In order to isolate oil stains in kitchen sewage by using the arc-shaped concave net 56 and prevent the kitchen sewage of the oil filter screen basket 19 from flowing into the oil collecting tank 29, the shower head 21 sprays water in the kitchen sewage of the arc-shaped concave net 56, most of the water directly flows to the next layer of arc-shaped concave net 56 through the meshes of the arc-shaped concave net 56, and a small part of the water moves to the center of an arc along the arc surface of the arc-shaped concave net 56 and then flows downwards to the next layer of arc-shaped concave net 56, so that the kitchen sewage is prevented from flowing into the oil collecting tank 29 of the oil removing barrel 17 and is reduced; most of the oil stains sprayed to the kitchen sewage of the arc-shaped concave net 56 by the shower head 21 are isolated on the arc-shaped concave net 56, and a small part of the oil stains flow to the next layer of arc-shaped concave net 56 through the meshes of the arc-shaped concave net 56; the oil stain in the kitchen sewage is isolated on the arc concave nets 56 of each layer by the multi-layer arc concave nets 56.

After the oil-water separation device 1 and the centrifugal oil removal device 2 continuously discharge the oil stain to the oil collection tank 22, the oil level of the oil collection tank 22 is continuously increased, when the oil level reaches the position of the upper oil level sensor 27, the controller 5 is provided with the upper oil level sensor 27 to transmit the signal to the controller 5, the controller 5 controls the oil discharge electromagnetic valve 60 of the oil collection tank 22 to be opened, the oil stain is discharged to the external waste oil tray 61 by the oil discharge electromagnetic valve 60, the oil level of the oil collection tank 22 is continuously reduced, when the oil level is reduced to the lower oil level sensor 31, the lower oil level sensor 31 transmits the signal to the controller 5, the controller 5 controls the oil discharge electromagnetic valve 60 to be closed, and the operation is continuously circulated.
