In the conventional technology, cleaning devices on the market cannot automatically arrange a proper cleaning mode according to the dirt condition of a surface to be cleaned (such as the ground or other surfaces of objects to be cleaned), so that the cleaning necessity and efficiency are reduced, and the user experience effect is also reduced. In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a cleaning method and a cleaning system of cleaning equipment and the cleaning equipment. Moreover, the cleaning device provided by the invention has the functions of sweeping floor alone, mopping floor alone and sweeping floor and mopping floor simultaneously.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a cleaning method of a cleaning apparatus, the method including:
s100, controlling cleaning equipment to acquire a preset cleaning mode in advance and acquire the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned; the preset cleaning mode is a combined cleaning mode of implementing a single-sweeping mode, a single-dragging mode and a sweeping-dragging mode within a preset cleaning period;
s200, when the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is obtained and meets the requirement of a preset cleaning mode, controlling cleaning equipment to perform cleaning according to the preset cleaning mode;
s300, when the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is obtained and does not meet the requirement of a preset cleaning mode, controlling cleaning equipment to perform cleaning according to a temporary cleaning mode obtained temporarily; the temporary cleaning mode is one of a single-sweeping mode, a single-dragging mode and a sweeping-dragging mode.
The cleaning device can be controlled to clean the surface of the floor or other objects to be cleaned according to the preset cleaning mode under the condition that the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned meets the preset cleaning mode; and in the case that the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned does not meet the preset predetermined cleaning mode, the cleaning device can be controlled to clean the surface to be cleaned according to the temporarily acquired temporary cleaning mode. Therefore, the cleaning device can automatically arrange a proper cleaning mode to clean the surface of the ground or other objects to be cleaned according to the dirt condition of the surface, the pertinence of the cleaning mode can be improved, the cleaning efficiency is improved, and the experience effect of a user is improved.
Further, in the step S100, the predetermined cleaning mode is a combined cleaning mode in which a single-scan mode, a single-drag mode, and a single-drag mode are implemented within a predetermined cleaning period, that is, the predetermined cleaning mode is a combined cleaning mode in which a combination of a single-scan mode of a first predetermined number of times, a single-drag mode of a second predetermined number of times, and a third predetermined number of times are implemented within the predetermined cleaning period. The cleaning device can firstly implement a single-scanning mode with a certain number of times, then implement a single-dragging mode with a certain number of times, then implement a single-scanning mode with a certain number of times, then implement a single-dragging mode with a certain number of times and then implement a single-dragging mode with a certain number of times in a preset cleaning period, until the single-scanning mode with a first preset number of times is completed, the single-dragging mode with a second preset number of times is completed, and the single-dragging mode with a third preset number of times is completed in the preset cleaning period. The order and the times of implementing the single-sweep mode, the single-drag mode and the sweep-drag mode can be set according to specific situations.
For example, the predetermined cleaning pattern may be a combined cleaning pattern formed by a combination of a single sweep pattern, a single sweep pattern of three times, and a single sweep pattern arrangement performed six times over a week (or a month or a quarter or other period). More specifically, the one-touch mode may be implemented after every two-touch mode is implemented, and the one-touch mode may be implemented after six-touch mode and three-touch mode are implemented.
Such predetermined cleaning patterns may be set according to the needs of the user or may be automatically generated in combination with the environmental conditions of the cleaning area and the needs of the user. Repeated setting of the cleaning equipment is not needed in the next preset cleaning period, the frequency of setting the cleaning equipment by a user is reduced, and user experience is improved.
Accordingly, in the above-described step S100, controlling the cleaning apparatus to acquire a predetermined cleaning mode in advance may include:
s110, controlling the cleaning equipment to obtain a combined cleaning mode formed by sequentially implementing a single-sweeping mode with a first preset frequency, a single-dragging mode with a second preset frequency and a third preset frequency within a preset cleaning period.
