An agricultural bundling machine, characterized in that: comprises a main body (1) and a handle (5), wherein a rocker arm (4) is hinged on the main body (1), and the handle (5) is movably arranged on the rocker arm (4) and the main body (1); the first return spring gives an acting force to the handle (5) or the rocker arm (4) and forms a feed inlet between the rocker arm (4) and the main body (1); the handle (5) is pressed down and overcomes the acting force of the first return spring (18), and the rocker arm (4) rotates until the feed inlet is closed;
comprises a feeding structure: a binding belt disc (7) is fixed on the main body (1), a binding belt (71) is wound in the binding belt disc (7), and the binding belt (71) is arranged on the rocker arm (4) in a penetrating way and penetrates out from the end part of the rocker arm (4);
comprises a locking and cutting mechanism: a supporting shaft (2) is arranged in the main body (1), a cutter sleeve (3) is rotationally arranged on the supporting shaft (2), a ratchet wheel (33) is arranged on the cutter sleeve (3), a pawl (13) is arranged on the handle (5), the handle (5) is pressed, the pawl (13) hooks the ratchet wheel (33) to rotate, a plurality of pressing blocks (31) and cutters (32) are arranged on the cutter sleeve (3), the pressing blocks (31) and the cutters (32) are identical in number and are arranged in a staggered mode, and the number of teeth of the ratchet wheel (33) is twice the number of the pressing blocks (31); the handle (5) is pressed down for the first time, the rocker arm (4) conveys the end part of the ribbon to the end part of the main body (1), the cutter sleeve (3) rotates, and the press block (31) presses the ribbon (71) to the end part of the main body (1); pressing down the handle (5) again, rotating the cutter sleeve (3) and cutting off the binding belt (71) through the cutter (32);
comprises a winding structure: a twist rod (62) is arranged in the support shaft (2), a positioning frame (61) is arranged at the end part of the twist rod (62), a cut ribbon can be clamped on the positioning frame (61), a second reset spring (19) is arranged in the support shaft (2), the second reset spring (19) gives the force for retracting the twist rod (62) into the support shaft (2), a ribbon clamping on the positioning frame is pulled to pull the ribbon machine backwards, and the twist rod (62) rotationally stretches out and rotationally binds the rear part of the ribbon;
the end of the supporting shaft (2) forms a retaining wall (20), a V-shaped opening (201) is formed in the retaining wall (20), the cutter (32) abuts against the retaining wall (20), and the cutter (32) rotates to cut off the binding tape (71) located in the V-shaped opening (201).
2. The agricultural strapping machine of claim 1, wherein: the inner side of the handle (5) is movably provided with the pawl (13), and the pawl (13) is hung on the teeth of any ratchet wheel (33).
