Abstract
The invention discloses a flanging device, comprising: the sleeve, the guide support handle and the abutting piece; the sleeve is sleeved on a stop gasket and exposes out of the stop gasket; the guide support handle is connected to the sleeve; the propping piece is connected with the guide support handle through a transmission piece and can reciprocate along the direction of the transmission piece; when the driving transmission part drives the abutting part to move towards the sleeve, the abutting part turns over the exposed part of the stop gasket to a set angle so as to fix the bolt arranged on the stop gasket. The invention has simple structure and reliable action, well solves the quality problems of product damage and the like caused by large direction randomness in the manual knocking process, and simultaneously solves the potential safety hazard of the original hand-held gasket.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of machining and assembling, and particularly relates to a flanging device for a stop gasket.
Background
When a product is machined or assembled, a bolt is usually required to be matched with a gasket for connection and fixation, and even if the bolt is already tightened, the bolt can be loosened due to vibration in subsequent operation. Once the threaded connection is loosened, the normal operation of the machine can be influenced by a light person, and a serious accident can be caused by a heavy person. Therefore, in order to prevent the connection from loosening and ensure the connection to be safe and reliable, effective anti-loosening measures must be taken during design.
In practice, it is usually necessary to coat silicon rubber on the screw thread of the bolt, apply torque to the bolt, and turn up the flat washer at the head of the bolt to achieve the purpose of anti-loose fixation.
Most of the existing methods for flanging the flat gasket at the head of the bolt adopt a rubber hammer to manually knock the root of the gasket to fix the flanging, but the operation is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the product is easily damaged to cause quality and potential safety hazards.
Accordingly, there is a need to develop a flanging device for stop washers that overcomes the above-mentioned drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a flanging device, so that the technical problem of damage to products during flanging is at least solved.
The invention relates to a flanging device, which comprises:
the sleeve is sleeved on the stop gasket and exposes out of the stop gasket;
the guide support handle is connected to the sleeve;
the abutting piece is connected with the guide support handle through a transmission piece and can reciprocate along the direction of the transmission piece;
when the transmission part is driven to drive the abutting part to move towards the sleeve, the abutting part turns over the exposed part of the stop gasket to a set angle so as to fix the bolt arranged on the stop gasket.
The flanging device further comprises a connecting piece, one end of the connecting piece is connected to the guide support handle, and the other end of the connecting piece is detachably connected to the sleeve.
The flanging device further comprises a driving mechanism, the guide supporting handle is sleeved on the transmission member, one end of the transmission member is connected to the abutting member, the other end of the transmission member is connected to the driving mechanism, and the transmission member is driven by the driving mechanism.
In the flanging device, the transmission member is a tightening shaft, one end of the tightening shaft is connected to the abutting member, and the other end of the tightening shaft is connected to the driving mechanism, and the tightening shaft is driven by the driving mechanism to rotate so as to drive the abutting member to move.
In the flanging device, the guide supporting handle comprises a top end portion, a middle portion and a bottom end portion which are sequentially connected, the end portion is sleeved on the transmission member, one end of the connecting member is connected to the middle portion, and the bottom end portion is used for holding the flanging device.
In the flanging device, the abutting piece is of a semi-cylinder structure, one end of the jacking shaft is connected to one side end face of the abutting piece, and the other side end face of the abutting piece is used for turning over the part of the stop gasket.
In the flanging device, the end face of the other side of the abutting piece is provided with the inverted step part for limiting the turning direction of the stop gasket.
In the flanging device, one end of the sleeve is provided with the opening part, and the part of the stop gasket is exposed through the opening part.
In the flanging device, the bottom of the sleeve is provided with the boss, the other end of the connecting piece is provided with the clamping groove, and the boss is connected with the slotted block.
In the flanging device, the other end of the connecting piece is provided with the connecting hole or the second connecting piece, the outer wall of the sleeve is provided with the second connecting piece or the connecting hole, and the connecting piece is in threaded connection with the connecting hole.
Compared with the prior art, the automatic flanging device has the advantages that safe and efficient automatic flanging can be realized, and fastening requirements of bolts of different specifications can be met by replacing sleeves of corresponding specifications, so that the applicability of the flanging device is improved.

