The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a vehicle communication system according to an embodiment of the present application. It is understood that the vehicle communication system of the present embodiment may be used for, but is not limited to, an unmanned vehicle. Referring to fig. 1, a vehicle communication system 100 of the present embodiment includes a user interface device 110 provided outside a vehicle, and an in-vehicle communication device 120.
The user interface device 110 provided outside the vehicle is installed outside the vehicle as an interface for a person outside the vehicle to interact with the in-vehicle communication device 120, and includes an input module and an output module. The input module is used for acquiring user input instructions and/or conversation voice of personnel outside the vehicle, and the input module can comprise buttons, a microphone and the like, and the buttons can be mechanical buttons or virtual buttons displayed on a touch screen. The output module may be, for example, a speaker, and is used for outputting user input instruction feedback information and/or call voice from the owner user terminal 130 to the person outside the vehicle. In some embodiments, the button and/or microphone may be located at the vehicle charging port and inside the cover of the charging port. In this way, the button and/or microphone can be prevented from being directly exposed to the exterior surface of the vehicle, thereby reducing the likelihood of the button and/or microphone being damaged to extend its useful life. When personnel outside the vehicle need contact the vehicle owner, the cover plate of the charging port can be pressed firstly, so that the button and/or the microphone are exposed and then input is carried out.
The vehicle-mounted communication device 120 is electrically connected to the user interface device 110 disposed outside the vehicle, and is configured to generate a call connection request message indicating an outside-vehicle call mode and send the call connection request message to the vehicle owner user terminal 130 of the vehicle to establish a call connection with the vehicle owner user terminal 130, when it is determined that a preset outside-vehicle call mode trigger condition is met according to a user input instruction collected by the user interface device 110. The vehicle-mounted communication device 120 may include, but is not limited to, an Electronic Control Unit (ECU) of the vehicle, and may be, for example, a dedicated communication device provided inside the vehicle, or another vehicle-mounted device with a communication function.
The owner user terminal 130 may refer to a terminal corresponding to a user identification (e.g., a communication number of a vehicle owner or driver, etc.) preset in the in-vehicle communication device 120. It can be understood that, in the present application, the owner user terminal 130 is not limited to the user terminal of the owner of the vehicle, but should be broadly understood as a user terminal that can perform the outside call through the vehicle-mounted communication device 120 after being configured to be all visible as the owner user terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the vehicle communication system comprising the user interface equipment outside the vehicle and the vehicle-mounted communication equipment is configured for the vehicle, when a person outside the vehicle needs to contact the owner of the vehicle, the person outside the vehicle can directly request to establish call connection with the user terminal of the owner of the vehicle through the vehicle communication system without searching the contact way of the owner of the vehicle. Therefore, the time of personnel outside the vehicle can be saved, and the problem that the personnel cannot contact with the vehicle owner because the contact way of the vehicle owner is not found is solved. On the other hand, when the vehicle owner user terminal judges that the call connection requested by the vehicle-mounted communication equipment is in the vehicle-outside call mode, the user prompt indicating the vehicle-outside call connection request can be output, so that the vehicle owner can timely know the call requirement of the vehicle-outside personnel, the vehicle owner is prevented from refusing to receive the call because the vehicle owner sees a strange call, the possibility of successful call between the vehicle-outside personnel and the vehicle owner can be improved, and the problem solving efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the input module of the user interface device 110 includes an off-board microphone and the output module includes an off-board speaker. The outer microphone of the vehicle is used for collecting sound signals in a preset range outside the vehicle, and the outer loudspeaker of the vehicle is used for diffusing the sound in the preset range of the vehicle, so that personnel outside the vehicle can hear the sound diffused from the outer loudspeaker of the vehicle. It can be understood that the sound collection range of the microphone outside the vehicle can be realized by selecting the microphone with specific sensitivity, and the sound output range of the loudspeaker outside the vehicle can be obtained by adjusting the output power of the loudspeaker, and can be specifically selected according to actual requirements. Alternatively, the sound collection range of the vehicle exterior microphone and the sound output range of the vehicle exterior speaker may be substantially the same, for example, the sound collection range may be within a radius of 1m in the vehicle circumferential direction, or may be within a half-meter range with the vehicle front end as the origin, or may be in another range, which is not particularly limited herein.
The vehicle-mounted communication device 120 is further configured to obtain a call voice signal including a noise signal of an external environment of the vehicle, which is collected by the external microphone after the call connection is established at the vehicle owner user terminal 130, pre-process the call voice signal, and send the pre-processed call voice signal to the vehicle owner user terminal.
