The clamping mode of the generator in the prior art during the test is generally that four lug holes on the rear end cover 11 and the front end cover 12 are respectively locked through four bolt long pins, and the mode has the following disadvantages: the anchor clamps are lost easily, and the indentation is produced easily at the hangers terminal surface when the screw pin fastening motor, influences product appearance quality, and the clamping action is many, and is efficient. The embodiment of the invention provides a generator online test fixture which comprises an upper fixing piece, a lower fixing piece and a fastener, wherein the fastener is used for clamping the upper fixing piece and the lower fixing piece together in an openable mode, and during testing, a generator is horizontally clamped and fixed between the upper fixing piece and the lower fixing piece.
When the generator clamping device is used, the generator can be clamped or loosened by the upper fixing piece and the lower fixing piece only through the fastening piece, and the generator clamping device is extremely convenient to operate.
In one embodiment of the invention, at least one end of the fastener is detachably mounted on the lower fixing member or the upper fixing member. That is, one end of the fastener can be fixedly arranged on the upper fixing piece or the lower fixing piece, and the other end of the fastener and the lower fixing piece or the upper fixing piece can be detachably arranged together; or both ends of the fastening member may be detachably mounted to the upper fixing member and the lower fixing member.