The controller of the cleaning apparatus may receive a predetermined cleaning mode set by a user, and the controller may control the cleaning apparatus to operate according to the predetermined cleaning mode. In the next preset cleaning period, the cleaning equipment can work in a preset time according to a preset cleaning mode, and the one-time setting and long-term intelligent experience effect is achieved.
Also, in the above step S100, acquiring the surface contamination condition to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned may include:
s120, controlling the cleaning equipment to automatically detect the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned so as to judge whether to work according to a preset cleaning mode. The cleaning device can automatically detect and judge the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned, and the cleaning device can automatically select a preset cleaning mode or a temporary cleaning mode to perform cleaning work.
Or S130, judging the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned by a user, receiving a cleaning instruction sent by the user, and judging whether to work according to a preset cleaning mode or not according to the cleaning instruction. The cleaning device can be used for identifying and judging the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned in a manual mode, and the cleaning device can be used for passively selecting a preset cleaning mode or a temporary cleaning mode to perform cleaning work.
Further, in the step S100, the controlling the cleaning apparatus to obtain the predetermined cleaning mode in advance and obtain the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned in the area to be cleaned may include:
s102, controlling the cleaning equipment to acquire a preset cleaning mode in advance, and controlling the cleaning equipment to work according to the preset cleaning mode;
S104, acquiring the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned in the process of controlling the cleaning equipment to work according to a preset cleaning mode.
The cleaning device can start to perform cleaning according to the preset cleaning mode after acquiring the preset cleaning mode. Moreover, during the cleaning process of the cleaning device, the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is acquired. The cleaning device can be started to acquire the dirty condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned after a certain cleaning mode (single cleaning mode, single dragging mode or sweeping dragging mode) is finished once when the cleaning device works according to the preset cleaning mode, and can also be started to acquire the dirty condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned after at least one whole preset cleaning mode is finished.
Alternatively, in the step S100, the controlling the cleaning apparatus to obtain the predetermined cleaning mode in advance and obtain the surface contamination condition of the cleaning area, may include:
s106, controlling the cleaning equipment to acquire a preset cleaning mode in advance;
s108, before the cleaning equipment is controlled to work according to a preset cleaning mode, the surface dirt condition to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is obtained.
That is, after the cleaning device is made to acquire the predetermined cleaning mode, the cleaning device is not directly controlled to operate according to the predetermined cleaning mode, but the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is obtained first, so as to judge whether the cleaning device operates according to the predetermined cleaning mode.
In addition, when the to-be-cleaned surface contamination condition of the to-be-cleaned area meets the requirement of the predetermined cleaning mode, the step S200 of controlling the cleaning device to perform the cleaning operation according to the preset predetermined cleaning mode may include:
s210, in a preset cleaning period, when the dirty condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is consistent with the dirty condition of the surface to be cleaned required by a combined cleaning mode formed by the arrangement and combination of a single-sweeping mode with a preset first preset number, a single-sweeping mode with a second preset number and a sweeping mode with a third preset number, the cleaning equipment is controlled to sequentially perform cleaning according to a combined cleaning mode formed by the arrangement and combination of the single-sweeping mode with the preset first preset number, the single-sweeping mode with the second preset number and the sweeping mode with the third preset number.
In the preset cleaning period, before the single-sweeping mode, the single-dragging mode or the single-dragging mode is carried out, when the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is strictly in one-to-one correspondence with the requirement of the corresponding cleaning mode, the cleaning equipment is controlled to work according to the corresponding cleaning mode. I.e. the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned requires a single sweep (or single-pull, or sweeping-pull), and the predetermined cleaning mode corresponds to the single-sweep mode (or single-pull mode, or sweeping-pull mode), the cleaning device is controlled to perform the single-sweep mode (or single-pull mode, or sweeping-pull mode) of the predetermined cleaning mode once.
Or S220, when the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned meets the overall requirement of a preset cleaning mode, controlling the cleaning equipment to sequentially perform cleaning operation according to a combined cleaning mode formed by arranging and combining a preset single-sweeping mode with a first preset frequency, a preset single-dragging mode with a second preset frequency and a preset third-frequency sweeping-dragging mode within a preset cleaning period.
