In practical application, the control authority of the in-vehicle person on the voice communication channel between the in-vehicle person and the out-vehicle person can be actually expressed as a switching authority of a vehicle voice communication mode, specifically, the vehicle voice communication mode can include an in-vehicle voice communication mode and an in-vehicle and out-vehicle voice communication mode, the in-vehicle voice communication mode can refer to that an in-vehicle microphone collects voice information of the in-vehicle person and transmits the voice information to a vehicle-mounted large screen to realize corresponding voice control, and the in-vehicle and out-vehicle voice communication mode can refer to that the voice information of the in-vehicle person collected by the in-vehicle microphone is transmitted to a speaker or a loudspeaker located on the vehicle body and facing outward to be played through an established communication link.
It should be noted that the switching of different voice communication modes can be represented as switching of corresponding audio communication links of the modes, and the switching of the audio communication links can be actually equivalent to the selection of a sound card on a computer or the switching of a bluetooth headset, a loudspeaker or a receiver on a mobile phone; or the user can see different images by switching the front camera and the rear camera of the mobile phone as in the case of video call, and the selectable path is presented to the user and can be realized by performing corresponding driving configuration on the bottom layer of the system.
When the collection of the voice information inside and outside the vehicle is triggered, the voice communication mode of the vehicle can be switched to the voice communication mode inside and outside the vehicle, and at this time, the collected voice information inside and outside the vehicle can be bidirectionally transmitted and played through an audio channel (an up-down communication link as shown in fig. 3) corresponding to the voice communication mode inside and outside the vehicle.
In an optional embodiment, the voice communication mode of the vehicle is switched to the voice communication mode between the inside and the outside of the vehicle by the person in the vehicle, and if the person in the vehicle does not need to communicate with the person outside the vehicle at this time, the voice communication mode of the vehicle can be switched to the voice communication mode in the vehicle, which can be realized by switching an audio channel link, that is, switching the audio channel of the microphone in the vehicle to voice interaction between the person in the vehicle and the large vehicle-mounted screen instead of voice communication between the person outside the vehicle.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic diagram of an uplink and downlink communication link established in the embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The established uplink communication link can be represented as an internal communication link for a microphone positioned on the vehicle body and facing outwards, the communication link can realize that personnel outside the vehicle speak to personnel inside the vehicle, and the personnel inside the vehicle listen to the speaking channel of the personnel outside the vehicle, specifically, the microphone A positioned on the vehicle body and facing outwards is used as an input interface of the system, the collected speech signal outside the vehicle is converted into an electric signal and is input into the system as an uplink signal to be subjected to noise reduction, echo elimination, human voice enhancement, signal amplification and other processing, the processed electric signal is converted into a speech signal again through a loudspeaker B inside the vehicle, and the speech signal is played by adopting proper volume, so that the personnel inside the vehicle can clearly hear the speaking content of the personnel outside the vehicle, and the speech information outside the vehicle is played.
The established downlink communication link can be represented as a communication link which is external to an in-vehicle microphone, and can realize that personnel in the vehicle speak to people outside the vehicle, and the personnel outside the vehicle listen to the channel of the personnel in the vehicle, specifically, the microphone C positioned in the vehicle is used as an input interface of the system, the collected in-vehicle voice signal is converted into an electric signal and is input into the system as a downlink signal to be subjected to noise reduction, echo cancellation, human voice enhancement, signal amplification and other processing, the processed electric signal is converted into a voice signal again through a loudspeaker D positioned outside the vehicle, and then the processed electric signal is played through a loudspeaker D positioned outside the vehicle as an output interface of the system with proper volume, so that the personnel outside the vehicle can clearly hear the speaking content of the personnel in the vehicle, and the playing of the voice information in the vehicle is completed.
The noise reduction processing may refer to filtering useless noise contained in the originally acquired voice signal; echo cancellation refers to that under the condition that uplink and downlink communication links work simultaneously, an in-vehicle loudspeaker B or an outward loudspeaker D located on a vehicle body may still play sound when an in-vehicle microphone C or an outward microphone a located on the vehicle body collects voice signals, and mainly filters sound played by the outward loudspeaker D or the inward loudspeaker B located on the vehicle body contained in the originally collected voice signals; the human voice enhancement can mean that the human voice of personnel outside the automobile can be influenced by factors such as distance, noise and the like, the current signal-to-noise ratio is low, and the human voice can be enhanced by improving the signal-to-noise ratio; the signal amplification mainly refers to amplifying the processed voice signal and driving a loudspeaker B in the vehicle or a loudspeaker D positioned on the vehicle body to outwards play sound.
