The working principle of the invention is as follows: the first electric push rod 7 is started through the control switch 24, so that the first electric push rod 7 drives the bearing plate 8 to move downwards, the vacuum chuck 11 is abutted against the bottom plate of the carriage, then the second electric push rod 9 is started, the extrusion block 10 is driven to abut against the top of the sealing gasket 12, the vacuum chuck 11 is sealed, then the air pump 13 is started, the inside of the vacuum chuck 11 is vacuumized, the box body 1 is fixed inside the carriage, when the box body 1 needs to be moved, the extrusion block 10 is moved back to the initial position through the second electric push rod 9, the inside of the vacuum chuck 11 is inflated through the air pump 13, the vacuum chuck 11 is conveniently separated from the carriage, then the first control buttons 22 at the two ends of the handle 21 are pressed simultaneously, the electric control telescopic rod 20 is started to extend, and the height of the handle 21 is extended, when the handle 21 moves to a proper position, the first control button 22 is released at the moment, so that the position of the handle 21 is fixed, then the box body 1 is pushed to the proper position, at the moment, the rotating motor 14 is started through the control switch 24, so that the rotating motor 14 drives the worm gear 16 to rotate through the driving gear 15, gradually moves downwards in the rotating process, further a drill bit at the bottom of the worm gear 16 is fixed with the ground, so that the box body 1 is fixed, then the cover plate 18 is opened, the hydraulic cylinder 4 is started, further the hydraulic cylinder 4 pushes the surveying and mapping device 6 out of the box body 1 and stops moving to the proper position, then the surveying and mapping device 6 is rotated, when the surveying and mapping device 6 rotates to a proper angle, at the moment, the electromagnet 53 is closed through the switch, so that the compression spring 52 drives the electromagnet 53 to move downwards, further the fixing column 54 is inserted into the limiting hole 41, therefore, the geographic information can be conveniently mapped in multiple angles.