That is, only the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is required to substantially meet the requirement of the predetermined cleaning mode, the cleaning device is controlled to perform the cleaning operation according to the predetermined cleaning mode, and the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned does not need to be strictly consistent with each of the predetermined cleaning modes.
Further, in the step S210 or the step S220, the control of the cleaning device to sequentially perform the cleaning operation according to the combined cleaning mode formed by the arrangement and combination of the preset first preset number of single-scan modes, the preset second number of single-scan modes, and the preset third number of single-scan modes may include:
s201, acquiring material characteristics of a surface to be cleaned of a region to be cleaned;
that is, before the cleaning device is controlled to clean the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned according to the predetermined cleaning mode, it is necessary to determine the material characteristics of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned and determine whether the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is suitable for cleaning in a certain cleaning mode among the predetermined cleaning modes. For example, for carpeted floors such flexible and soiled surfaces, it is not suitable to use a wet mop mode for cleaning; the hard non-easy-to-dirty surface of the ceramic tile floor is properly cleaned by adopting a dry sweeping mode or a wet dragging mode; the hard non-fouling surface of the wood floor is suitable for cleaning in a dry sweeping mode, and is also suitable for cleaning in a wet mopping mode, but the times are not easy to be excessive.
S202, when the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is a hard non-easy-to-dirty surface, controlling the cleaning equipment to sequentially perform cleaning according to a combined cleaning mode formed by arranging and combining a single-cleaning mode with a preset first preset frequency, a single-cleaning mode with a second preset frequency and a cleaning mode with a third preset frequency;
that is, when it is detected that the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is a hard non-fouling surface such as a tile floor or a wood floor, the predetermined cleaning mode can be normally performed.
And S203, when the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is a flexible and easy-to-dirty surface, the cleaning equipment is controlled to bypass the flexible and easy-to-dirty surface, or the wet drawing mechanism of the cleaning equipment is controlled to be lifted to be separated from the surface of the area to be cleaned so as to be in a closed non-working state, or/and the wet drawing mechanism of the cleaning equipment is controlled to be in a closed non-working state.
When the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is detected to be the flexible and easy-to-dirty surface such as the carpet floor and the like, the cleaning equipment can be controlled to bypass the flexible and easy-to-dirty surface such as the carpet floor and the like, and the flexible and easy-to-dirty surface such as the carpet floor is not cleaned directly; the wet-dragging mechanism of the cleaning equipment can be controlled to be not operated (the wet-dragging mechanism can be lifted, or the wet-dragging mechanism is closed after being lifted), so that the flexible and easy-to-dirty surfaces such as carpeted floors can not be wet-dragged and cleaned, and the wet-to-dirty surfaces are prevented from being damaged.
Further, in the step S210 or the step S220, the control of the cleaning device to sequentially perform cleaning according to a combined cleaning mode formed by arranging and combining a preset first preset number of single-scan modes, a preset second number of single-scan modes and a preset third number of single-scan modes may include:
s204, when the cleaning equipment is controlled to perform cleaning according to a single-scanning mode of a preset first preset number of times, the dry scanning mechanism of the cleaning equipment is controlled to perform single-scanning cleaning according to the first preset number of times, and the wet dragging mechanism of the cleaning equipment is controlled to be in a non-working state;
s206, when the cleaning equipment is controlled to perform cleaning according to a single-dragging mode with a second preset number of times, the dry-sweeping mechanism of the cleaning equipment is controlled to be in a non-working state, and the wet-dragging mechanism of the cleaning equipment is controlled to perform wet-dragging cleaning according to the second preset number of times;
and S208, when the cleaning equipment is controlled to perform cleaning according to a preset third preset times of sweeping and dragging modes, the dry sweeping mechanism and the wet dragging mechanism of the cleaning equipment are controlled to perform sweeping and dragging cleaning simultaneously according to the third preset times.
