In the embodiments of the present application, reference to the "passenger compartment" generally refers to the interior of the space defined by the vehicle body.

With the progress of society and the development of technology, vehicles have gradually become indispensable vehicles in people's daily life. Although the vehicle brings very big facility for people's daily life, some problems also exist simultaneously, for example, the passenger cabin of vehicle is narrow and small and airtight relatively, after the use of a certain period of time, a large amount of bacteriums breed very easily in the passenger cabin of vehicle, cause the inside peculiar smell of vehicle, and then influence driver and passenger's healthy and driving experience, the outside virus of vehicle gets into the vehicle along with the air after, in narrow and airtight passenger cabin relatively, has increased the risk that the vehicle driver and passenger infects the virus greatly.
At present, in order to disinfect the inner space of vehicle, vehicle driver and crew member utilizes disinfection instrument to disinfect the disinfection to the inboard space in passenger cabin usually, for example, vehicle driver and crew member uses the disinfection watering can to disinfect, promptly before using the car, the handheld disinfection watering can that fills the antiseptic solution sprays to vehicle inside, after the disinfection is accomplished, fully take a breath then use the vehicle inside the vehicle, it is visible, this mode need driver and crew member to carry the disinfection instrument and carry out handheld operation, waste time and energy. Therefore, it is necessary to provide an automatic sterilization system for vehicles.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an implementation environment of a sterilization system according to an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the implementation environment including: terminal device 101 and vehicle 102.
In some embodiments, terminal device 101 comprises at least one of a smartphone, a smart watch, a laptop computer, a vehicle mounted terminal, a laptop portable computer, and the like.
In some embodiments, the terminal device may obtain the body data of the occupant, obtain a task signal based on the body data of the occupant, and send the task signal to the vehicle 102.
In some embodiments, the occupant's physical data includes the occupant's heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, electrocardiogram, and the like. The terminal device has a plurality of sensors for acquiring various body data of the driver, for example, the body temperature of the driver is measured by a temperature sensor.
After acquiring the body data of the driver and the passenger, the terminal device 101 processes and analyzes the body data by using the processing component therein, so as to obtain a recommended setting mode, wherein the recommended setting mode includes a disinfection mode, a preset temperature, a fragrance increasing selection, a preset perfume concentration and the like. After obtaining the recommended setting mode, the driver and the passenger can select the recommended setting mode or select other setting modes according to needs. Then, the processing component may form a task signal by processing after acquiring the setting mode selected by the occupant.
It can be understood that the recommended setting mode may be a default setting mode of the system, or may be a setting mode corresponding to the body data that is determined to be closest to the body data that is obtained this time, by comparing the body data that is obtained this time with the body data that is obtained when the setting mode is selected by the driver in the past.
In some embodiments, terminal device 101 may connect with vehicle 102 over a wired or wireless network.
In some embodiments, the system further includes a signal receiving module located on the vehicle 102, and the signal receiving module is configured to receive the task signal sent by the terminal device and send the task signal to a control module located on the vehicle 102.
The signal receiving module may convert the received task signal into a form of a CAN (Controller Area Network) Network, and transmit the task signal between each module of the vehicle in the form of the CAN Network.
The embodiment of the application provides a sterilization system, which is applied to a vehicle, and a schematic structural diagram of the vehicle with the sterilization system is shown in fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 2, the system comprises a control module and a disinfection module located in the passenger compartment 1.
The control module is used for receiving the task signal, obtaining a disinfection instruction based on the task signal and sending the disinfection instruction to the disinfection module, wherein the task signal is from the terminal equipment.
And the disinfection module is used for receiving the disinfection instruction and disinfecting the passenger compartment based on the disinfection instruction.
Therefore, the sterilization system that this application embodiment provided receives the task signal through control module to obtain disinfection instruction after handling the task signal, in order to send for disinfection module, make disinfection module after receiving disinfection instruction, can disinfect to passenger cabin 1 of vehicle according to the disinfection instruction, need not that vehicle driver and crew member carries the disinfection instrument and carries out handheld operation, degree of automation is higher, has improved vehicle driver and crew member's use experience.