The stop gasket is a flat gasket matched with the bolt during fastening and assembling through the bolt, and the flanging device is used for turning over part of the flat gasket to a set angle so as to fix the bolt and prevent the bolt from being released.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a flanging device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the burring apparatus for a stopper washer of the present invention includes: the device comprises a sleeve 1, a guide support handle 2 and a butting piece 3; the sleeve 1 is used for sleeving the stop gasket and exposing the part of the stop gasket; the guide support handle 2 is connected to the sleeve 1; the abutting piece 3 is connected with the guide support handle 2 through a transmission piece 4, and the abutting piece 3 can move in a reciprocating manner along the direction of the transmission piece 4; when the transmission member 4 is driven to drive the abutting member 3 to move towards the sleeve 1, the abutting member 3 turns over the exposed part of the stop washer to a set angle so as to fix the bolt installed on the stop washer.
The locking gasket is flanged to fasten the bolt, so that safe and efficient flanging can be realized, and fastening requirements of bolts of different specifications can be met by replacing sleeves of corresponding specifications.
In this embodiment, the set angle is 90 ℃, but the invention is not limited thereto.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 6, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of the connecting member in fig. 1; fig. 6 is a schematic view of the sleeve of fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the flanging device further comprises a connecting piece 5, one end of which is connected to the guide support handle 2, and the other end of the connecting piece 5 is detachably connected to the sleeve 1.
In this embodiment, an opening 11 is formed at one end of the sleeve 1, and the portion of the stopper gasket is exposed through the opening 11; the bottom of sleeve 1 is provided with boss 12, draw-in groove 51 has been seted up to the other end of connecting piece 5, boss 12 with fluting 51 block is connected to realize telescopic quick replacement.
In this embodiment, a snap 52 may be further disposed in the slot 51 to connect with the snap groove on one side of the boss 12, so that the connection between the sleeve 1 and the connecting member 5 is more secure.
Furthermore, the flanging device is also provided with a driving mechanism 6, the guide supporting handle 2 is sleeved on the transmission member 4, one end of the transmission member 4 is connected to the abutting part 3, the other end of the transmission member 4 is connected to the driving mechanism 6, the transmission member 4 is driven by the driving mechanism 6 to drive the abutting part 3 to move towards the sleeve 1, and the driving mechanism 6 controls the automatic flanging of the stop gasket to a set angle, so that the safe and efficient flanging automation is realized.
In the present embodiment, the driving mechanism 6 is preferably a micro motor, but the invention is not limited thereto.
Still further, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view illustrating a connection between the guide support handle and the transmission member in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the transmission member 4 is a tightening shaft, one end of the tightening shaft is connected to the abutting member 3, the other end of the tightening shaft is connected to the driving mechanism 6, and the tightening shaft is driven to rotate by the driving mechanism 6 to drive the abutting member 3 to move.
The guiding support handle 2 comprises a top end portion 21, a middle portion 22 and a bottom end portion 23 which are sequentially connected, the top end portion 21 is sleeved on the transmission member 4, one end of the connecting member 5 is connected to the middle portion 22, and the bottom end portion 23 is used for holding the flanging device.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of one side of the abutting member in fig. 1; fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of the other side of the abutting member in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 4 and fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the abutting member 3 is a semi-cylinder structure, one end of the tightening shaft is connected to one side end surface of the abutting member 3, and the other side end of the abutting member 3 is folded toward the portion of the stop washer.
Specifically, a first connection hole 31 is formed in an end face of one side of the abutting piece 3, a first connection column Z1 is arranged at one end, facing the threaded hole 31, of the abutting shaft, and the first connection column Z1 is in threaded connection with the first connection hole 31, so that the abutting piece is mounted on the abutting shaft, wherein the diameter of the first connection column Z1 is smaller than that of the abutting shaft.
In this embodiment, the other end face of the abutting member 3 is provided with a reverse step portion T, and the turning direction of the stopper gasket is limited by the reverse step portion T.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a flanging device according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The structure of the flanging device shown in fig. 1 and fig. 7 is substantially the same, so that the same parts are not repeated herein, and different parts will be described below. As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, the other end of the connecting member 5 is provided with a second connecting hole identical to the first connecting hole 31, the outer wall of the sleeve 1 is provided with a second connecting column identical to the first connecting column Z1, and the second connecting column is in threaded connection with the second connecting hole, so as to achieve quick assembly and disassembly of the sleeve 1.
It should be noted that, in another embodiment of the present invention, a second connection column identical to the first connection column Z1 is disposed at the other end of the connection piece 5, a second connection hole identical to the first connection hole 31 is disposed on the outer wall of the sleeve 1, and the second connection column is in threaded connection with the second connection hole, so as to achieve quick assembly and disassembly of the sleeve 1, and thus the sleeve 1 with the corresponding specification can be changed according to actual needs.
The working process of the flanging device of the invention is described in detail as follows:
1. according to the specification of the bolt head, the corresponding sleeve 1 is replaced and reliably connected with the connecting piece 5;
2. placing the opening part 11 of the sleeve 1 in place towards the bolt head to ensure that the sleeve 1 is matched with the bolt head in specification;
3. starting the micro motor, enabling the abutting piece 3 to displace, and gently bending the stop gasket below the bolt to gradually reach 90 degrees;
4. and starting the micro motor, driving the abutting piece 3 to reset through the abutting shaft, and finishing the working process.
In conclusion, the invention has simple structure and reliable action, well solves the quality problems of product bruise and the like caused by large direction randomness in the manual knocking process, and simultaneously solves the potential safety hazard of the original hand holding the gasket.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A flanging device, characterized by comprising:
the sleeve is sleeved on a stop gasket and exposes the part of the stop gasket;
the guide support handle is connected to the sleeve;
the abutting piece is connected with the guide support handle through a transmission piece and can reciprocate along the direction of the transmission piece;
when the transmission part is driven to drive the abutting part to move towards the sleeve, the abutting part turns over the exposed part of the stop gasket to a set angle so as to fix the bolt arranged on the stop gasket.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a connector having one end connected to the guide support handle and another end detachably connected to the sleeve.

The flanging device according to claim 1, further comprising a driving mechanism, wherein the guiding support handle is sleeved on the transmission member, one end of the transmission member is connected to the abutting member, and the other end of the transmission member is connected to the driving mechanism, so that the transmission member is driven by the driving mechanism.

The flanging device according to claim 3, wherein the transmission member is a tightening shaft, one end of the tightening shaft is connected to the abutting member, the other end of the tightening shaft is connected to the driving mechanism, and the tightening shaft is driven by the driving mechanism to rotate so as to drive the abutting member to move.
