Abstract

A pipeline of an air conditioner comprises an automatic spray device having an aerosol connected to a timing circuit that is used to dispense at timed intervals a spray of fluid into the pipeline. Two or more spray devices may be used each having an aerosol can. Spray from a valve of each can may be actuated via a motorised gear assembly comprising two gears and a driving gear positioned on the top of a spraying nozzle of the can. The fluid to be sprayed may be medicinal liquids for disinfection, perfume or deodorant, or water to increase humidity. Each spray device may operate 3 to 30 times per hour and spray 0.3 to 2.5 grams of liquid each time. When the fluid is used up or the can is empty it may be replaced.

DESCRIPTION
TITLE OF THE INVENTION
Auto spray device for pipeline of central air conditioner and application method FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present innovation relates to an auto spray device, especially to an auto spray device applicable for a pipeline of a central air conditioner as well as its application method.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
At present, it is well known that a great deal of dusts, bacteria and epiphytes during the operation of a pipeline of a central air conditioner, which has become a hot bed for growth of disease agents, as well as a passageway for spread of them. The quality deterioration of air in a pipeline of a central conditioner may bring people with health problems, such as symptoms of headache, dizziness, sore throat and skin allergy etc. Such as US Patent "Apparatus and method for purifying air in a ventilation system"(Patent number: 6673137), Chinese Patent "Air-condition ventilation with ultraviolet radiation device"(Patent number: 03261485).
Although the above device and method features a function of disinfection, it has a slight effect on foreign smell and dry air, which are two problems to be solved in a pipeline of a central conditioner.
The purpose of the present innovation is to provide an auto spray disinfection device for pipeline of central air conditioner with a function of automatic timing spray of liquid, and to provide its application method. This device is able to spray not only medicinal liquid for disinfection, but also perfume or deodorant for elimination of foreign smell, even to spray water for increase of moisture.
z
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
This and other advantages are provided by an auto spray device for pipeline of central air conditioner comprising two auto spray devices or above, a timing control circuit, a power supply and two aerosol cans or above, the auto spray devices are connected with the timing control circuit electrically; and the aerosol cans are deployed respectively on the bottom of the auto spray devices. Said auto spray device comprising a gear assembly and a motor; said gear assembly comprising two gears and an driving gear, said driving gear is positioned on the top of the spray nozzle of the aerosol can. The aerosol can comprising a spay nozzle, an aerosol valve and a can body.
The application method of auto s'pray device for pipeline of central air conditioner, comprising the following steps:
a. Make an open on the main path of the pipeline of central air conditioner;
b. Install the auto spray disinfecting device for pipeline of air conditioner into the pipeline of air conditioner through said open.
c. Adjust the orientation of the aerosol can in accordance with the orientation of the pipeline of air conditioner.
d. Control the operation times of the aerosol can through the timing control circuit. Each auto spray device operates 3-30 times per hours; and each aerosol-can sprays 0.3 ~ 2.5 g liquid per time.
e. Replace the raw material or aerosol can after the raw material of the aerosol can is used up.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Better understanding of the present invention will be had when reference is made to the accompanying drawings, wherein identical parts are identified by identical reference numerals and wherein:
