As shown in fig. 9, the polishing solution impurity filtering, telescoping and cleaning mechanism 43 comprises a waterproof electric push rod 44 and a screen plate 45, wherein the waterproof electric push rod 44 is arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage tank 6, the screen plate 45 is slidably arranged on the inner wall of the liquid storage tank 6, one side, away from the bottom of the liquid storage tank 6, of the waterproof electric push rod 44 is connected with the bottom wall of the screen plate 45, in an initial state, the waterproof electric push rod 44 is in a shortened state, the waterproof electric push rod 44 stretches to drive the screen plate 45 to slide along the inner wall of the liquid storage tank 6, and the screen plate 45 brings impurities in the polishing solution into the opening of the liquid storage tank 6, so that impurities in the liquid storage tank 6 are cleaned.
As shown in fig. 2-3 and 5, the pneumatic clamping and positioning mechanism 46 for the multi-specification bearing comprises an air cylinder 47, a guide rod 48, a sliding plate 49, positioning plates 50, positioning ports 51 and semicircular clamping blocks 52, wherein the air cylinder 47 is symmetrically arranged on the inner walls of two sides of the bearing frame 3, the guide rod 48 is arranged on the inner wall of one side of the bearing frame 3, which is close to the fixing plate 53, the positioning plates 50 are arranged in the middle of the guide rod 48, the positioning plates 50 are horizontally arranged, the positioning ports 51 are arranged at one end, far away from the guide rod 48, of the positioning plates 50, the semicircular clamping blocks 52 are arranged at the power end of the air cylinder 47, the semicircular clamping blocks 52 are arranged above the positioning plates 50, the sliding plate 49 is arranged between the semicircular clamping blocks 52 and the guide rod 48, the sliding plate 49 is slidably arranged on the guide rod 48, the bearing is arranged on the upper wall of one end, close to the positioning ports 51, the air cylinder 47 extends to drive the semicircular clamping blocks 52 to clamp and position the bearing, and the semicircular clamping blocks 52 clamp the bearing along the guide rod 48 through the sliding plate 49.

As shown in fig. 13 to 17, the central controller 4 is electrically connected to the electric telescopic rod 8, the polishing air pump 11, the three-phase coil 22, the gettering electromagnet 28, the air compressor 37, the waterproof electric push rod 44, and the air cylinder 47, respectively.
Wherein the polishing sand paper 17 is M40 type sand paper.
The application method of the bearing inner ring polishing device based on gas medium filling comprises the following steps:
step one: and (3) clamping and positioning the bearing: placing the bearing to be polished on the upper wall of one end of the positioning plate 50, which is close to the positioning opening 51, controlling the starting of the air cylinder 47 by the central controller 4, and stretching the air cylinder 47 to drive the semicircular clamping blocks 52 to clamp and position the bearing, wherein the semicircular clamping blocks 52 slide along the guide rods 48 through the sliding plates 49 to clamp and position the bearing;
step two: and (3) hot starting the polishing mechanism: the central controller 4 controls the air compressor 37 to start, the air compressor 37 starts to convey the generated compressed gas into the vortex tube 38 through the power pipeline 40, the compressed gas enters the vortex tube 38 to generate cold gas and hot gas, the cooling pipeline 39 conveys the cold gas into the liquid storage tank 6 to cool polishing liquid, the hot gas enters the hot gas conveying pipeline 42, the central controller 4 controls the polishing air pump 11 to start, the polishing air pump 11 sucks a part of hot gas into the polishing air bag 16 through the exhaust pipe 14, the hot gas is convenient for enhancing the ductility of the polishing air bag 16, the polishing air bag 16 is prevented from being cold started in cold weather, the polishing air bag 16 is damaged, the central controller 4 controls the electric telescopic rod 8 to start, the electric telescopic rod 8 stretches and drives the rotary box 10 to descend through the connecting plate 9, the rotary box 10 drives the polishing air bag 16 to be close to the bearing inner ring through the rotary pipeline 18, the polishing air pump 11 conveys hot air into the telescopic hose 12 through the air outlet pipe 13 through the air exhaust pipe 14, the telescopic hose 12 conveys the hot air into the rotary box 10, the hot air in the rotary box 10 enters into the rotary pipeline 18 through the air inlet 19, the hot air in the rotary pipeline 18 enters into the polishing air bag 16 through the air outlet 20 to be filled, the polishing air bag 16 bulges to drive the polishing sand paper 17 to be attached to the inner ring of the bearing, the other part of hot air is discharged through the hot air discharge pipeline 41, the central controller 4 controls the three-phase coil 22 to be electrified, the rotary pipeline 18 rotates under the action of the magnetic fields of the three-phase coil 22 and the power magnet 23, the rotary pipeline 18 drives the polishing sand paper 17 to rotate through the polishing air bag 16 to polish the inner ring of the bearing, and the rotary pipeline 18 drives the fan blades 21 to rotate to blow dust generated by polishing into the liquid storage box 6;

step four: clear up the inside remaining impurity of liquid reserve tank 6: the central controller 4 controls the waterproof electric push rod 44 to start, the waterproof electric push rod 44 stretches to drive the screen plate 45 to slide and ascend along the inner wall of the liquid storage tank 6, the screen plate 45 ascends to the opening of the liquid storage tank 6, impurities falling on the screen plate 45 are cleaned, and after cleaning, the central controller 4 controls the waterproof electric push rod 44 to shorten and drive the screen plate 45 to slide to an initial position along the inner wall of the liquid storage tank 6.