The cleaning device has a dry-sweeping mechanism and a wet-mopping mechanism, so that the cleaning device has a dry-sweeping function and a wet-mopping function. Therefore, when the cleaning equipment works in a single-scanning mode, the dry scanning mechanism works and the wet dragging mechanism does not work, and only the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is cleaned by dry scanning; when the cleaning equipment works in a single-drag mode, the wet drag mechanism works and the dry sweeping mechanism does not work, and only the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is wet-drag cleaned; when the cleaning equipment works in the sweeping and dragging mode, the wet dragging mechanism and the dry sweeping mechanism work simultaneously, so that the surface to be cleaned in the area to be cleaned is cleaned in a dry sweeping mode, and the ground in the area to be cleaned is cleaned in a wet dragging mode.
Also, in the above step S204, controlling the wet mop mechanism of the cleaning device to be in a non-operating state includes:
s2042, controlling a wet drawing mechanism of the cleaning device to lift so as to separate from the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned, so that the wet drawing mechanism is in a non-wet drawing working state; or/and the combination of the two,
s2044, controlling the wet drawing mechanism of the cleaning device to be in a closed state so that the wet drawing mechanism is separated from the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned and is in a non-wet drawing working state.
That is, in addition to simply shutting down the wet mop to the inactive condition, the wet mop controlling the cleaning device may be individually or cooperatively deactivated by the following means. For example, the lifting mechanism connected with the wet dragging mechanism can be arranged on the cleaning equipment to control the lifting of the wet dragging mechanism, so that the wet dragging mechanism is not contacted with the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned, and the wet dragging mechanism can not wet-drag the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned. At this point, the wet drag mechanism itself may be running or off.
In addition, the wet drawing mechanism can be sealed by the sealing structure, so that the wet drawing mechanism is not contacted with the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned, and the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned can not be wet drawn and cleaned by the wet drawing mechanism. At this time, the wet drag mechanism itself may also be operated or shut down.
In addition, the lifting control can be carried out on the wet dragging mechanism through the lifting mechanism, so that the wet dragging mechanism is not in contact with the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned, and the wet dragging mechanism is sealed by the sealing structure, so that the wet dragging mechanism can not carry out wet dragging cleaning on the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned. At this time, the wet drag mechanism itself may also be operated or shut down.
Also, in the above step S206, controlling the dry-cleaning mechanism of the cleaning apparatus to be in a non-operating state includes:
s2062, controlling a dry-cleaning mechanism of the cleaning equipment to lift so as to separate from the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned, so that the dry-cleaning mechanism is in a non-dry-cleaning working state; or/and the combination of the two,
s2064, controlling the dry-cleaning mechanism of the cleaning device to be in a closed state so as to separate the dry-cleaning mechanism from the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned and to be in a non-dry-cleaning working state.
Similarly, in addition to simply shutting down the dry-cleaning mechanism to an inactive condition, the dry-cleaning mechanism controlling the cleaning apparatus may be deactivated, either alone or in combination, in the following manner. For example, the lifting mechanism connected with the dry sweeping mechanism can be arranged on the cleaning equipment to control the dry sweeping mechanism to lift, so that the dry sweeping mechanism is not in contact with the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned, and the dry sweeping mechanism can not clean the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned. At this point, the dry-cleaning mechanism itself may be running or shut down.
In addition, the dry-sweeping mechanism can be sealed by the sealing structure, so that the dry-sweeping mechanism is not contacted with the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned, and the dry-sweeping mechanism can not clean the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned. At this time, the dry-cleaning mechanism itself may also be operated or shut down.
In addition, the lifting control can be carried out on the dry-sweeping mechanism through the lifting mechanism, so that the dry-sweeping mechanism is not in contact with the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned, and the dry-sweeping mechanism is sealed by the sealing structure, so that the dry-sweeping mechanism can not clean the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned. At this time, the dry-cleaning mechanism itself may also be operated or shut down.