The structure, function, and the like of the sterilization system provided in the embodiments of the present application are further described below:
the disinfection module is a core component of the sterilization system provided by the embodiment of the application.
In some embodiments, the disinfection module may include an alcohol disinfection sub-module, an ozone disinfection sub-module, and an ultraviolet disinfection sub-module.
Because the alcohol can effectively kill bacterial propagules, tubercle bacillus and most fungi and viruses, is non-toxic and non-irritant, and has no corrosivity to metals, the alcohol has better effect of sterilization; ozone has a strong sterilization effect, can be decomposed into oxygen after sterilization is finished, secondary pollution can not be generated, and the ozone can be quickly oxidized and decomposed to generate chemical substances with odor and other peculiar smells, so that the strong removal effect on the musty odor and the fishy odor is achieved, and the sterilization by using the ozone has a good effect; the ultraviolet rays can effectively inactivate bacteria, viruses and microorganisms which cause cholera, poliomyelitis, typhoid, hepatitis and other diseases, and are colorless, tasteless and free of chemical substances, so that the sterilization by the ultraviolet rays has a good effect. Therefore, by providing the above-described three kinds of sterilization modules, sterilization of the passenger compartment 1 of the vehicle can be well achieved.
Based on above-mentioned alcohol disinfection submodule piece, ozone disinfection submodule piece and ultraviolet ray disinfection submodule piece for disinfection module's working method can be:
(1) the passenger compartment is disinfected in a single module mode through an alcohol disinfection submodule or an ozone disinfection submodule or an ultraviolet disinfection submodule;
(2) the passenger compartment is disinfected by the alcohol disinfection submodule and the ozone disinfection submodule, or the alcohol disinfection submodule and the ultraviolet disinfection submodule, or the ozone disinfection submodule and the ultraviolet disinfection submodule, and the passenger compartment is disinfected by the two modules;
(3) the passenger compartment is disinfected by the alcohol disinfection submodule, the ozone disinfection submodule and the ultraviolet disinfection submodule in the form of three modules.
It will be appreciated that the operational mode of the disinfection module is set up to be contained within the mission signal, as selected by the vehicle occupant.
In some embodiments, the alcohol sanitizer submodule has at least one first alcohol sanitizer, at least one second alcohol sanitizer, and at least one third alcohol sanitizer, and each of the at least one first alcohol sanitizer, the at least one second alcohol sanitizer, and the at least one third alcohol sanitizer is filled with alcohol.
Wherein, at least one first alcohol disinfection piece is positioned at the side 2 where the first door is positioned, at least one second alcohol disinfection piece is positioned at the side 3 where the second door is positioned, and at least one third alcohol disinfection piece is positioned at the upper part of the passenger compartment 1, wherein the side 2 where the first door is positioned is opposite to the side 3 where the second door is positioned; the alcohol ejection port of each of the at least one first alcohol disinfectant, the at least one second alcohol disinfectant, and the at least one third alcohol disinfectant is directed toward the inside of the passenger compartment 1.
By positioning at least one first alcohol disinfection piece at the side 2 where the first vehicle door is positioned, the disinfection range of the first alcohol disinfection piece can fully cover the space at the side 2 where the first vehicle door is positioned; by positioning at least one second alcohol disinfectant at the side 3 of the second door, the disinfection range of the second alcohol disinfectant can fully cover the space at the side 3 of the second door; by locating at least one third alcohol disinfectant in the upper part of the passenger compartment 1, the disinfection range of the third alcohol disinfectant can sufficiently cover the space above the passenger compartment 1. Thus, with the at least one first, at least one second and at least one third alcohol disinfection spraying alcohol towards the interior of the passenger compartment 1, a covering disinfection of the entire passenger compartment 1 can be achieved.