It should be noted that the established uplink and downlink communication link supports full duplex communication, that is, the uplink and downlink communication link can work simultaneously, so as to realize simultaneous acquisition, transmission, processing and playing of voice signals, and ensure the real-time performance of voice communication between personnel inside the vehicle and personnel outside the vehicle; the processing flow of the voice signal acquisition, transmission, processing and playing processes performed on the uplink and downlink communication links is the same regardless of the uplink communication link or the downlink communication link.
In one embodiment of the invention, the voice information inside the vehicle is played to the personnel outside the vehicle, and the voice information outside the vehicle is played to the personnel inside the vehicle, so that the two-way voice communication between the inside and the outside of the vehicle is realized. It may have the following application scenarios:
as an example, when the person inside the vehicle is a female user, the person outside the vehicle may be a human safety problem for the person inside the vehicle, and needs to communicate with the person outside the vehicle on the premise of ensuring the safety of the person, for example, when communicating with a shop person to purchase a commodity or communicating with a courier to take a courier, the person outside the vehicle may communicate with the person outside the vehicle to put an item into a trunk.
The collected in-vehicle voice information can be article placing information, the collected out-vehicle voice information can be feedback information for article placing, after the vehicle is controlled to open the trunk in response to the operation of the in-vehicle personnel, the collected article placing information can be played to the out-vehicle personnel to inform the out-vehicle personnel to place articles in the opened trunk, and the feedback information sent by the out-vehicle personnel and placed for the articles can be played to the in-vehicle personnel.
As another example, in a case where a vehicle window is not opened, when a person inside the vehicle communicates with a shop person to purchase a commodity and needs to pay for the commodity, the collected voice information inside the vehicle may be payment information, and the collected voice information outside the vehicle may be feedback information for payment, if the payment information is played to the person outside the vehicle, after a payment operation performed by the person inside the vehicle via contents corresponding to a payment method collected and/or provided by the vehicle is responded, the feedback information for payment sent by the person outside the vehicle may be played to the person inside the vehicle to inform the person inside the vehicle whether the payment is successful or not.
Wherein, commodity personnel outside the car provide the corresponding content of payment mode, for example after the show payment two-dimensional code, can gather the two-dimensional code through the camera that the vehicle has, then transmit to on the on-vehicle big screen, personnel can adopt the mobile terminal to sweep the sign indicating number payment to the two-dimensional code that on-vehicle big screen shows in the car this moment, perhaps pass through the on-vehicle personnel and call the little procedure that has the payment function on the on-vehicle system and brush the face and accomplish the payment.
As another example, when the vehicle needs to be charged, the vehicle interior person may communicate with the vehicle exterior person in the vehicle to complete charging of the vehicle, at this time, the collected vehicle interior voice information may be charging information, and the collected vehicle exterior voice information may be feedback information for charging of the vehicle, and after the vehicle is controlled to open the charging port in response to an operation of the vehicle interior person, the charging information may be played to the vehicle exterior person to inform the vehicle exterior person to charge the vehicle through the charging port, and the feedback information for charging of the vehicle sent by the vehicle exterior person is played to the vehicle interior person.
As another example, when a vehicle of a third party needs to be charged, a person in the vehicle may communicate with a person outside the vehicle in the vehicle to help the person outside the vehicle to complete charging of the vehicle, at this time, the collected voice information in the vehicle may be external power supply information, the collected voice information outside the vehicle may be feedback information of the external power supply, and after the vehicle is controlled to open the charging port in response to an operation of the person in the vehicle, the external power supply information may be played to the person outside the vehicle to inform the person outside the vehicle to charge the vehicle of the person outside the vehicle through the charging port, and the feedback information of the external power supply sent by the person outside the vehicle is played to the person inside the vehicle.
In the invention, by establishing a bidirectional communication channel between the interior of the vehicle and the exterior of the vehicle, bidirectional voice communication between personnel in the vehicle and personnel outside the vehicle is realized, received and sent voice is enhanced, and the aim of effectively communicating the personnel in the vehicle and the personnel outside the vehicle under the premise of not opening a vehicle window is fulfilled.

