竹篾逆螺旋缠绕而成;所述内管体及所述外管体的螺距小于所述竹篾宽度。
优选的,所述内管体的外侧壁与所述外管体的内侧壁胶液粘合连接;所述内管体与所述外管体的竹篾为一体设置,并且所述竹篾对应所述管本体任意的一端为翻折结构。
一种生态环保型竹吸管的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将竹篾以螺旋方式进行卷曲,形成所述内管体,并在卷曲过程中对所述竹篾外部涂抹环保胶,使所述内管体粘合定型;
步骤二、在所述内管体外部以螺旋方式缠绕所述竹篾,并通过与所述环保胶的粘合形成所述外管体;
步骤三、对所述内管体及所述外管体进行定型烘干,并形成所述管本体;
步骤四,对所述管本体分段切割,形成所述的生态环保型竹吸管。
优选的,所述步骤一和所述步骤二同时进行,并且所述竹篾通过斜刀切削加工,并在切削过程中向所述竹篾的切削面喷射高温蒸气,使所述竹篾自然螺旋卷曲形成内管体。
优选的,所述步骤二,所述环保胶通过胶辊涂抹在所述竹篾对应所述内管体外侧的中间区域。
优选的,一种生态环保型竹吸管的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、对竹篾中部进行扭曲翻折形成“V”字形结构;
步骤二,将所述竹篾从中间向两边卷曲,并在两侧竹篾相互的接触的夹层间预涂抹环保胶;
步骤三、通过对所述竹篾定型烘干,形成所述管本体;
步骤四,对所述管本体对应所述竹篾自由端形成缠绕区进行切割,形成所述的生态环保型竹吸管。
优选的,所述竹篾通过竹粉经物理压制而成,具有延展性和耐沸水性能。
本发明有益效果为:两个不同旋向的竹篾对管本体提供较强的抗拉特性及抗扭曲特性,因此相比现有的单层竹篾缠绕管具有更强结构稳定性,同时基于结构稳定,其密封性能更优异,可靠性更高,同时更能满足健康环保要求。当缠绕螺距小于竹篾宽度时,竹篾两侧边缘存在搭接区,在配合内管体及外管体的双重密封作用下,使得管本体的密封性能大大提高,另外在涂胶粘合方式中,涂胶部分位于内管体与外管体的接触区,该区域不与饮品接触,从而提高了使用安全性,避免饮品与胶液部分接触产生反应。在制作过程中,竹篾通过斜刀切削加工,并在切削过程中向所述竹篾的切削面喷射高温蒸气,高温蒸汽使竹篾的切削面立即浸湿膨胀,从而使所述竹篾自然螺旋卷曲形成内管体。所述环保胶通过胶辊涂抹在所述竹篾对应所述内管体外侧的中间区域。当环保胶涂抹在竹篾中部时,使缠绕后的内管体内壁不会产生多余的溢胶,因此在竹吸管使用期间,饮品不会接触到环保胶,避免化学反应或是影响口感。所述内管体与所述外管体的竹篾为一体设置,并且所述竹篾对应所述管本体任意的一端为翻折结构。因此使制得的竹吸管具有一个平整的端面,在使用中通过将该端面对应的使用者的嘴部,不但避免环保胶与使用者嘴部接触,更能避免切割后的毛刺划伤使用者口部。

根据图1所示,一种生态环保型竹吸管,包括:管本体,所述管本体由嵌套设置的内管体和外管体组合而成,所述内管体由竹篾正螺旋缠绕而成,所述外管体由竹篾逆螺旋缠绕而成;所述内管体及所述外管体的螺距小于所述竹篾宽度。
该设置中,竹篾为具有宽度一致且扁平的带状结构,其纤维纹理与竹篾的长度方向一致,因此具有较高的柔韧性。而通过竹篾交叉缠绕而成的内管体2和外管体3在嵌套结合成管本体1后,两个不同旋向的竹篾对管本体1提供较强的抗拉特性及抗扭曲特性,因此相比现有的单层竹篾缠绕管具有更强结构稳定性,同时基于结构稳定,其密封性能更优异,可靠性更高,同时更能满足健康环保要求。

步骤四,对所述管本体分段切割,形成所述的生态环保型竹吸管。
作为优选方式,所述步骤一和所述步骤二同时进行,并且所述竹篾通过斜刀切削加工,并在切削过程中向所述竹篾的切削面喷射高温蒸气,高温蒸汽使竹篾的切削面立即浸湿膨胀,从而使所述竹篾自然螺旋卷曲形成内管体。
所述步骤二,所述环保胶通过胶辊涂抹在所述竹篾对应所述内管体外侧的中间区域。当环保胶涂抹在竹篾中部时,使缠绕后的内管体内壁不会产生多余的溢胶,因此在竹吸管使用期间,饮品不会接触到环保胶,避免化学反应或是影响口感。

该结构通过缠绕工艺实现,即先对竹篾进行扭曲折叠,在将折叠后的两个竹篾抽头分别按照内管体及外管体的螺旋方向进行缠绕,从而形成内管体2和外管体3,由于竹篾为一体设置,因此位于翻折结构4区域的内管体2及外管体3相互连接,进而实现内管体2及外管体3的轴向约束,保证了管本体1的稳定性。
对于以上方案的制作方法,包括如下步骤:

该制备方法使制得的竹吸管具有一个平整的端面,在使用中通过将该端面对应的使用者的嘴部,不但避免环保胶与使用者嘴部接触,更能避免切割后的毛刺划伤使用者口部。
本申请中的所述竹篾通过竹粉经物理压制而成,具有延展性和耐沸水性能,因此竹篾在制作过程中不易折断,同时在使用时还能承受高温考验。

2.根据权利要求1所述的生态环保型竹吸管,其特征在于:所述内管体的外侧壁与所述外管体的内侧壁胶液粘合连接;所述内管体与所述外管体的竹篾为一体设置,并且所述竹篾对应所述管本体任意的一端为翻折结构。
3.一种生态环保型竹吸管的制作方法,用于制备权利要求1所述的生态环保型竹吸管,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将竹篾以螺旋方式进行卷曲,形成所述内管体,并在卷曲过程中对所述竹篾外部涂抹环保胶,使所述内管体粘合定型;
步骤二、在所述内管体外部以螺旋方式缠绕所述竹篾,并通过与所述环保胶的粘合形成所述外管体;
步骤三、对所述内管体及所述外管体进行定型烘干,并形成所述管本体;