In some embodiments, the first alcohol disinfectant member may be one or more. For example, the number of the first alcohol disinfectors may be two, and the two first alcohol disinfectors are respectively arranged on the front door and the rear door on the side 2 where the first door is arranged.
In some embodiments, the second alcohol disinfectant member may be one or more. For example, the number of the second alcohol disinfectant members may be two, and the two second alcohol disinfectant members are respectively provided on the front door and the rear door on the side 3 where the second door is provided.
In some embodiments, the third alcohol disinfectant member may be one or more. For example, the third alcohol disinfectant member may be one, which is disposed in the middle of the upper portion of the passenger compartment 1.
In some embodiments, each alcohol disinfectant member has at least one nozzle, wherein the nozzles can be rotated 360 °.
It can be understood that the nozzle can spray a uniform and fine alcohol spray.
In some embodiments, the coverage shape of the alcohol spray from the nozzle may be circular, and the coverage shape may be adjustable in size under the influence of the spraying pressure, i.e., the diameter of the circle in which the coverage shape is located may be variable. For example, the diameter of the circle in which the covering shape is located may be 2 m.
In some embodiments, the volume fraction of alcohol may be 75%.
In some embodiments, the working time of the alcohol disinfection submodule can be 5-25 min. For example, the time for alcohol sterilization may be 5 min. It will be appreciated that the specific value of the operating time is contained within the task signal and is determined by the occupant.
In some embodiments, the alcohol disinfection submodule operates intermittently, for example, the alcohol disinfection submodule sprays alcohol for 1min and then stands for 1min, and the operation is cycled.
In some embodiments, the ozone disinfection submodule has at least one ozone disinfection piece.
Wherein at least one ozone disinfection piece is positioned at the lower part of the front row seat 4, and the ozone ejection hole of each ozone disinfection piece faces the inside of the passenger compartment 1.
At least one ozone disinfection piece sprays ozone towards the inside of the passenger cabin 1, the inside of the passenger cabin can be disinfected fully, and peculiar smell inside the passenger cabin can be removed, and the sprayed ozone is gas which has good diffusivity, so that the whole passenger cabin 1 can be disinfected in a covering manner by arranging at least one ozone disinfection piece.
In some embodiments, the ozone disinfector can be one or more. For example, the ozone sterilizing member may be one, and the ozone sterilizing member may be disposed in the middle of the lower portion of the front seat 4.
In some embodiments, the ozone disinfection member comprises an ozone generating device that can generate ozone by high voltage discharge.
In some embodiments, the time for ozone sterilization is 5-30 min. For example, the time for ozone sterilization may be 5 min. It will be appreciated that the specific value of the operating time is contained within the task signal and is determined by the occupant.
In some embodiments, when the concentration of ozone in the passenger compartment 1 reaches the preset ozone concentration, the ozone disinfection piece stops working, and when the concentration of ozone in the passenger compartment 1 is smaller than the preset ozone concentration and the difference between the ozone concentration in the passenger compartment 1 and the preset ozone concentration is greater than the threshold value of the preset ozone concentration, the ozone disinfection piece starts working, and the steps are repeated, so that the concentration of ozone in the passenger compartment 1 is maintained within the range of the preset ozone concentration in the ozone disinfection process.
In some embodiments, the ultraviolet disinfection submodule has at least one first ultraviolet disinfection lamp, at least one second ultraviolet disinfection lamp, and at least one third ultraviolet disinfection lamp; at least one first ultraviolet disinfection lamp is located at the upper part of the passenger compartment 1, at least one second ultraviolet disinfection lamp is located at the lower part of the instrument panel 5, and at least one third ultraviolet disinfection lamp is located at the lower part of the front seat 4.