It is to be appreciated that the pre-processing can include, but is not limited to, at least one of noise reduction processing, voiceprint recognition processing, and echo cancellation processing. Through carrying out the preliminary treatment to the conversation speech signal who contains vehicle external environment noise signal, can guarantee that the outside personnel's of vehicle sound signal can be clear transmit to car owner user terminal and then export to the car owner, promote the conversation quality between the outside personnel of vehicle and the car owner.
It will be understood that the off-board microphone may be a single-microphone system, or may be a microphone matrix formed by a plurality of microphones at spatially different locations arranged in a regular pattern. In a microphone matrix, a plurality of microphones can collect sound signals from different spatial directions. By processing the multi-path sound signals collected by the plurality of microphones of the microphone matrix, the functions of sound source direction finding, noise suppression, human voice enhancement, reverberation elimination, echo cancellation and the like can be realized, so that the quality of the voice signals is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, user interface device 110 includes a plurality of off-board microphones 1101. It will be appreciated that in some cases certain locations of the vehicle may not be accessible to personnel outside the vehicle; for example, in some cases, the outside person is only in front of the vehicle and cannot reach the rear of the vehicle, and in some cases, the outside person is only in the rear of the vehicle and cannot reach the front of the vehicle. If only one exterior microphone 1101 is provided (for example, only in front of the vehicle), the sound collection range of the exterior microphone 1101 needs to be set sufficiently large to ensure that the person outside the vehicle can still communicate with the vehicle owner when the person outside the vehicle is behind the vehicle, and in this case, the sensitivity of the exterior microphone 1101 is too high, which may cause unnecessary triggering of the in-vehicle communication device 120 or unnecessary voice processing. In this embodiment, through the plurality of external microphones 1101, it is ensured that the external person can realize the voice call with the vehicle owner at different positions of the vehicle under the condition that the sound collection range of the external microphones 1101 is set to be small.
Alternatively, the plurality of external microphones 1101 may be distributed at both front and rear ends of the vehicle, at both left and right ends, or at both front and rear ends and both left and right ends of the vehicle. When the outer microphone 1101 distributes in both ends about the vehicle, can set up outer microphone 1101 in the position that is close to the rear-view mirror or directly set up on the rear-view mirror, like this, on the one hand for the outer microphone 1101 of car is closer with the distance between the personnel of car, is convenient for effectively gather outer personnel's of car sound signal. On the other hand, the in-vehicle communication device 120 is usually provided at a position between the left and right ends of the vehicle, and the wiring between the outside microphone 1101 and the in-vehicle communication device 120 is short. In this embodiment, the external speaker 1102 may be disposed at the front end of the vehicle, on one hand, the wiring between the external speaker 1102 and the vehicle-mounted communication device 120 is short; on the other hand, compared with the case where the external microphone 1101 and the external speaker 1102 are disposed at the same position, the external microphone 1101 and the external speaker 1102 are disposed at different positions, so that the influence of the disposition of the external microphone 1101 and the external speaker 1102 on the overall appearance uniformity of the vehicle can be reduced.
In one particular example, as shown in fig. 3, the user interface device 110 includes 3 off-board microphones 1101 and 1 off-board speaker 1102. Wherein, 3 outer microphones 1101 of car distribute in both ends about the vehicle respectively, and the vehicle front and back both ends one end in, and 1 outer speaker 1102 of car locates the vehicle front and back both ends in the other end.
It is understood that in some embodiments, multiple offboard speakers 1102 may be provided, and that multiple offboard speakers 1102 may be distributed across both the front and rear of the vehicle. Based on the decentralized arrangement of the speakers 1102 outside the vehicle, the person outside the vehicle can hear the sound of the user of the vehicle owner no matter the person outside the vehicle stands at the front, back, left and right positions of the vehicle as long as the person outside the vehicle is within a preset range. It is understood that if only one external speaker 1102 is provided (for example, only in front of the vehicle), the sound output range of the external speaker 1102 needs to be set sufficiently large to ensure that the external person can still communicate with the vehicle owner when the external person is behind the vehicle, and in such a case, unnecessary environmental noise may be generated due to the excessive output volume of the external speaker 1102. In this embodiment, by providing the plurality of external speakers 1102, it is possible to ensure that the external person can realize a voice call with the vehicle owner at different positions of the vehicle while setting the sound output of the external speakers 1102 within a small range.
In conjunction with the above vehicle communication system, a vehicle communication method according to some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below.
Fig. 4 illustrates an in-vehicle communication method according to an embodiment of the present application, which is performed by an in-vehicle communication apparatus. As shown in fig. 4, the vehicle communication method of the present embodiment includes:
and S101, generating a call connection request message which is expressed as an automobile exterior call mode under the condition that a preset automobile exterior call mode trigger condition is met.