and the voice communication module 402 is configured to implement voice communication between the inside and the outside of the vehicle according to the in-vehicle voice information and the out-vehicle voice information.
In an example of the present invention, the voice information collecting module 401 may include the following sub-modules:
and the voice information acquisition submodule is used for receiving the operation of personnel in the vehicle and controlling the vehicle to respectively acquire the voice information in the vehicle of the personnel in the vehicle and the voice information outside the vehicle of the personnel outside the vehicle so as to realize the voice communication between the inside and the outside of the vehicle.
In one example of the present invention, the apparatus may further include the following modules:
and the voice communication channel opening module is used for opening the voice communication channel between the person in the vehicle and the person outside the vehicle according to the operation of the person in the vehicle when the vehicle detects the voice information of the person outside the vehicle and/or recognizes that the distance between the person outside the vehicle and the vehicle is smaller than a preset distance threshold value so as to realize the voice communication between the inside and the outside of the vehicle.
In one example of the present invention, the voice communication module 402 may include the following sub-modules:
and the voice bidirectional communication submodule is used for playing the voice information in the automobile to the personnel outside the automobile and playing the voice information outside the automobile to the personnel inside the automobile so as to realize the voice communication between the inside and the outside of the automobile.
In one example of the present invention, the in-vehicle voice information includes article placement information, the out-vehicle voice information includes feedback information for article placement, and the voice communication module 402 may include the following sub-modules:
the object placement information playing sub-module is used for playing the object placement information to the person outside the vehicle after the vehicle is controlled to open the trunk in response to the operation of the person inside the vehicle so as to inform the person outside the vehicle to place the object in the opened trunk;
and the first feedback information playing submodule is used for playing the feedback information which is sent by the personnel outside the automobile and aims at the placement of the articles to the personnel inside the automobile.
In one example of the present invention, the in-vehicle voice information includes payment information, the out-vehicle voice information includes feedback information for payment, and the voice communication module 402 may include the following sub-modules:
the payment information playing submodule is used for playing the payment information to the personnel outside the vehicle;
and the second feedback information playing submodule is used for playing the feedback information aiming at payment sent by the person outside the vehicle to the person inside the vehicle after responding to the payment operation of the person inside the vehicle through the content which is acquired and/or provided by the vehicle and corresponds to the payment mode so as to inform the person inside the vehicle whether the payment is successful or not.
In one example of the present invention, the voice information inside the vehicle includes charging information, and the voice information outside the vehicle includes feedback information for charging the vehicle, and the voice communication module 402 may include the following sub-modules:
the charging information playing submodule is used for playing the charging information to the person outside the vehicle after the vehicle is controlled to start the charging port in response to the operation of the person inside the vehicle so as to inform the person outside the vehicle to charge the vehicle through the charging port;
and the third feedback information playing submodule is used for playing feedback information aiming at vehicle charging sent by the person outside the vehicle to the person inside the vehicle.
In an example of the present invention, the voice information inside the vehicle includes information of external power supply, and the voice information outside the vehicle includes feedback information of external power supply, and the voice communication module 402 may include the following sub-modules:
the external power supply information playing submodule is used for playing the external power supply information for the personnel outside the vehicle after the vehicle is controlled to open the charging port in response to the operation of the personnel inside the vehicle so as to inform the personnel outside the vehicle to charge the vehicle of the personnel outside the vehicle through the charging port;
and the fourth feedback information playing submodule is used for playing the feedback information of external power supply sent by the personnel outside the vehicle to the personnel inside the vehicle.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The present invention also provides a vehicle comprising:
the vehicle-based voice communication method comprises the vehicle-based voice communication device, a processor, a memory and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the computer program is executed by the processor, each process of the vehicle-based voice communication method embodiment is realized, the same technical effect can be achieved, and in order to avoid repetition, the details are not repeated.
The invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program realizes each process of the vehicle-based voice communication method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the description is omitted here.