By disposing at least one first ultraviolet sterilizing lamp at the upper part of the passenger compartment 1, the space at the upper part of the passenger compartment 1 can be sufficiently covered; at least one second ultraviolet disinfection lamp is arranged at the lower part of the instrument panel 5 and can fully cover the space at the lower part of the instrument panel 5, and at least one third ultraviolet disinfection lamp is arranged at the lower part of the front seat 4 and can fully cover the space at the lower part of the front seat 4. Thus, with at least one first uv disinfection etc., at least one second uv disinfection lamp and at least one third uv disinfection lamp, a covering disinfection of the entire passenger compartment 1 can be achieved.
In some embodiments, the power of the UV disinfection lamp may be 10W-40W. For example, the power of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp may be 15W.
In some embodiments, the time for UV sterilization is 10min to 60 min. For example, the time for uv sterilization may be 10 min.
In some embodiments, there may be one or more first ultraviolet disinfection lamps. For example, two first ultraviolet sterilizing lamps may be provided at the connection of the upper portion of the passenger compartment 1 with the first door side 2 and the second door side 3, respectively.
In some embodiments, there may be one or more second uv disinfection lamps. For example, the number of the second ultraviolet sterilizing lamps may be two, and the two second ultraviolet sterilizing lamps are spaced apart from each other at a lower portion of the instrument panel 5.
In some embodiments, there may be one or more third uv disinfection lamps. For example, the number of the third ultraviolet sterilizing lamps may be two, and the two third ultraviolet sterilizing lamps are spaced apart from each other at a lower portion of the front seat 4 and face a side away from the dashboard 5.
In some embodiments, the sterilization system further includes a ventilation module.
The control module is also used for obtaining a ventilation instruction according to the task signal and sending the ventilation instruction to the ventilation module;
the ventilation module is used for acquiring a ventilation instruction; and the passenger compartment is ventilated according to the ventilation command, and it can be understood that the ventilation module of the vehicle ventilates based on the air conditioner of the vehicle.
The control module obtains the disinfection instruction after handling according to the task signal, and after the disinfection is accomplished, the control module sends the instruction of taking a breath to the module of taking a breath, and the module of taking a breath can take a breath to the passenger cabin of vehicle according to the instruction of taking a breath after receiving the instruction of taking a breath.
The information included in the ventilation command may be ventilation based on an air conditioner of the vehicle, and may be a first ventilation rate, a second ventilation rate, or a third ventilation rate, in which the ventilation rates corresponding to the three ventilation modes of the first ventilation rate, the second ventilation rate, and the third ventilation rate are sequentially increased.
In some embodiments, the system further comprises a temperature acquisition module.
The temperature acquisition module is used for acquiring temperature information in the passenger cabin and sending the temperature information to the control module in real time;
and the control module is also used for receiving the temperature information and obtaining a ventilation instruction based on the disinfection instruction and the temperature information.
In some embodiments, the temperature acquisition module may be a temperature sensor.
The temperature acquisition module can acquire temperature information in the passenger cabin in real time and send the temperature information to the control module in real time, and the control module receives the temperature information, compares the current temperature in the passenger cabin with the preset temperature, and obtains a ventilation instruction by combining a disinfection instruction.
The information included in the ventilation instruction is controlled based on the air conditioning equipment of the vehicle, and the temperature control may be a first temperature control, a second temperature control, or a third temperature control, wherein the temperature regulation rates corresponding to the first temperature control, the second temperature control, and the third temperature control are sequentially increased.
In some embodiments, the sterilization system further comprises a fragrancing module located within the passenger compartment 1.
The control module is further used for obtaining an aroma adding instruction according to the task signal and sending the aroma adding instruction to the aroma adding module;
the aroma enhancement module is used for acquiring aroma enhancement instructions; and according to the fragrancing instruction, fragrancing the passenger compartment 1.
The control module processes the task signal to obtain an aroma adding instruction, and sends the aroma adding instruction to the aroma adding module, so that the aroma adding module can add aroma to the passenger compartment 1 according to the aroma adding instruction after obtaining the aroma adding instruction.
In some embodiments, the first fragrancing instruction comprises a first fragrance cartridge fragrancing mode and a second fragrance cartridge fragrancing mode.
