A film coating method of an LED display screen film coater comprises the following steps:
firstly, when coating a film on an LED display screen, the LED display screen is placed on a conveyor belt 6, a servo motor 5 drives a conveying shaft to convey, the conveyor belt 6 can convey the LED display screen to a conveying type film coating platform 2, when the LED display screen enters a film coating channel, the LED display screen is contacted with limiting plates 8 at two sides and extrudes two limiting plates 8 to two sides, a first sealing pressure plate 9 rotates and enables a sealing strip 10 to be abutted against the top of a display screen 11, then a lifting device 20 is started, the film coating system 24 is moved downwards by the lifting device 20, when a partition plate 27 is contacted with the surface of the LED display screen, a second sealing pressure plate 31 at the bottom is contacted with the inclined surface of a machine body, in the downward movement process, the second sealing pressure plate 31 generates friction force in the contact process with the surface of the LED display screen along the inclined surface, at the moment, the second sealing pressure plate 31 rotates on a rotating rod 29 and extrudes a fine adjustment, when the LED display screen is contacted, the second sealing pressing plate 31 is completely contacted with the edge of the LED display screen and forms a square closed space with the first sealing pressing plate 9, so that film glue can flow into the inner part along the gap between the screen and the shell on the surface in the film coating process, and the completeness and stability of the film coating glue are improved;