Claims (11)
1. A vehicle-based voice communication method, the method comprising:
under the condition that the vehicle window is not opened, responding to the operation of personnel in the vehicle, and controlling the vehicle to respectively acquire the voice information in the vehicle of the personnel in the vehicle and the voice information outside the vehicle of the personnel outside the vehicle;
and realizing the voice communication between the inside and the outside of the vehicle according to the voice information inside the vehicle and the voice information outside the vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the controlling the vehicle to collect in-vehicle voice information of the in-vehicle occupant and out-vehicle voice information of the out-vehicle occupant, respectively, in response to the operation of the in-vehicle occupant comprises:
and receiving the operation of the personnel in the vehicle, and controlling the vehicle to respectively acquire the voice information inside the vehicle of the personnel in the vehicle and the voice information outside the vehicle of the personnel outside the vehicle so as to realize the voice communication inside and outside the vehicle.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the vehicle detects voice information of personnel outside the vehicle and/or recognizes that the distance between the personnel outside the vehicle and the vehicle is smaller than a preset distance threshold, opening a voice communication channel between the personnel inside the vehicle and the personnel outside the vehicle according to the operation of the personnel inside the vehicle so as to realize the voice communication between the inside and the outside of the vehicle.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the enabling of the in-vehicle and out-of-vehicle voice communication based on the in-vehicle voice information and the out-of-vehicle voice information comprises:
and playing the voice information in the vehicle to the personnel outside the vehicle, and playing the voice information outside the vehicle to the personnel inside the vehicle so as to realize the voice communication between the inside and the outside of the vehicle.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the in-vehicle voice information comprises item placement information, the out-of-vehicle voice information comprises feedback information for item placement, and the enabling in-vehicle and out-of-vehicle voice communication according to the in-vehicle voice information and the out-of-vehicle voice information comprises:
after the vehicle is controlled to open the trunk in response to the operation of an in-vehicle person, playing the article placement information to the out-vehicle person to inform the out-vehicle person to place an article in the opened trunk;
and playing feedback information which is sent by the personnel outside the vehicle and aims at the placement of the articles to the personnel inside the vehicle.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the in-vehicle voice information includes payment information, the off-vehicle voice information includes feedback information for payment, and the enabling in-vehicle and out-vehicle voice communication based on the in-vehicle voice information and the off-vehicle voice information comprises:
playing the payment information to the personnel outside the vehicle;
and after responding to the payment operation of the in-vehicle personnel through the content which is acquired and/or provided by the vehicle and corresponds to the payment mode, playing the feedback information aiming at the payment sent by the out-vehicle personnel to the in-vehicle personnel so as to inform the in-vehicle personnel whether the payment is successful or not.

The method of claim 1, wherein the in-vehicle voice information comprises charging information, the off-vehicle voice information comprises feedback information for vehicle charging, and the enabling of in-vehicle and out-of-vehicle voice communication based on the in-vehicle voice information and the off-vehicle voice information comprises:
after the vehicle is controlled to start a charging port in response to the operation of an in-vehicle person, playing the charging information to the out-vehicle person to inform the out-vehicle person to charge the vehicle through the charging port;
and playing feedback information aiming at vehicle charging sent by the person outside the vehicle to the person inside the vehicle.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the in-vehicle voice information includes information for supplying power to the outside, the out-vehicle voice information includes feedback information for supplying power to the outside, and the implementing the voice communication between the inside and the outside of the vehicle according to the in-vehicle voice information and the out-vehicle voice information includes:
after the vehicle is controlled to start a charging port in response to the operation of an in-vehicle person, the external power supply information is played to the out-vehicle person to inform the out-vehicle person to charge the vehicle of the out-vehicle person through the charging port;
and playing feedback information of external power supply sent by the personnel outside the vehicle to the personnel inside the vehicle.
9. A vehicle-based voice communication apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the voice information acquisition module is used for responding to the operation of personnel in the vehicle under the condition that the vehicle window is not opened, and controlling the vehicle to respectively acquire the voice information in the vehicle of the personnel in the vehicle and the voice information outside the vehicle of the personnel outside the vehicle;
and the voice communication module is used for realizing the voice communication between the inside and the outside of the vehicle according to the voice information in the vehicle and the voice information outside the vehicle.

A vehicle, characterized by comprising: vehicle-based voice communication apparatus according to claim 9, a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when being executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the vehicle-based voice communication method according to any of the claims 1-8.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the vehicle-based voice communication method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