In some embodiments, the flavouring module has a first fragrance cartridge and a second fragrance cartridge.
Wherein, the first spice box and the second spice box are both positioned on one side of the instrument panel 5 close to the front row seat 4; the first spice box is provided with a first gas release port, and lemon spice, mint spice and green tea spice are filled in the first spice box; the second spice box is provided with a second gas release port, and the second spice box is filled with wormwood spice, sandalwood spice and angelica dahurica spice.
After the flavoring module receives a flavoring instruction comprising a first spice box flavoring mode, responding to the flavoring instruction comprising the first flavoring box flavoring mode, and flavoring by using the first flavoring box; after the flavoring module receives the flavoring command comprising the second spice box flavoring mode, the second flavoring box is utilized for flavoring in response to the flavoring command comprising the second flavoring box flavoring mode. Through the aroma enhancement of the aroma enhancement module, the driver and the passengers can be positioned in a favorite aroma environment, and the joyful feeling of the driver and the passengers is kept.
In some embodiments, the lemon flavor, mint flavor, and green tea flavor can be solid or liquid.
In some embodiments, the wormwood, sandalwood, and angelica root flavors may be solid or liquid.
The wormwood spice has special fragrance, can relieve restlessness and vexation, and has certain mosquito repellent effect. The sandalwood spice has a calm and fresh sweet fragrance, can make people feel happy, soothes nervous tension and anxiety, and has the effects of regulating qi and blood circulation of a human body and dredging qi activity of the human body. The radix angelicae dahuricae spice has a light traditional Chinese medicine flavor and can calm the mind of people.
In some embodiments, the vehicle further includes a concentration monitoring module located below the front seat 4.
The concentration monitoring module is used for acquiring the perfume concentration and content information in the passenger compartment and sending the perfume concentration and content information to the control module in real time;
the control module is also used for receiving and processing the information of the concentration and the content of the spice and responding to the condition that the concentration and the content of the spice are greater than or equal to a concentration threshold value and sending a stopping instruction to the aroma adding module;
the aroma adding module is also used for acquiring a stopping instruction; and according to the stop command, the perfuming of the passenger compartment 1 is stopped.
In some embodiments, the concentration monitoring module may be a concentration sensor.
The concentration monitoring module can acquire the perfume concentration content information in the passenger compartment, and send the perfume concentration content information to the control module in real time, the control module receives and processes the perfume concentration content information, the current perfume concentration content information in the passenger compartment is compared with the preset perfume concentration, if the perfume concentration content is greater than or equal to the concentration threshold value, a stop instruction is sent to the perfuming module, the perfuming module acquires the stop instruction, and according to the stop instruction, the perfuming of the passenger compartment 1 is stopped, so that the concentration of the perfume in the member compartment is controlled within a set range.
In some embodiments, the control module is located in an engine compartment of the vehicle and is used for receiving the task signal, receiving information fed back by the temperature acquisition module, the flavoring module, the concentration monitoring module and the like, and processing the information.
In some embodiments, the Control module is an ECU (Electronic Control Unit).
In some embodiments, the ECU includes a processor therein.
When the driver opens the terminal device 101, the terminal device 101 may compare the current body data with the body data of the past driver selecting the setting mode, and select the setting mode corresponding to the past body data closest to the current body data as the recommended setting mode; the driver and the crew select the disinfection mode, the preset temperature, the aroma-enhancing selection and the preset aroma concentration according to the preference, and after the selection is completed, the terminal device 101 can generate a task signal and send the task signal to the vehicle 102; the vehicle 102 responds to the task signal, executes the disinfection mode included in the task signal, and after executing the disinfection mode included in the task signal, feeds back information of the completion of the execution of the disinfection mode to the terminal device 101, so as to provide a safe and healthy driving environment for the driver.

