The rotary drum 422 and the connecting rod are movably clamped, the hairbrush 423 and the rotary drum 422 are movably clamped, the rotary drum 422 and the hairbrush 423 are independently arranged, and when one group of rotary drum 422 or one group of hairbrush 423 is damaged, the damaged rotary drum 422 or hairbrush 423 is detached and replaced, so that the rotary drum 422 and the hairbrush 423 can be continuously used. The glue discharging head 443 is used for spraying glue in the glue discharging pipe 442 to the roller 422 and the brush 423.
When the soft magnetic sheet is coated with glue on both sides, the glue tank 410 first transfers the glue into the glue outlet pipe 442 through the first outlet pipe 450, and the glue outlet pipe 442 sprays the glue onto the roller 422 and the brush 423 through the glue outlet head 443. Facilitating the glue to be uniformly sprayed onto the drum 422 and the fur brush 423.
The cleaning assembly 600 includes a connecting plate 630, a cleaning plate 640, two sets of guide rails 610 and two sets of sliders 620. The cleaning plate 640 is used to clean the spin-on assembly 500.
After the double-sided gluing of the soft magnetic sheet is completed, the sliding block 620 drives the cleaning plate 640 to move by driving the connecting plate 630, and cleans the glue on the glue homogenizing assembly 500. The cleaning effect of the cleaning assembly 600 is improved.
The glue homogenizing assembly 500 includes two sets of glue homogenizing mechanisms and the cooling assembly 800 includes two sets of cooling mechanisms. The two glue homogenizing mechanisms and the two cooling mechanisms are symmetrically arranged by taking the central line of the mounting plate 120 as a center. The flattening roller 210, the air outlet pipe 320, the static electricity eliminating mechanism 330, the glue coating mechanism 420, the glue homogenizing mechanism and the cooling assembly are provided with two groups, so that the working flows of flattening, dust removal, static electricity removal, heating, glue coating, glue homogenizing, cooling and the like can be performed on the two sides of the soft magnetic sheet at the same time, and the production efficiency of the assembling equipment is improved.