In addition, in the step S200, after the cleaning device is controlled to perform the cleaning operation according to the preset cleaning mode, the method may further include:
s230, after the cleaning equipment is controlled to complete cleaning work according to a preset cleaning mode, acquiring the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned again;
that is, when the cleaning device is controlled to perform cleaning in accordance with a preset combined cleaning mode for a preset period of time, it is necessary to acquire again the surface contamination condition to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned after the cleaning work of any one of the combined cleaning modes is completed. That is, after at least one single-sweep mode, or/and at least one single-sweep mode, the cleaning condition of the surface to be cleaned in the area to be cleaned needs to be detected within a preset period, so as to judge the next action of the cleaning device according to the detection result.
Or, after the cleaning equipment is controlled to complete the cleaning work of all the cleaning modes (namely, a combined cleaning mode formed by arranging and combining a single-sweeping mode with a first preset number of times, a single-dragging mode with a second preset number of times and a third preset number of times) set by the combined cleaning mode according to the requirement of the preset cleaning mode, the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is obtained again. Further, the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned may be obtained after one predetermined cleaning pattern is completed or after a plurality of predetermined cleaning patterns are completed.
S240, when the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is obtained and meets the requirement of a preset cleaning mode, controlling the cleaning equipment to continue to perform cleaning work according to the preset cleaning mode;
and S250, when the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned is not satisfied with the requirement of the preset cleaning mode, controlling the cleaning equipment to perform cleaning according to the temporarily acquired temporary cleaning mode.
Further, in the above step S300, when the to-be-cleaned surface contamination condition of the to-be-cleaned area is not satisfied with the predetermined cleaning mode requirement, the cleaning apparatus is controlled to perform the cleaning operation in the temporarily acquired temporary cleaning mode, including:
S310, acquiring a temporary cleaning mode when the dirt condition of the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned does not meet the requirement of a preset cleaning mode;
and S320, controlling the cleaning equipment to perform cleaning work on the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned according to the temporary cleaning mode obtained temporarily.
For example, when it is detected that the surface to be cleaned in the area to be cleaned is dirty with fluid waste (or stubborn dirt), dry cleaning may be performed on the surface to be cleaned according to a predetermined cleaning mode, and a good cleaning effect may not be obtained, and wet cleaning is required on the surface to be cleaned. At this time, the user or the detecting device (e.g., camera) may send an interrupt cleaning instruction to the controller of the cleaning device to control the cleaning device to interrupt the predetermined cleaning mode; and sends a temporary cleaning instruction to the controller so that the controller receives the temporary cleaning mode (such as a single-drag mode) and controls the cleaning device to perform cleaning according to the temporary cleaning mode (such as the single-drag mode).
Further, in the above step S300, after controlling the cleaning apparatus to perform the cleaning operation in the temporarily acquired temporary cleaning mode, it further includes:
s400, after the cleaning equipment is controlled to complete cleaning work according to the temporarily acquired temporary cleaning mode, the cleaning equipment is controlled again to acquire a new preset cleaning mode;
That is, after the cleaning device is controlled to complete the cleaning operation in the temporary cleaning mode, the cleaning device may be controlled to acquire a new predetermined cleaning mode, and the cleaning device may be controlled to perform the cleaning operation on the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned in accordance with the new predetermined cleaning mode, and return to step S100 again.
Or, after the cleaning device is controlled to complete the cleaning operation according to the temporarily acquired temporary cleaning mode, the cleaning device is controlled to continue to execute the pre-acquired predetermined cleaning mode S500.
That is, after the cleaning device is controlled to complete the cleaning operation in the temporary cleaning mode, the cleaning device is continuously controlled to clean the surface to be cleaned of the area to be cleaned according to the original predetermined cleaning mode, and a new predetermined cleaning mode is not required to be obtained.
Therefore, the sweeping frequency and the mode intellectualization of the cleaning equipment can be realized, the working frequency of the floor washing machine is reduced to the maximum extent while the indoor cleaning is ensured, the service life of the floor washing machine is prolonged, and the household cleaning degree is enabled to obtain the experience effect with the maximum cost performance.