Claims (10)
1. A sterilization system, characterized in that it is applied to a vehicle, said system comprising a control module and a sterilization module located in the passenger compartment (1);
the control module is used for receiving a task signal, obtaining a disinfection instruction based on the task signal and sending the disinfection instruction to the disinfection module, wherein the task signal is from terminal equipment;
the disinfection module is used for receiving the disinfection instruction and disinfecting the passenger compartment based on the disinfection instruction.
2. The sterilization system of claim 1, wherein the sterilization module includes an alcohol sterilization sub-module having at least one first alcohol sterilization piece, at least one second alcohol sterilization piece, and at least one third alcohol sterilization piece;
the at least one first alcohol disinfectant is located on a first door side (2), the at least one second alcohol disinfectant is located on a second door side (3), and the at least one third alcohol disinfectant is located on an upper portion of the passenger compartment (1), wherein the first door side (2) and the second door side (3) are opposite;
the alcohol ejection port of each of the at least one first alcohol disinfectant, the at least one second alcohol disinfectant and the at least one third alcohol disinfectant is directed toward the inside of the passenger compartment (1).
3. The sterilization system of claim 1, wherein the sterilization module includes an ozone sterilization sub-module having at least one ozone sterilization member;
the at least one ozone disinfection piece is positioned at the lower part of the front row seat (4), and the ozone spraying hole of each ozone disinfection piece faces the interior of the passenger compartment (1).
4. The sterilization system of claim 3, wherein the sterilization module includes a UV sterilization sub-module having at least one first UV sterilization lamp, at least one second UV sterilization lamp, and at least one third UV sterilization lamp;
the at least one first ultraviolet disinfection lamp is positioned at the upper part of the passenger compartment (1), the at least one second ultraviolet disinfection lamp is positioned at the lower part of an instrument panel (5), and the at least one third ultraviolet disinfection lamp is positioned at the lower part of the front row seat (4).
5. A germicidal system as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the system further comprises a ventilation module;
the control module is further used for obtaining a ventilation instruction according to the task signal and sending the ventilation instruction to the ventilation module;
the ventilation module is used for acquiring the ventilation instruction; and ventilating the passenger compartment according to the ventilation instruction.
6. The sterilization system of claim 5, wherein the system further comprises a temperature acquisition module;
the temperature acquisition module is used for acquiring temperature information in the passenger compartment and sending the temperature information to the control module in real time;
the control module is further used for receiving the temperature information and obtaining the ventilation instruction based on the disinfection instruction and the temperature information.
7. A sterilisation system according to claim 5, characterised in that the system further comprises a flavouring module located within the passenger compartment (1);
the control module is further used for obtaining an aroma adding instruction according to the task signal; sending the flavoring instruction to the flavoring module;
the aroma adding module is used for obtaining the aroma adding instruction; and according to the flavoring instruction, flavoring the passenger compartment (1).
8. The sterilization system according to claim 7, wherein the fragrancing module has a first fragrance cartridge and a second fragrance cartridge;
the first spice box and the second spice box are both positioned on one side of the instrument panel (5) close to the front row of seats (4);
the first spice box is provided with a first gas release port, and lemon spice, mint spice and green tea spice are filled in the first spice box;
the second spice box is provided with a second gas release port, and the second spice box is filled with wormwood spice, sandalwood spice and angelica dahurica spice.
9. A sterilisation system according to claim 7, further comprising a concentration monitoring module located in a lower portion of said front seat (4);
the concentration monitoring module is used for acquiring the perfume concentration and content information in the passenger compartment and sending the perfume concentration and content information to the control module in real time;
the control module is further used for receiving and processing the perfume concentration content information, and responding to the fact that the perfume concentration content is larger than or equal to a concentration threshold value, and sending a stopping instruction to the flavoring module;
the aroma adding module is further used for obtaining the stopping instruction; and according to the stop command, stopping fragrancing the passenger compartment (1).
10. A vehicle, characterized in that the vehicle comprises a sterilization system according to any one of claims 1-9.
