Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of feed preparation, and particularly relates to a pig feed with rich nutrition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The pig feed is a feed for feeding domestic pigs, which is generally composed of protein feed, energy feed, coarse feed, green feed, silage, mineral feed and feed additives.
The pig feed disclosed in the prior art can only provide some nutrient elements for pigs, such as: vitamins and minerals.
They do not address the problem of some intestinal disease in pigs after eating and the lack of some essential amino acids.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the problems of intestinal diseases and the defect of lack of necessary amino acids of the pigs after eating in the prior art, thereby providing a pig feed with rich nutrition and a preparation method thereof.
Therefore, the invention provides the following technical scheme
The invention provides a pig feed with rich nutrition, which consists of the following substances in parts by weight:
50-80 parts of corn flour, 10-20 parts of straw powder, 20-30 parts of bean cake, 1-5 parts of lysine, 1-5 parts of threonine, 1-5 parts of tryptophan, 1-5 parts of methionine, 1-5 parts of mineral powder, 1-5 parts of vitamin additive, 1-5 parts of nicotinic acid and 1-5 parts of folic acid.
Optionally, the composition comprises the following substances in parts by weight:
60 parts of corn flour, 15 parts of straw powder, 25 parts of bean cake, 3 parts of lysine, 3 parts of threonine, 3 parts of tryptophan, 3 parts of methionine, 3 parts of mineral powder, 3 parts of vitamin additive, 3 parts of nicotinic acid and 3 parts of folic acid.
Optionally, the mineral powder consists of the following substances in parts by weight:
50-80 parts of calcium powder, 10-20 parts of iron powder, 10-20 parts of zinc powder, 5-10 parts of manganese powder and 1-5 parts of sulfur powder.
Optionally, the vitamin additive comprises the following substances in parts by weight:
10-20 parts of vitamin A, 10-20 parts of vitamin B1, 10-20 parts of vitamin B2, 10-20 parts of vitamin C, 10-20 parts of vitamin D and 10-20 parts of vitamin E.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the pig feed with rich nutrition, which comprises the following steps:
preparing mineral powder: mixing and sieving calcium powder, iron powder, zinc powder, manganese powder and sulfur powder to obtain mineral powder;
preparing a vitamin additive: mixing vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, microorganism C, vitamin D and vitamin E to obtain vitamin additive;
preparing a pig feed: dissolving corn flour, straw powder, bean cake, lysine, threonine, tryptophan, methionine, mineral powder, vitamin additive, nicotinic acid and folic acid in deionized water, stirring, drying and sieving to obtain the pig feed.
Optionally, in the step of preparing the mineral powder, the mixing time is 12-24 h.
Optionally, in the step of preparing the vitamin additive, the mixing time is 6-12 h.
Optionally, in the step of preparing the pig feed, the stirring time is 8-12 h;
the drying temperature is 50-80 deg.C, and the drying time is 1-2 h.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention provides a pig feed with rich nutrition, which consists of the following substances in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of corn flour, 10-20 parts of straw powder, 20-30 parts of bean cake, 1-5 parts of lysine, 1-5 parts of threonine, 1-5 parts of tryptophan, 1-5 parts of methionine, 1-5 parts of mineral powder, 1-5 parts of vitamin additive, 1-5 parts of nicotinic acid and 1-5 parts of folic acid. The pig feed with rich nutrition provided by the invention contains lysine, threonine, tryptophan and methionine which are amino acids necessary for the growth process of pigs, and can provide necessary energy for the growth and development process of pigs; the feed is rich in hydrochloric acid and folic acid, and can promote the nutrient absorption of intestines and stomach of the pigs after eating, so that the proteins, minerals, vitamins and the like contained in the feed can be fully absorbed after the pigs eat the feed.
2. The invention also provides a preparation method of the pig feed with rich nutrition, which comprises the following steps: preparing mineral powder: mixing and sieving calcium powder, iron powder, zinc powder, manganese powder and sulfur powder to obtain mineral powder; preparing a vitamin additive: mixing vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, microorganism C, vitamin D and vitamin E to obtain vitamin additive; preparing a pig feed: dissolving corn flour, straw powder, bean cake, lysine, threonine, tryptophan, methionine, mineral powder, vitamin additive, nicotinic acid and folic acid in deionized water, stirring, drying and sieving to obtain the pig feed. The method has simple process, no need of complicated treatment process, and can prevent some nutrition from passing in the preparation process.