S102, the call connection request message is sent to the owner user terminal of the vehicle, so that call connection is established with the owner user terminal.
In some embodiments, the off-board call may be triggered by an off-board person by interacting with a user interface device external to the vehicle. Specifically, the vehicle-mounted communication device may determine whether a preset input instruction collected by a user interface device disposed outside the vehicle is detected, generate a call connection request message indicating an outside-vehicle call mode if the preset input instruction is detected, and may re-determine whether the preset input instruction collected by the user interface device disposed outside the vehicle is detected after a preset time period if the preset input instruction is not detected.
In one specific implementation, determining whether a preset input instruction collected by a user interface device disposed outside the vehicle is detected includes: and judging whether a preset button input instruction is acquired through a button arranged outside the vehicle. For example, a mechanical button for triggering the outside-vehicle call may be provided outside the vehicle, and when the outside-vehicle person needs to communicate with the vehicle owner, the button is pressed, and the vehicle-mounted communication device detects that the button is triggered, and generates a call connection request message indicating an outside-vehicle call mode. It is to be understood that the buttons provided outside the vehicle may also be virtual buttons displayed on a touch screen provided outside the vehicle.
In another specific implementation, the determining whether the preset input instruction collected by the user interface device disposed outside the vehicle is detected includes: and judging whether a preset user voice input instruction is acquired through the external microphone matrix. For example, when a person outside the vehicle speaks a voice indicating that the person wants to speak with the vehicle owner when the person outside the vehicle needs to speak with the vehicle owner, the microphone outside the vehicle collects the user voice, and the vehicle-mounted communication device recognizes the call request of the person outside the vehicle from the user voice, and generates a call connection request message indicating a mode of speaking outside the vehicle.
In other embodiments, the off-board communication mode may be triggered by the vehicle-mounted communication device when actively recognizing a scene meeting a preset off-board communication requirement. For example, an image of the outside of the vehicle may be acquired by the vehicle-mounted camera, and if a scene that meets a preset vehicle-outside communication requirement is identified according to the image acquired by the vehicle-mounted camera, a call connection request message that indicates a vehicle-outside call mode is generated. For example, if the vehicle-mounted communication device recognizes that a person outside the vehicle makes a preset action according to an image collected by the vehicle-mounted camera, a call connection request message indicating an outside-vehicle call mode is generated. In some embodiments, the vehicle-mounted camera may be disposed at the vehicle charging port and inside a cover plate of the charging port. Thus, the vehicle-mounted camera can be prevented from being directly exposed to the outer surface of the vehicle, so that the possibility that the vehicle-mounted camera is damaged is reduced, and the service life of the vehicle-mounted camera is prolonged. When personnel outside the car need contact the car owner, can press the apron of the mouth that charges earlier and make on-vehicle camera reveal the back input again.
In some embodiments, the vehicle-mounted communication device confirms the call demand of the person outside the vehicle through a preset confirmation procedure before generating the call connection request message expressed as the vehicle-outside communication mode. It will be appreciated that the confirmation process may be implemented via a user interface device located external to the vehicle, and/or via other means (e.g., via a camera).
In one specific implementation, after detecting user voice of a person outside the vehicle, or after actively recognizing a scene meeting a preset call requirement outside the vehicle (for example, recognizing that there are other vehicles within a preset range of the vehicle and the person outside the vehicle stays around the vehicle for more than a preset time period according to an image collected by a vehicle-mounted camera), the vehicle-mounted communication device prompts the person outside the vehicle to speak a preset wake-up prompt tone through a speaker outside the vehicle. The preset wake-up prompt tone may be, for example, but not limited to, preset words such as "please contact the owner of the vehicle", "request a call", and the like. The method comprises the steps that the voice of personnel outside the vehicle is collected by the microphone outside the vehicle, after the voice of a user collected by the microphone outside the vehicle is obtained by the vehicle-mounted communication equipment, whether the content of the voice of the user corresponds to the content of the awakening prompt tone or not is judged, if yes, a call connection request message which is expressed as a vehicle-outside call mode is generated, and if not, or the voice of the user is not obtained within a preset time length, it is determined that the personnel outside the vehicle has no call requirement. Alternatively, the vehicle-mounted communication device may output other call confirmation prompts through a speaker outside the vehicle, for example, prompt a person outside the vehicle to trigger a button provided outside the vehicle or to make a predetermined action, and generate a call connection request message indicating an outside-vehicle call mode after detecting that the button is triggered or recognizing that the person outside the vehicle makes the predetermined action through an image collected by a vehicle-mounted camera.
