the heat energy exchange unit (5) is arranged in the shell (1), the heat energy exchange unit (5) comprises a condensing pipe (54), and the condensing pipe (54) is embedded in the side wall of the drying box (4);
the drying rotary unit (6) comprises a rotary shaft (61), a drying box (62), a mesh cover (63) and a speed reduction power assembly, through holes are uniformly formed in the drying box (62), the mesh cover (63) is clamped on the drying box (62), the rotary shaft (61) is respectively fixed at the left end and the right end of the drying box (62), the two rotary shafts (61) are respectively connected with the two ends of the drying box (4) in a rotary mode, and the end portion of one rotary shaft (61) is connected with the speed reduction power assembly;
a dehumidifying unit (7) installed in the housing (1) and connected to the drying oven (4);
the dehumidification unit (7) comprises a ventilating drum (71), a blower (72), ventilating hoses (73), connectors (74), air outlet pipes (75), an air outlet cover (76) and mounting through grooves (77), four mounting through grooves (77) are symmetrically formed in the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the drying box (4), the air outlet pipes (75) are inserted into the mounting through grooves (77), the air outlet cover (76) is mounted at one end of the air outlet pipes (75) located in the drying box (4), one end of the air outlet pipe (75) located outside the drying box (4) is connected with one end of each ventilating hose (73) through each connector (74), the other ends of the four ventilating hoses (73) are connected with the top of the ventilating drum (71), the blower (72) is mounted in each ventilating drum (71), and the ventilating drum (71) is fixed on the inner wall of the shell (1).
The drying oven further comprises an angle adjusting unit (8), the angle adjusting unit (8) is arranged at the bottom of the drying oven (4) and is connected with an air outlet pipe (75), the angle adjusting unit (8) comprises an adjusting shaft (81), a torsion spring (82), a connecting bent rod (83), a roller (84), an adjusting rod (85), an electric push rod (86) and a mounting bent rod (87), the two sides of the middle part of the air outlet pipe (75) are respectively fixed with the adjusting shaft (81), the adjusting shaft (81) is rotationally connected with the inner side of the mounting through groove (77), the torsion spring (82) is sleeved on the adjusting shaft (81), one end of the torsion spring (82) is connected with the inner side of the mounting through groove (77) and the other end of the torsion spring is connected with the air outlet pipe (75), one end bottom of one end of the air outlet pipe (75) positioned outside the drying box (4) is connected with one end of the connecting bent rod (83), the other end of the connecting bent rod (83) is positioned in the middle of the lower side of the drying box (4) and rotationally connected with the roller (84), one end of the transverse electric push rod (86) is fixed on one side of the bottom of the drying box (4) through the mounting bent rod (87), the other end of the electric push rod (86) is connected with the adjusting rod (85), the front side and the rear side of the adjusting rod (85) are wavy, the front side and the rear side of the adjusting rod (85) are respectively connected with the corresponding rollers (84) in a rolling way;
the heat energy exchange unit (5) further comprises a compressor (51), an evaporator (52) and an expansion valve (53), wherein the evaporator (52) is arranged on one side, far away from the drying box (4), of the shell (1), one end of the evaporator (52) is connected with an inlet of the compressor (51), an outlet of the compressor (51) is connected with one end of a condensing pipe (54), and the other end of the condensing pipe (54) is connected with the other end of the evaporator (52) through the expansion valve (53);
the heat energy exchange unit (5) further comprises an installation box (55) and a protective net (56), the installation box (55) for wrapping the evaporator (52) is arranged on one side, far away from the drying box (4), of the shell (1), a side through groove for communicating the inside of the installation box (55) is formed in the side surface of the shell (1), and the protective net (56) is arranged in the side through groove;
the dehumidifying unit (7) further comprises a fixing clamp (78), dust filtering net cloth (79) and an air inlet screen plate (710), the dust filtering net cloth (79) is fixed at the bottom air inlet of the ventilating drum (71) through the fixing clamp (78), an air inlet through groove is formed in the bottom end position, corresponding to the ventilating drum (71), of the shell (1), and the air inlet screen plate (710) is arranged in the air inlet through groove;
still including piece collection subassembly (9), piece collection subassembly (9) include and collect tray (91), baffle (92) and push-and-pull handle (93), the bottom of drying cabinet (4) is close to the side of casing (1) lateral wall and has seted up and has collected logical groove, and the outer logical groove of corresponding collection logical groove has also been seted up to casing (1) lateral wall, is equipped with in collecting logical groove and the outer logical inslot and collects tray (91), and baffle (92) that block outer logical groove are installed to the tip of collecting tray (91), and push-and-pull handle (93) are installed in the outside of baffle (92).
