A preshrinking machine comprises a machine shell (1), wherein a partition plate (17) is vertically arranged in the machine shell (1), the machine shell (1) is divided into a wet material chamber and a drying chamber by the partition plate (17), a feeding hole (2) and a discharging hole (3) are respectively formed in two sides of the machine shell (1), a through hole (18) is formed in the partition plate (17), the feeding hole (2) and the discharging hole (3) are connected with a same cloth fabric (4), the preshrinking machine is characterized in that a plurality of guide roller sets (20) are arranged in the machine shell (1), the cloth fabric (4) is in contact with the guide roller sets (20), two dust boxes (5) and two water spraying boxes (12) are arranged in the wet material chamber, two dust pipes (6) are communicated between the two dust boxes (5), two water spraying pipes (13) are communicated between the two water spraying boxes (12), and a water tank (14) is, a heating plate (15) is arranged in a water tank (14), the same pipeline (16) is communicated between the water tank (14) and a water spraying box (12), the heating plate (15) is arranged in the water tank (14), three heating rollers (21) are rotatably arranged in a drying chamber, three hot air boxes (22) are fixedly arranged on the inner wall of a machine shell (1), one ends of the three heating rollers (21) are fixedly provided with metal pipes (32), a cloth fabric (4) is contacted with the three heating rollers (21), the three metal pipes (32) are respectively rotatably connected with the three hot air boxes (22), the top of the machine shell (1) is fixedly connected with a cylinder (8) and an air blowing box (24), a rotating rod (19) is rotatably arranged in the cylinder (8), a plurality of dust suction fans (9) are fixedly arranged on the outer side of the rotating rod (19), the same dust suction pipe (7) is communicated between the cylinder (8) and the dust box, two blowing fans (25) are vertically and rotatably arranged in the blowing box (24), the two blowing fans (25) are in transmission connection with the rotating rod (19), and three hot air pipes (23) are communicated between the blowing box (24) and the three hot air boxes (22).

The preshrinking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of hot air holes (31) are uniformly formed in the outer side of the heating roller (21), a heating wire (27) is arranged in the air blowing box (24), and a plurality of air inlet holes are formed in the top of the air blowing box (24).

The preshrinking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a servo motor (10) is fixedly connected to the left side of the cylinder (8), an output shaft of the servo motor (10) is fixedly mounted with one end of a rotating rod (19), and a cloth bag (11) is connected to the bottom of the cylinder (8) in a threaded manner.