Fig. 5 shows a vehicle-mounted communication method according to an embodiment of the present application, which is executed by a vehicle owner user terminal. It is understood that the method of the present embodiment may be performed after S102 of the embodiment shown in fig. 4. As shown in fig. 5, the vehicle communication method of the present embodiment includes:
s201, receiving a call connection request message sent by vehicle-mounted communication equipment;
s202, if the requested call connection is judged to be the vehicle exterior call mode according to the call connection request message, outputting a user prompt representing the vehicle exterior call connection request;
s203, obtaining a user feedback instruction of the vehicle exterior call connection request, and generating a call connection request response message according to the user feedback instruction;
and S204, sending a call connection request response message to the vehicle-mounted communication equipment.
After the vehicle-mounted communication equipment generates a call connection request message which is expressed as an outside call mode, a communication number of a vehicle owner or a driver is obtained, and the call connection request is sent to a corresponding vehicle owner user terminal according to the communication number.
After the vehicle owner user terminal receives the call connection request message sent by the vehicle-mounted communication equipment, the vehicle owner user terminal judges whether the requested call connection is in the vehicle-outside call mode according to the call connection request, and if so, outputs a user prompt representing the vehicle-outside call connection request to prompt a vehicle owner.
In some embodiments, the vehicle owner user terminal is pre-configured with a vehicle application program which can be connected with a server of a vehicle manufacturer. After the vehicle owner user terminal receives the call connection request message sent by the vehicle-mounted communication equipment, if the application program judges that the requested call connection is in the vehicle-outside call mode according to the call connection request, a preset user prompt representing the vehicle-outside call connection request is output.
The user may make feedback on the call connection request based on user prompts output by the application. And after the application program obtains the user feedback instruction of the call connection request, generating a call connection request response message according to the user feedback instruction. And after the vehicle owner user terminal sends the call connection request response message to the vehicle-mounted communication equipment, the vehicle-mounted communication equipment carries out corresponding processing according to the call connection request response message.
In a specific implementation, if the application program judges that the requested call connection is the vehicle-outside call mode according to the call connection request, a preset user interface is popped up in a screen of a vehicle owner user terminal, and the user interface can comprise display information for indicating that a vehicle-outside person requests the call and a button for indicating that the call is accepted and rejected; further, the application program can also output a voice prompt representing that the person outside the vehicle requests the call through the vehicle owner user terminal. If the button which represents that the call is rejected in the user interface is triggered, the application program generates a call connection rejection message according to the user rejection instruction, and after the vehicle owner user terminal sends the call connection rejection message to the vehicle-mounted communication equipment, the vehicle-mounted communication equipment outputs a user prompt which represents that the call is rejected or the connection cannot be performed through a loudspeaker outside the vehicle. If the button for receiving the call is triggered in the user interface, the application program generates a message for receiving the call connection according to the user receiving instruction, the vehicle owner user terminal establishes call connection with the vehicle-mounted communication equipment according to the message, the vehicle-mounted communication equipment outputs a user prompt indicating that the call is connected, and then the two parties can carry out voice call.
In some embodiments, the call connection request message generated by the vehicle-mounted communication device may include information indicative of call emergency level data, and the vehicle-mounted communication device may obtain the call emergency level data according to user input information of the person outside the vehicle and/or the identified scene of the call requirement outside the vehicle. After the vehicle owner user terminal receives the call connection request message, the call emergency degree can be prompted when the user prompt representing the vehicle exterior call connection request is output, so that the user can select whether to answer or not according to the emergency degree.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 6, after the in-vehicle communication device establishes a call connection with the owner user terminal, the method further includes:
s103, obtaining a call voice signal which is collected by a microphone outside the vehicle and contains a noise signal of the environment outside the vehicle.
S104, preprocessing the call voice signal, wherein the preprocessing comprises at least one of noise reduction processing, voiceprint recognition processing and echo cancellation processing.
And S105, sending the preprocessed call voice signal to the owner user terminal.
After the clear conversation voice information after the preprocessing is output by the vehicle owner user terminal through the loudspeaker, the user can hear the interaction information of the personnel outside the vehicle and make voice feedback. The vehicle owner user terminal sends the voice feedback signal to the vehicle-mounted communication equipment, the vehicle-mounted communication equipment outputs the voice feedback signal through the loudspeaker outside the vehicle, after the person outside the vehicle hears the feedback voice of the vehicle owner, the vehicle-mounted communication equipment can further respond, and the vehicle-mounted communication equipment can execute S103 again.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a communication terminal 300 according to an embodiment of the present application. It is understood that the communication terminal may be the vehicle-mounted communication device described above, or may also be the vehicle owner user terminal described above.
Referring to fig. 7, the communication terminal 300 includes a memory 320 and a processor 310.
The Processor 310 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
